A very nice apartment with spacious rooms and modern kitchen. Very clean! Grocery store is only steps away so I felt at home quickly. Also appreciated the washing machine. Location couldn't be better - quiet neighborhood but only minutes from subway, shopping and of course the splendid Apostolou Pavlou. I really liked being tucked away and not directly on the street. The little terrace is a restful place to read a book. I look forward to returning to Athens and would happily stay in in this apartment again. Most importantly, every interaction before and during my trip with the staff at Live in Athens was a pleasure. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to this solo traveler. Nice to meet Thanos at the main office when I dropped by to pay my balance.

I would suggest some brighter lights at the bathroom sink. Wifi was a bit spotty. I'd also suggest leaving some laundry detergent as I ended up buying a big jug that I only used about 1/4 cup of. Perhaps multi-language washing machine instructions, too? These are all minor things, none of which impacted my stay. Suggestions only.

great location. very nice and cozy in the heat of Athens. quiet yet 10 minutes from the nightlife. very clean and the very comfortable beds. you wake hearing the birds singing from Acropolis gardens. a

don’t try to park in the area if you come on the weekend, Easter weekend especially 😂 but there are plenty of great guarded parking lots nearby, just do some research. if coming by plane. no worries. get to monastiraki and enjoy a 10 min walk to the apartment

The location - a short walk from restaurants, bars, and mainline metro to ferry terminal. We were slightly taken aback how close the the apartment was to access the main attractions of Athens. Would have loved to stayed a few extra days as the apartment was in a quite residential street and gave a more local feel to our stay.

We would maybe have enjoyed a different apartment had we been staying longer. There was a courtyard, but not without direct access. This however may have reflected in the price paid.

Perfect location, great apartment, with old and modern elements, that was awesome. Little open garden is a jem. Acropolis was on walking distance.

A bit hard to find parking, but not an issue after all.

Really beautifully presented apartment. Lovely attention to detail and it felt really special to be in such. Beautifully restored historic house. Absolutely amazing location too.

Honestly, it was absolutely amazing. The only thing I would say is that as a family of 5, the single sofa bed wasn't that comfortable, which led to all three of our children sharing the double sofa bed, not ideal in hot weather.

The size of the place was amazing. Everything you needed was there including a washing machine and kitchen. The location is amazing for visiting all the ruins. Excellent restaurants close by and a supermarket within a few meters from the room.

It is a historic house and with that came some mold and a loud front door to close. The streets were also a bit loud and busy. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay.

Our stay was in February, and what is important, the apartment has heating, which was very comfortable. Dream location, all attractions are accessible on foot. All necessary and useful information was available in the apartment. During our stay was calm and quiet, maybe because it was off season. We lived upstairs, we could use nice terrace, even though it was winter.

Lovely apartment in a wonderful location with great ambiance and great restaurants nearby , very comfortable, well equipped. very attentive office, easy and friendly communication with the office. The apartment has beautiful setting, we liked it a lot.

The only thing we didn’t like is that the bus/ truck noise from the street very early in the morning.

This is an incredible place for those who value culture & traditions, location, history and privacy. The apartment is in a traditional building in a lovely and quiet district within walking distance of all the Athens attractions. It has all comfort attributes (air conditioner, kitchen, bathroom) renovated while keeping the charm of old Athens through room planning, doors, floors and other features. Everything was perfectly arranged and I had fantastic experience!

Nothing really, just a piece of advice. I really enjoyed privacy & host availability at any time. However, it required minor reading and arrangements. Totally worth it as you get everything without talking to anyone!!!! Though, you should plan for 5 extra minutes of your time online to get the service.

Wonderful location very close to the city center and all touristic attractions yet not on a main route and hidden within the "real" Athens area which enabled us to enjoy in authenticity of this magnificent city life.
