It's a very nice hotel for a short stay, for a good price. The staff is kind. The view from the rooftop is exceptional, you can see the Acropolis from the best angle, and there are no buildings in the space between, just a park/agora ruins. The rooftop is accessible anytime, it's a great budget option to have a drink/meal there. The rooms are pleasant. The location is great, we could walk to almost all the sights, there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby, including a cheap supermarket. We were unlucky with the room as the newly installed shower got clogged, but it was resolved quickly, we could use the (empty) room next to us for showering in that evening/morning, and it was repaired by noon the next day. I write this as a positive, as the issue was handled professionally.

The normal rooms are small, we had a deluxe one and it was still small. It's fine for 3-4 days, but if you have lot of luggage you will get cramped. You have to choose next days breakfast in advance, it was not a problem for us, but it might be an inconvenience.

Great hotel in a convenient location, with a nice pedestrian street just around the corner and close to many sights and eateries. The breakfast, which you choose the day before, is plentiful and delicious, especially the yogurt and the freshly squeezed juice. The staff was wonderful, arranged airport transfers and did everything to make us feel welcomed. The view of the Acropolis during breakfast is a lovely bonus. Highly recommended!

Our room was in a separate wing, so we had to walk outside to get to the main building, but it wasn't a big deal at all, and it was nice and quiet.

the location is very convenience. The most interesting point is on the roof top of the hotel I can see the whole view of the Acropolis, specially night vision was very beautiful. The hotel's owners and their staffs treat us like family. make us feeling very warm. Thank you very much Acropolis Vision.

The Acropolis Vision is a small Residence & Suite type of hotel. The sign of the hotel is not too visible even the taxi driver have hard time the find this place. From their small front door to the front deck I have very hard time to carry my heavy luggage to climb up that 6-7 steps. That was only negative point for this place.

Location was great. Opposite the Agora and has great views of the Acropolis from the roof terrace. Breakfast on the terrace was great, which they get from a local bakery.

Breakfast timings weren't very suited for early starts. Breakfast is offered from 8am. If you need to be out before then (such as for the acropolis/ferry) they offer a breakfast bag option, which is pretty terrible. It consists of a sad sandwich, juice and item of fruit. They weren't able to make any changes to it too, which is poor considering the price. If you plan to have early starts, I would avoid including breakfast.

Well located property , very accessible to lots of attractions with lots of shops and restaurants nearby . it is very well organised , clean and comfortable . Hotel staff are excellent especially the ones we dealt with Fio and Anna .They were so informative and nothing was too much for them to do for us and we really appreciated all their help and kindness . View from the roof top bar is amazing and a wonderful vista for breakfast . Breakfast is well varied and plenty . Having a drink in the rooftop bar was very pleasant with the ability to order pizza which was delicious . The waitress at the bar was so helpful and made sure we were well catered for . Overall a great experience in a beautiful location .

Asked for a room with nice view as celebrating a significant milestone but got one overlooking a skip !

A beautiful boutique hotel with exceptional facilities and beautifully situated with uninterrupted view of the acropolis from the outdoor terrace bar/breakfast area. The room was beautiful, modern, clean with all amenities included. A stones-throw from the market area and within walking distance of acropolis. The reception staff were knowledgeable, spoke English well and were able to help with everything from site seeing tours, restaurants nearby and even help with online check in for flights! Friendly and efficient! Breakfast was good and made better by the view! Can't recommend it enough.

Absolutely nothing!

The location is actually REALLY great. It was just outside a pedestrian only walkway that was very park-like and led down to the main square in Athens where you'll meet lots of tours and where the train station is. the pedestrian walkway was lined with lots of independent artists/artisans, and crafts people interspersed with food vendors and it led to an area full of restaurants. it was also near some really neat smaller temples and ancient complex (agora) that many skip in favor of the Parthenon. the view from the roof top bar of the Parthenon and the rest of Athens was SPECTACULAR. My phone was destroyed during my vacation so I don't have photos and don't know about the WIFI. staff was really nice about waking me up (no phone, no alarm), helping me arrange taxi to airport (no phone, no apps!) and helping me find my food tour meeting point with a paper map they dug up from somewhere (no phone, no maps!). I would stay here again. Be aware that it is a narrow place with lots of stairs. there is an elevator but its a tiny one.

nothing, everything was fine.

Where do I start? Location, location, location we were at the edge of the pedestrianised zone, right at the foot of the Acropolis which you also have an amazing view of from the rooftop bar of the hotel. When you come out of the hotel into the pedestrianised zone, you are met with a plethora of restaurants to choose from. The Acropolis is about a 10min walk from the hotel and well worth the visit, another incredible site ticked off the list! The room of the hotel was modern and minimalistic, perfect for a short break which is what we did, you are given dressing gowns which make it very cosy and the bathroom is stocked with the usual toiletries. We missed housekeeping one day but when we asked at reception what we needed was provided very quickly. We cannot fault the staff at all, they were absolutely amazing, and they even taught us some traditional Greek dances! Our last night in Athens was the absolute highlight, Marika mentioned that they have music and dancing in the rooftop bar and we thought why not we will give it a go! I am so glad we did! Caterina who works at the hotel, and some of her friends who came to visit her treated us to live renditions of traditional Greek songs, accompanied by acoustic guitar as they sang and explained what each song was about. In between songs we chatted about life in Greece, life in the UK and how they compare, after this came the dancing! Marika managed to pop up for a short period in-between her management duties and joined in teaching us traditional Greek dances. Marika, Caterina and her friends made our last night in Athens something that we will never forget! It was magical, Greek music, amazing company and the Acropolis lit up in the background when you look up was the cherry on top of an incredible night. We will definitely be back to Athens and we know exactly where we will be staying! The Acropolis Vision!!

Just that we had to leave and go back to the reality of work.

The location was ideal. Walking distance to everything. The friendly staff helped us plan where to go by giving us a map and ideas of where to walk. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely. The service and location of breakfast was great. It was fun watching the sparrows waiting for a crumb from our table. They gave us extra cake for our birthday! So sweet. The complimentary coffee, tea, and honey in the room was nice too. Comfortable bed. Everything we needed was there. The staff was all so wonderful!

Showers were very small and the water pressure was really low in the first room we had (we booked a bonus night and had to move rooms, which downgraded us when it comes to the view, but the room was more spacious and the shower worked much better). Regarding breakfast, it was a little complicated to order ahead the night before by selecting how much of what we wanted (how many slices of cucumber and precisely the number of olives we wanted). Wish there was an umbrella for the sun on the rooftop during breakfast though!

Wow! What a property. The kindest and friendliest staff. Hotel is in a perfect location (quieter than other parts of central Athens that we have stayed in), making it a perfect haven at the end of a busy day. Rooftop is perfect for breakfast and evening drinks and the view of the Acropolis from there is INCREDIBLE! Breakfast is lovely and the breakfast staff are so wonderful; at first I was concerned as you have to order your breakfast food the day before (I love a big breakfast, ha!) but it was absolutely perfect! Hotel room was great and bed super comfy. 10/10 hotel!

Really there was nothing we didn’t like! At a push, the water pressure in the shower was a little low (due to a little leak at the back of the shower head), however this was only a problem for me washing long hair. For my partner and showers without washing waist-length hair, there is no problem!
