Property is stylish and very clean, very convenient, has all the stuff you would need to feel at home. It even has an elevator! Location is absolutely unbeatable with all the architectural landmarks and plenty of great restaurants around. One can find free parking on the surrounding streets with ease if needed.

Privacy courtains would be good to have in living room.

Communication was excellent. I did not meet the host personally until the last day, but he communicated well through email and was very friendly when we did chat. The unit is very large and was spotless. Water pressure was good and water was warm (you are left instructions to turn on the boiler 20 minutes before you wish to shower and then turn it off again). Beds were comfortable. The location had many good restaurants nearby. About a 10-minute walk away from many of the rooftop restaurants with views of the Acropolis. Felt very safe in the unit and walking in the neighbourhood late at night. Very quiet neighbourhood (except the one morning they were jackhammering the road up to fix a water line issue right outside our window).

The only faults I could find, at all, were minimal. We had room #1, which is on the 1st floor, so the windows were right at eye level for anyone walking by on the street, so limited privacy with the curtains open. The area around the property (not the property at all) has lots of graffiti and garbage on the ground on the streets. I find this typical in many large European cities, but coming from North America, it is always a shock to see from what we are used to. Some people may not like the fact that there are glass doors into each room, including the bathrooms. Even with the partial frosted glass wall and door into the ensuite bathroom, one could see over the frosted part. We were aware of this from the photos when I booked, but be sure you are aware of this when booking.

The apartment is in a great location, allowing us to walk to most of the main sites; and close to excellent transport links for locations further away. There are grocery stores and cafes close by - though just a few more minutes walk will take you to a square close to the Acropolis with lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment was extremely clean and comfy and had everything we could possibly need for our stay (even though we had brought a lot with us). These included things like: cutlery, dining set, kettle, coffee machine, tea bags, sugar, fridge/small freezer, towels, shower gel, slippers etc Though the apartment wasn't that big, it was just the right size to keep us as 3 adults. It didn't need to be any bigger, though we obviously would have loved more space :) The map they had kindly provided along with little notes was a massive help. They have clearly put a lot of thought into the customer experience, to try to make it as hassle free and comfortable as possible. The owner, though we never met them, kept in contact via email to ensure we were ok and had everything needed. All instructions were clear and easy to understand and we experienced no issues leading up to or during our stay. The terrace was a clean, spacious space to enjoy a peaceful view of the area. We (3 sisters) would definitely stay here again, either together or with our individual families.

I don't think anything could be made any better. The owner has done a great job in providing exceptional service.

Everything was perfect :) Apartament is very nice and spacious (just like in the pictures), there was everything we needed during our stay. Simple and self-check-in (front door code and apartment card), Before arrival, we received clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. Very good contact with a nice Owner, very kind and helpful room service Lady :) Great location (close to well-known tourist spots, bars and restaurants, but also in a quiet place). We would love to stay here on our next visit to Athens :)

This was one of our favourite places we stayed in Greece! It had great facilities (even including a washing machine and a rooftop that you can chill at) and it looked really stylish too. We met one of the staff briefly and she was friendly and and there was a map in our room which had a lot of information about places to go. It even had some notes on places to stay away from (which is also handy since we were going to Athens for the first time!). We also loved going to Thissio bakery which was a short walk away (Also one of the recommendations on the map!) Finally, the room was great value and we would definitely stay again!

The rooms was incredibly clean, we had all what we needed. The location is definitely great! We could do all by walk and the hotel is placed in a very calm neighborhood. The service was excellent! It exceeded our expectations! If you are coming to Athens, you can choose this property with your eyes closed.

Our stay at Greece U Around suite was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed including great aircon, spacious bathroom and kitchen, and the added bonus of a laundry and great rooftop terrace with views of the surrounding city. The location is fabulous, just a short walk to the restaurants of Iraklidon St (and the small but mighty Heraklion Museum). We would love to stay again. Excellent rooms - we booked two and both were fantastic. It was spacious, modern, new and secure. Easy to access with two key cards. The laundry was good with both washers and dryers. The beds were comfortable and we had two full size bathrooms. The hosts were exceptional they provided a lot of helpful information and checked in with us throughout the stay to see if we needed anything. The rooftop terrace and tv streaming services were extra bonuses as well.

the only negative was the bad smell in the main bathroom

This is hands-down the best place to stay in Athens! Wonderful and very friendly hosts, so kind and helpful. Very close walking distance to all the sights, metro, restaurants and shops - but a beautiful quiet neighbourhood. Spacious room, very clean, very quiet, comfortable beds.. No street noise! The laundry onsite was also very helpful for a longer stay. Look no further - please book here! It is amazing.
