The property has been newly renovated and everything feels fresh and modern. Our stay was exceptional — from the pristine interiors to the high level of comfort throughout. The building is extremely secure, which gave us great peace of mind. The owners were incredibly accommodating and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. Bonus: the rooftop garden offers a stunning view of the Parthenon — a truly unforgettable spot to relax.

The neighborhood has a lot of bars and clubs near by. I personally did not have a problem the apartment has a decent soundproofing but if your sensitive take that into consideration. Note: complimentary earplugs are provided.

I've never been more impressed with a host than I was with Eva. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Unfortunately, the 1st night there, I became violently ill for 5 days from octopus food poisoning that I ordered from a delivery service. I had just moved to Greece from America, so I didn't know anyone, how, or where to get medical help. She made sure I was safe, checked in with me often, refreshed my linens, water, and gave me instructions on how to seek medical help. The staff was so friendly, even the building mechanics. She also helped me find a local realtor to purchase property for my residency in Greece. Any issues were resolved immediately by Eva. She's not only a good host, she's a good soul. I've owned many bnbs ....from Florida, California to Hawaii, and I can tell you that the owners are lucky to have her working for them. Beautiful apartment in a great location (45 minute walk to the acropolis& main location for shops and restaurants, 5 minute walk from the metro) Wonderful views from the roof terrace and from the room balcony Everything is immaculate in the apartment, very modern

The nightclubs in the area are noisy on weekend nights but the owner can’t help this, they did provide earplugs in the room which was a kind gesture

The place is modern, big, clean and has all what you need for a short or long stay. The host Eva was extremely helpful and responsive at all times. Overall great stay, great value for money.

The noises from the near by clubs in some nights, however with the sound of the AC turned on, barely heard the club noises. Would recommend getting some solid ear buds just in case.

Roof top garden view of the acropolis was amazing! It was very clean and beautiful furnishings.

It was very loud at night with booming music from local clubs. Ear plugs were provided. Couldn’t find out how to work the AC no instructions found or remote control. Very hot in the bedroom area which is a Mezzanine so you are sleeping on the ceiling basically where heat rises.

Cozy place, recently built. Nice, helpful host. Nice terrace with a good view, even better terrace at the top of the building. Easy access for visiting Athens with a metro station nearby. If you travel by car like we did, parking place can be usually found on nearby streets.

A kitchenette sink would be useful.

Easy to access the property and how responsive the host was! The property was super super nice. I can definetly recommend it. Also the building is very nice and one feels safe

However the neighbourhood is not yet as amazing, which one should be aware of when arriving. Also the second bed is a sofa an not a separate room.

The noise during the night is very loud, I was woken multiple times throughout the night with banging music . Out of the control of the owners unfortunately but they were extremely helpful with everything else

The communication with the owner was completely smooth and explanatory. The loft is spacious and comfortable. Well equipped. We walked to the center, its not that far, and there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around
