Alex, the fantastic landlord, arranged to meet with me at the property at 2am and handed me the keys and gave me the main instructions of how to access and use the suite and its Jacuzzi, which unfortunately I never got the time to use (hopefully, next time). He had kindly arranged an upgrade from what I had booked. The flat itself was spacious, clean and warm, and the location was ideal, literally 10 minutes from the centre of Athens and all the main spots. Within a few yards are an array of cafes and restaurants, as well as a supermarket.

If I was to nitpick, I'd say that maybe keeping a little bit of sugar, tea and coffee, as well as some salt and pepper would be a great assistance, especially for families staying. Apart from that, nothing could be criticized.

We were VERY satisfied with this accommodation. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful both in advance and in the location. The apartment is just a few minutes away by metro from the Acropolis, and you can use the rooftop jacuzzi and sunbeds to watch the Acropolis itself anytime you are "home". That is definitely unrivaled! The area has some bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket, so that is great too. Even though a train and traffic come and go by the accommodation, you cannot really hear it; it's very serene inside. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and beautiful. Its only downside is - much like almost everywhere in Greece - that you are not allowed to flush the toilet paper, so it has to go in a bin. But the owners did everything they could to make yourself as comfortable as possible, including a lot of food already in the fridge and on the counters that you can eat for breakfast or whenever. And a very generous amount of toiletries too! 10/10 would go again and I recommend it wholeheartedly!

The Apartment was very clean and modern, you can tell the owner takes pride in this place! A 20 minute walk to the Acropolis and close to Metro. Spectacular views on the rooftop. The area had many restaurants and was also close to a grocery store. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again!

We wish that the Jacuzzi’s would have been turned on before we came. They take a considerable amount of time to heat up and therefore we couldn’t use the Jacuzzi the first night we were there. The walls are pretty thin and being right next to the entrance we could hear everyone coming and going, especially at night. We could also hear people right next to us in the bedroom, which felt unnerving at times. The property is right next to a busy road and railway, and due to some railway pedestrian crossings, it is common to hear the train horns at night. The blinds in the bedroom have a large gap that let a lot of light in at night. It says breakfast is included but we never received anything. (We also didn’t inquire about it)

I recently stayed at 47 Luxury Suites in Athens, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel is well-located, making it convenient to explore the city's historic sites. The suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. Every detail seemed carefully thought out, from the luxurious bedding to the modern amenities, and the small touches like complimentary welcome treats really made a difference. This place is an absolute gem!! I only wish we had more time to spend exploring the area and lounging in this comfortable, beautifully furnished apartment! Conveniently located near restaurants, market, and train station, and an easy walk to the top archaeological sites in Athens. The host is extremely personable and helpful - he set us up with maps and the routes to maximize our short stay in Athens. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and extremely comfortable - it was the perfectly cool temperature to come home to after a hot afternoon in Athens! PLUS there’s a rooftop jacuzzi (at perfect temp of not hot) with views of the Acropolis! As we were settling in, we were even surprised with a bottle of chilled local wine!! Sipping delicious wine in the rooftop jacuzzi looking out over the lit up Acropolis at sunset was 🤌🏼I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and my only regret is that it wasn’t longer!!

Nothing! It was perfect

1. The staff, Alex and Sotiris, are both very welcoming. I got an early check-in on request. At checkout, they offered me to use their gym room until evening as my flight was in late evening, which is really appreciable. 2. Rooms are clean and spacious. They provide daily housecleaning, which very good. 3. The location is close to metro station, 2-3 mins walk. 4. Jacuzzi on rooftop is very nice touch to have relaxed evening, watching Acropolis hill.

Everything was perfect except 1. The apartment didn't have a cooking option by default, no cooktop. (We got one portable on request immediately) 2. It is good to have a common washing machine in the hotel, as the apartment doesn't have one itself.

The location is very convienent for the purpose of our sightseeing. Shopping facilities are nearby for food and drinks. The size of the accomandation allows our group of 9 to stay together. Rooms are spacious and clean with ample supplies.

The accomandation is beside a major road. During our time of stay, siren sounding emergency vehicles were passing by quite frequently.

The acommodation was amazing, the privat jacuzzi was just the top of it :-) It is in a great location, just 5 minutes from the metro station line 3 that connects Airport and the Pireas harbor. You have only one stop to Monastiraki, 2 stops to Syntagma or Acropoli - or you can simply walk to Acropoli in about 20 minutes slow walk. The grocery, the bakery, restaurants, bars... everything is close. Our host Alexandros was in touch with us the day prior our arrival on WhatsApp, he was waiting for us even though our arrival was 2 hours before check-in time, gave us the keys, explained everything about the acommodation and the facilities and also gave us great tips and recommendations where to go, so that we could enjoy the time in Athens even more. Lovely!

The staff were great very friendly and gave us loads of good suggestions for food, drinks and nightlife. The apartment was spacious even with four of us, very clean and modern. The rooftop hot top with a view of the Acropolis was also great in the evening. Location was good, just a short walk to bars and restaurants and close to the metro station.

Only minor comment is the exterior of the building could look better. It’s not nearly as nice as the inside.

Exceptional hosting. Restaurant and attraction suggestions. Laundry service etc. Those guys know how to treat you 10/10!

The rooms were a bit tired and need some fresh touch any time soon. The front door had a slot underneath and you could hear the street noise through the hallway. Some equipment in the kitchen was missing like spatula and salt&pepper.
