I thought that this apartment was well maintained and very clean. I appreciated the hosts suggestions for places around town and their willingness to help with anything I needed. It was a quiet neighborhood at night and very much like staying as a local. Overall the place was great for the value.

I stayed on the bottom apartment and there is an Auto shop right across the street so if you don't want to wake up early this might not be the place for you. The location wasn't bad, but I do wish it was a bit closer to the main area of Athens. I was definitely walking a good 25min. to get to the center of town with all of the sights, restaurants, and shops, and then I usually had a 40min. walk back. So maybe consider a rental car or the taxi apps worked well too. The shower could have used a curtain or something to keep the water in because after every shower the floor was drenched, but they did leave a squeegee to push the water into the drain.

I had a fantastic stay at these apartments. The place was spotlessly clean, well-furnished, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located, making my stay very comfortable. The host was welcoming and responsive. There’s little to complain about, but the shower was a bit small, and there was no microwave, which would have been convenient. Still, it was a great experience overall.

The property is located close enough to the ancient city attractions that we could walk within 20-25 minutes. The area around the ancient ruins was surrounded by modern upscale shops as well as street vendors with a variety of goods being offered. The apartment was secure and well outfitted. There is a grocery market about 7-8 minute walk and with modern appliances a couple could live there for multiple days. There are some recommended local restaurants near by that serve good local dishes. The apartment owner met us and introduced us to the amenities and they included several snack items for our convenience. Access from national highway 8 was easy. However, parking when available is on the street, but our car was safe the whole time we stayed. For a good place to stay while in Athens, my wife and I highly recommend BMV Apartments

The only thing I didn't like was the street parking, but we found a spot right away and the car was never bothered the whole time. I can't think of any other thing about this property that I didn't like.

Great apartment. It was new, clean and comfortable, with a little terrace. It was about a 10-minute ride by cab from all the monuments and museums. We used uber and each way was anywhere from 6 to 9 euros. The metro station is 10 minutes away walking, and the neighborhood is quiet and appears safe, but ugly and not a pleasure to walk in. Walking to the Acropolis is a 40-minute walk, which we did not try. I appreciated the public street parking because we drove to Athens. However, there is hardly any parking downtown, so I left the car in the neighborhood and used Uber. All in all the apartment was very comfortable, the hosts were great and we appreciated the fruit, wine and treats that they left for us. They were also very responsive and allowed us to check in early. But the neighborhood is nothing special.

Almost ideal location with all Athens sites in walking distance but still located in traditional Greek quarter of Athens with local restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Appartments with classic style i.e. high ceilings with plasture ornaments and some antique furniture and brandnew kitchen, bathroom, beds and other furniture. Modern highly efficient air conditioning and solar hot water service. Beautiful large loggia and access to garden with shade all day long. Close to Athens Metro line 3 Station Karremeikos Chris and his wife provided everything finger food, fruits, wine, coffee & tea to get started and even laundry service when needed. Perfect mix of luxurious classic apartments with i.e wooden flooring and modern new equipment where sensible.

We had all meals on loggia and weren't bothered with rather small dining area in one of the apartments.

All was excellent within the accommodation! Chris and his wife were super helpful during all my stay - Chris waited for me till late night even in situation when I was delayed with the problematic transfer from the airport. There was amazing welcome in form of the biscuits, water, wine, etc. I received many suggestions for the restaurants, trips, etc. Moreover, Chris helped me with finding the right bus to travel to my business meeting. The accommodation is very nicely located close to the main sightseeing places. The apartment is perfectly clean and very well equipped - there is literally everything you need even for the long stay. The wifi worked perfectly - I even used MS Teams for the meetings and all went smoothly. So, thanks a lot for the hospitality as well as cosy environment!!! :)

We were a family of four travelling to Athens from India, we arrived late around 10:30 pm but the hosts were super courteous as they remained present at the time of late check in. Host helped us settle and explained everything in detail. During our stay it was just like home. Apartment has good locations and is close to the supermarket "My Market" and while commuting to major destinations across Athens the Metro Station "Metaxourgeio" is at the walking distance of 12-15 mins and for those who would like to walk so much there is Bus Route No. '051' which has its 'ΑΓ. ΓΕΩΡΓΙΟΣ' (AG.GEORGIOS) station around 200 mtrs from Apartment which will take you to Metaxourgeio Metro Station. I suggest that you buy a Travel Card.. which makes travel hassle free and convenient. Host gave all the information so they could speak english. I extend my regards to them as they kept my baggage in safe custody and after my check out as I had a late flight and specially came back to return the same in the evening. Their wine and cakes were also great. Thanks for being such a lovely host.

The apartment was clean, spacious, well appointed and had clearly been recently renovated. The apartment was near Athens attractions by foot or a short taxi/Uber ride. The property owner was helpful and responsive.

The apartment location was not desirable. Street parking was a challenge, but we successfully found nearby spots during our visit. Lock your car and don’t leave valuables visible inside it.

The owners are incredible people. Extremely polite, and welcoming. The instructions were very clear, and we even got tips from them to visit the city. The flat was large, very comfortable, and clean. It was very well equipped and the owners even left some Greek goodies. We were extremely happy with our stay, and we hope to meet them again if we visit Athens in the future.

Everything was perfect, we only think the shower could be improved (with curtains and have the shower fixed in the wall).

This accommodation is perfect in everything. Location is 15min walk to any center, museums, historical moments, shopping, etc. You can have public transport, the station is very close, or taxi that is cheap, as our host Cris advised us to use but we never needed. Peaceful area, free parking, perfectly clean apartments, nice and very comfortable bed, super warm and positive energy. The host Cris is the man that offers you everything you need for joyful staying. Starting with welcome gifts in the kitchen, rose wine and.box full of food, another box full of fresh oranges in the fridge, and his perfect explanation of everything what you need to know and what you want to know. Definitely i recommend this place.

Whoever want to write in this section is not worthy to spend your time. I spent some time thinking of what i didn't like, but there is not single thing connected with the apartment.
