Staff is friendly and giving the maximum of the customer support. Rooms are modern, clean and fully equipped for a couple with a baby. The quality of the food is really good ! What I liked the most is the kindergarten with the wonderful lady Stella who kept my toddler entertained while I was relaxing with a massage at the hotels SPA.

The only thing that I did not like is the payment method. We booked our accommodation through booking and the amount was already “authorized” in our bank account. Upon our arrival we had to pay again the same amount that was already booked from the bank. That means we need to have the double amount in our bank account from the one we had planned to use! At the reception the staff reassured us that the first charge will return to our account. At the moment no money has returned to my bank account but on the contrary it’s double charged. This policy makes everything complicated and it should be changed.

It is one of the best hotels we have visited ever!! The rooms, the facilities everything was a total AAA score! Definitely we will be back again! Thanks for great vacation!

This was our first vacation with a 5 months baby and we're definitely happy with the choice to stay here for a full week. The resort is lovely, nice view to the beach, great pools and gardens and a pleasant atmosphere overall. The staff is great. We had good experience with everyone we came across with, and they werr super friendly. We celebrated my wife's birthday during our stay and they provided a lovely gesture that we really appreciated. The food for both breakfast and dinner was great. While not always consistent in quality, there's always great variety of options to choose from. The room was clean and they provided quality baby bed. Also the jym and sauna were great.

They didn't really provide a regular blanket, just a thin sheet as a cover, and it wasn't so comfortable. There is an issue of lack of sunbeds in the pool and the beach, so if you don't catch something early in the day, you can find yourself stuck. Overall we liked our room but it had a very different structure than what we saw in the picture of our booking (2 separated areas instead of one large area), so worth being more transparent about it.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom in particular was very convenient, compared to other hotels we had stayed in lately. Breakfast was good, with a large variety of products, although the layout lacked consistency or logic.

The quality of food at dinner was below our expectations and the dining room was very noisy. Also, we had to wait in line for a long time before we could enter the dining room, because guests who arrived before us had to settle their payment first and there was only one employee to tend to the bureaucracy. The shower is not enclosed properly so water floods the floor. We expected a resort of this quality to provide an espresso machine in the room, especially since the bar opens only at 18:00.

Vincci EverEden was very good – the breakfast was fantastic, the outdoor area was beautiful, though the beach was a bit busy and the beach bar food wasn’t great.

The hotel offers a lot of amenities

Spa space (Sauna, hammam) should not allow kids. It's a relaxation area and it becomes really noisy and kindergarten if there are no rules.

I had an amazing stay at Vincci EverEden! From the moment I arrived, everything made me feel cared for and relaxed. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the whole experience felt luxurious and personal. The breakfast and dinner were top-notch – fresh, delicious food prepared right in front of you. The resort itself is beautiful, with golf cart service to get around easily and a private beach that’s peaceful and well-maintained. The VIP beach area is paid, but even the regular beach felt exclusive and serene. There were a couple of small issues with my room, but they were resolved immediately – excellent service! I was also pleasantly surprised to find a Tesla charger on-site, which made things super convenient. All in all, it was the perfect solo escape, and I left feeling refreshed and spoiled. I’d love to come back again!

A beautiful resort directly across from the beach. We booked this resort last minute after cancelling our plans due to the fires in Crete. The resort is well maintained, spotlessly clean and has a number of facilities including two pools and a beach club with another seaside restaurant. The reception staff were welcoming as were the concierge staff who helped us with our luggage and drove us up and down the resort in golf carts. We had a family Seaview room with a terrace where we watched spectacular sunsets over the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning strong which was needed in the heatwave. I highly recommend the optional buffet dinner - the buffet breakfast each morning in Seasons restaurant is varied and had great quality food as did their other restaurants.

While the staff are polite and professional. Some attention to detail regarding collection of towels around the main centre pool, the behaviour of some guests (which I reported) could have been monitored and managed better. I know the rooms are non smoking but I did not appreciate second hand smoke from inconsiderate guests being blown around on the deck area whilst eating breakfast. Would I stay again? Yes most definitely.
