We liked the hotel because it had a kitchen and spacious rooms and was close to the downtown of Lavrio. We can walk everywhere, to seafood restaurants, shops, the beach and the sea. This hotel is also a short drive to Sounio and an easy ride from the airport.

The hotel needed some minor repairs, the toilet was not flushing well, the towel rack fell, the shower curtain fell one time, but they came and fixed everything. There was not enough chairs to sit on the kitchen and one on balcony. We had a two bedroom with only 3 chairs (for 4-5 people). Also the elevator was tiny, fits 2 people and 1 large bag of luggage. Seems normal in Greece. This does not stop us from returning, we liked it overall!

Communication with the hotel was very good. They responded quickly and nicely. Everything went very smoothly, and we enjoyed our stay. There was a large balcony and air conditioning in every room.

The beds were a bit too hard for many of us, but they were fine for one night. There was no shower head holder on the wall, so we had to hold it by hand the entire time. Adding a shower holder would improve the experience. However, these are just small issues — overall, we liked everything!

Stayed at Nikolakakis Rooms Laviro for 1 night before taking ferry to Kythnos. The hotel is very central in the town, few minutes from the marina and 10 minute walk to the ferries. The staff where very friendly and helpful and I had no problem checking in very late as my flight was delayed into Athens. The room was larger and more spacious than expected, beautiful large balcony and adequate bathroom. Only problem was the noise from a nearby bar that went on until early hours of the morning but the hotel can't do anything about this. Lovely selection for breakfast as well, plenty to keep you going for the day, overall very enjoyable stay at Nikolakakis Rooms Laviro

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, well air conditioned room. Some english TV. Small kitchinette area. Lovely breakfast. Nice quiet area with plenty of places to eat and drink and a supermarket so you could eat in. Not far from cruise port.

Very little! Missed a hair drier, maybe facilities to make own hot drink in room. Quite a few steps up to reception which can be difficult with luggage but luckily someone was there to help.

Fantastic all around: The staff was extraordinary welcoming and friendly. Everyone was helpful and the location was superb. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and spacious :). All around did not disappoint! I will certainly be back to stay again.

Great location in the town which had a lovely feeling to it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was good - hot water, comfy bed. It's a short walk to the port or a driver can take you.

The view from the balcony was to the back and not great but I only stayed one night so it didn't matter.

Extremely well located for Lavrio port. 10 min walk. Check-in was efficient and friendly and the hotel has a lift which is great if you have a heavy bag. Very good value for money. I'd stay again.

I found the bed extremely hard but it was ok for 1 night. Tiniest bathroom ever, could do with an update.

Its the only hotel in Lavrio, which I find odd because it is a fair-sized town and quite pleasant to chill out in. The rooms are clean and comfortable and mine had a small kitchenette and a balcony overlooking a small park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a convenient self-service laundromat right next door, and plenty of cafes and restaurants in close proximity. The inter-city bus stop is right opposite, and the ferry port about a 10 minute walk away. There is also a very interesting archeological museum within walking distance.

The bed was comfortable, the shower very powerful and the breakfast was excellent. The bathroom needs some renovation, but with so many pluses, including very friendly and helpful staff, that does not detract from the high recommendation the rooms deserve.

I booked this hotel for my parents that were getting a cruise the next day. I was concerned as they don't speak English (or Greek :-D ) and they are in the elderly side of age so in case they needed something, it may have been difficult for them to communicate. The staff in the hotel was brilliant helping them and sorted out all possible needs. Thanks a lot :-D And yeah, the hotel is really nice too :-), with a great location for the purpose of heading to the pier the next day.
