Tucked away amongst the olive trees and hills, 5 min drive to the sea.. The perfect Greek experience.. Quiet and charming room with balcony overlooking garden.. Loved the Angelina and Ilias.. Perfect hosts.. Will cater to any need..

We were warmly welcomed at a very late arrivel by Lina & llias. The room and beds could not be better, very comfy. They made delicious breakfast at our wish. Our favourite when visiting Palia Fokaia next time.

Our hosts Angelina and Ilias exceeded our expectations . Really looking after us and what we needed . Helping us with local sites and information . We where travelling on a shoestring budget . They very kindly helped with transport information and even made the time to drive us to a few places . Very very happy

The hosbitality is outstanding. quiet sorroundings. well equpied kitchen. Separate bedroom. Large balcony.

You need a car to get to a restaurant. Very small shower.

Very good beach nearby (1 km) as well as good seafront restaurants. Perfectly located for a visit to the iconic CapSounion and Poséidon Temple Friendly wellcome.

The house is in a tranquil cul de sac, about 15 minutes walk from the town. A really peaceful area; relaxing on the balcony in the afternoon, I could hear only the sounds of the cicadas. The breakfast wasn't bakery quality (as in the pictures on the website), but there was plenty of biscuits and French toasts and spreads to choose from. Angelina wasn't there, but she kept in contact making sure I had anything I needed and was always available via phone.

Although the shower was big enough for me, for taller people might be a bit of a squeeze (bear in mind I'm only talking about the flat I was in, as there are other flats in the villa). Just a note on Palaia Fokaia, bus and taxi services are sketchy.

Very well organized with everything that you need available. Nice location in a quite residential area, 15 minutes walk from the seaside with restaurants. Angelina is an amazing host, great communication by WhatsApp messenger

As mentioned in one of the reviews, there is no dedicated shower space. Basically the bathroom has a drain on the floor and a shower-head on the wall. For me it was a cool experience; just as many people I had my share of guilt from leaking water out of a shower cabin or a bath curtain, and here finally you just don't care and relax.
