I was scuba diving at Kea Divers and the location was perfect for this. It was also very close to the restaurants. I loved the view of the bay, the spa, the deckchairs on the lawn and the infinity pool. The room was also fantastic and I loved the balcony. Breakfast was excellent and again having this with the view was incredible. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Room was always super clean and well maintained by the cleaning staff.

Same music on repeat. Even though it was very relaxing music it did get a bit repetitive. Small details but I was once served water from a bottle instead of it being served in a glass with ice. You wouldn’t usually get this in a 5 Star. The hotel could have pre organised a transfer from the port to the hotel. This would have made the experience better and again something that should already be in place for a 5 Star. Communication leading up to my trip could have been better such as “will you need a transfer?”. It was my first time on the island so everything was a bit unknown at first.

Location / view is perfect, the most beautiful place on the island in our opinion. Hotel itself was very peaceful, never felt too busy, spa was amazing and always empty! Pool and loungers very good too. Room is big with great (and silent!!) aircon, good waterfall shower, mini bar and balcony. The staff were brilliant, every single person made us feel welcome and ensured we had a brilliant stay. The cleaners do an excellent job too. The breakfast and sushi menus are good and fish is fresh. The breakfast buffet in particular is very impressive with loads of healthy options. I loved that there was fat free Greek yoghurt as well as normal! Would 100% recommend this hotel!

No iron in the room and our balcony didn’t get the sun but this didn’t negatively affect our stay.

A beautiful hotel with less than 30 rooms, meaning it was very personal, quiet and relaxing. Wonderful spa, open to all guests with an indoor pool, sauna and steam room. We booked 2 treatments and enjoyed every second. Our room was exceptional, wonderfully decorated, huge and clean. Just a short walk to the harbour with lots of little Greek restaurants and shops. The breakfast was included in our room and was delicious. We will definitely return!

The lack of an iron and I thought the hairdryer could have been of better quality.

The spa area needs more attention and more regular cleaning. When we arrived at the hotel, it was a very hot day, I would have expected a refreshment to make us feel comfortable. Also the breakfast was good and fresh but a little limited.

The hotel is a true gem and surely belongs to my most favorite places ever. The pictures on booking fully reflect reality, actually it is even better than depicted. The hotel is placed about 2 km away from Kea port in a neighborhood called Vourkari. There are plenty of restaurants around here but you can easily walk back to the port to have dinner.. the rooms are spacious and the ones on the top floor provide a great view on the sea. There are rooms with private pool as well. There is an outdoor as well as an indoor pool. The indoor one is part of the spa which can be booked for exclusive use in time slots of 1.5hrs. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Lack of a supermarket in the neighborhood, e.g. for water, next is at the port - but the hotel was simply perfect.

We loved the location, service and room! Beautiful views and great service from Anna, Mariana, Yousef, George, Mohamed and Mickash. Great to be able to walk everywhere - 1 minute from the village great food and service. Special thanks to @thecosmostraveller for the recommendation.

Excellent location, very friendly team, very good breakfast, very nice restaurant, fast room service with full variety, excellent view, very nice room with balcony overlooking the bay, great sunset, very nice pool area, very close to to all good restaurants in Vourkari (the most vibrant bay in the island of Tzia), still maintaining the tranquility and quietness!!

The room had also internal windows looking at the corridor and despite them having blinds, the light was still getting in from the edges not providing full darkness.

‏ Overall, our stay was very pleasant. We liked the property and our room. We also really enjoyed our breakfast and the design of the hotel is beautiful.

The only downside was that the room pool was in the shade and it and the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy it. When you book, try to contact the hotel to make sure you’ll get a room where the pool is sunny.

Loved everything about this hotel. Wonderful rooms and very clean! George and his staff made us feel like home!! The massage therapist was exceptional and the breakfast was outstanding. Truly a world class hotel.

There is no fitness center or gym of any kind at this hotel. That was the only thing that was missing in my opinion. No other complaints.
