There was a very good selection of breakfast foods to choose from. You are given a list on arrival and you tick the items on it that you want. However you will get the same things everyday unless you ask to change! Our room was super clean, bright and airy and very tastefully equipped. Great attention to detail. We had a very nice balcony with the most spectacular views of Kea and nearby islands. I would say probably the best views in Ioulida. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The shower room was nice, extremely clean and well stocked however it is very compact. Some people may find the shower itself on the small side. The property is built on a cliff side so be prepared for the steep path going up and down to the rooms and other areas of the hotel complex.

A truly wonderful place to stay in Kea. The room was spacious and well equipped. It was very clean and the daily service impeccable. The breakfast was good and had all we needed. The view is absolute stunning. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast could have been served a bit earlier. But then again, we are on vacation 😊

Beautiful authentic house with all the charm you love about Greece. Close to a wonderful village and its amazing views of the sea and mountains. Everything is perfect and every detail is like magic, just wow! A Perfect place to enjoy with your family and we can’t wait to go back again!

The villa was beautifully built and decorated! We loved it the views were breathtaking, a wonderful Cycladic landscape Amazing sunsets from our terrace The manager Thomais went above and beyond!

It is supposed to be close to Ioulida but it is very steep to walk to town and especially tough to walk back under the heat and there was no indication to find the hotel on your way back The breakfast room was too far away from the villa in another setting you needed to walk up lots of steps to reach the main road and walk down the road to reach the other part of the hotel The place felt isolated once you were there but the view compensated

The location is great , wonderful views and close to the main village , we loved the breakfast area with great views and the pool is really nice and clean . The room is also very clean and tastefully decorated.

Beds and pillows were too soft for us . Breakfast was nice but almost the same everyday , so became boring after a couple of days , they could have different types of jam , fruit , pastry and warm meal, but that was the same . However breakfast was delicious 😋

A lovely property that sits at the top of Loulida. The pool is shared. It was very clean , bright and quiet. We were away from the main property so was a little walk to breakfast but that was fine.

The breakfast could have had a bit more variety. The pool could have had a daily clean. But honestly it was brilliant

Very good location close to Ioulida/Chora with an amazing view. The breakfast was great with many healthy choices and the staff especially Thomais were very friendly and helpful. She also gave to our 2 year son a fairytale book in order to remember our visit there. The room was big and very clean, it smelled great with clean sheets and towels.

Lovely rooms and terrace balcony and views, good buffet breakfast and did also cook fresh eggs, nice kitchen area in the rooms, pool area has great views and very quiet

Location is good for views but to get to the village it is quite a walk up and down, walking down is ok but I'd always get a taxi back. A bit confusing upon arrival as there are two different locations albeit only 150m apart but there's no real reception signposted, maybe ask at the shop where to go

The location is amazing with breathtaking views of the island and easily accessible by car. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was full of original local goods. The balcony of our room was perfect for relaxing and the concierge (Thomais) was always present and available for anything we needed!

Very clean, excellent service and amazing views. We had a great time during our 3 nights stay there. Staff were very helpful especially Thomais. They make us feel like home. Highy recommended
