I have stayed many times in the same apartment as I travel frequently for business and it is exceptionally good. The neighborhood is very quiet, there is parking space and the room is of very high quality. I will definitely go again

If you want to visit Athens but at the same time to stay at a quiet apartment in a quiet neighborhood, that's the place you were looking for. A very nice apartment with all facilities that are needed for your stay including a parking place for your car. Super clean and close to whatever you might need - a minimarket, metro station and shopping centers. The instructions for the check in were super clear and the host was lovely and helpful. Don't miss it!

Excellent communication before and during our stay. The apartment was spotless clean, which already gave a homey feeling. There was clearly paid attention to the detail and quality. Most comfortable bed ever. We would definitely stay again.

Location. Keep in mind that the property is -obviously- not close to the tourist attractions.

It was very secured and it was beautifully presented and very elegant. The staff were very helpful. Every thing you needed was there and it was a short stroll to an excellent Greek restaurant.

Everything was superb! Secure and welcoming feeling, the apartment is well thought throughout with extra special touches in the complementary wine and juice, as well as the large bottles of water in the super efficient fridge. Special mention goes to the amazing bathroom shower - WOW. Loved using the shower products, felt like I was bathing with the Greek Gods! Our stay was a short overnight stay, as we were in transit to the airport, but will definitely save Olygreen for our next visit. Thank you

The alarm beeping as soon as we opened the door and every time an external door was opened was confusing. We didn’t know if we needed to turn it off when we walked in as there was no mention of this on the instructions. It was ok once we got use to it.

We arrived to Onlygreen Residences much more earlier than the time of check in procedure... But Maria did all she could do to make our staying better after long flight with baby! She welcoming us in office on 4th floor, let us leave our luggage and recommend some local shops and cafe. No more than 30 minutes maid Helena (thank you very much!) prepaid our apartment and we finally check in at 11 a.m. :) Fantastic! A welcome gift was also unexpected! This place is literally your second home - all that you usually need in routine life were in Olive (Elia) room - from slippers to real fireplace! 2 balcony with nice view and items for outside breakfast, also our neighbours were kind and quiet. So, our days in this place run very quick and we wanted to stay here more time. Onlygreen Athens set high mark for our next places of staying. Extraordinary place for perfect vacation. It's no doubt, that our next trip to Athens will start here for great mood and bright memories! Many thanks!

Onlygreen Residences in Athens is the highly recommend place! To be honest, this place is full of all necessary things for comfort and pleasant living with child! It includes all items for perfect staying.

We absolutely loved it here. The whole apartment is in good taste. It has all the ammenities of a superior 4 star hotel apartment, and yet the interior design and decor make it feel like a home. The attention to detail is amazing and highly appreciated. Cleanliness is exemplary. We loved the privacy of the terrace very much. The bed is extra large and comfortable. There is a little stone bench in the shower, which we liked. The location is in a very good and safe area. Parking space is scarce in the proximity, but we were offered a parking spot on the property and it was perfect.

Our stay at the apartment was truly fantastic! The place was perfectly equipped – it had absolutely everything we needed and even more. Very clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. A big advantage is the location – very close to the metro station, which makes exploring the city so easy. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help, which made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. I definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to come back again!

Everything was perfect, the apartment is really well constructed with attention to detail and of high quality. We particularly loved the closets. Lighting is great and well thought, beds are super comfy, pillows great, matched our needs perfectly.

I'd be unfair to say there's negatives as everything was great. If I had to write something though, I'd probably recommend a handheld vacuum cleaner which would be handy when there's kids around. We also found the shower floor a bit slippery, but managed it with the bath mat so not a problem really.

Good location in a quiet residential neighbourhood, close to shops and public transportation, easy communication and self check-in, hosts went out of their way to guarantee my comfort despite a short notice booking. Definitely a place to return to next time I'm in Athens.

It was a mixed experience, as the host company owns the whole building and I moved between apartments 'Siko' on day one and 'Meli' on day two. The first was impeccable in every aspect, aside from a cracked bathroom sink. The second however was showing signs of intensive touristic use, with heating that didn't work so well and WiFi that came and went. In both cases I noticed the showers only had enough hot water for 15-20 mins, which might be an issue when travelling in a couple or as a family. Also, the parking was risky for anything larger than a Fiat 500 - I barely managed to squeeze my Audi A3 in, but my wife or my mom wouldn't have been able to. Between that and the self check-in with codes and lockboxes, this might not be the best option for older or limited accessibility travellers.
