The hotel is located in an amazing location, central Chalandri. The room was clean, quiet, and had many amenities, which were exactly as advertised. I loved the design of the rooms, they were convenient and functional. All in all, it was truly, a value-for-money stay!

It seems that you REALLY need to work on post-check-out service. It took me 4-5 emails to "convince" the hotel staff, to send over the Invoices (since it was a business trip). They kept sending only one out of two, even if both bookings were made from my account, even if I was assured that I would be sent both during check-out.

We altogether stayed for 5 nights in this hotel, changed to a large room on the last day, we loved both rooms we stayed. The hotel is in a good location with many great shops and bars nearby. It is in a quiet neighborhood without too much noise. Comfortable beds and spacious room. Equipped with a microwave in the room so you can cook or heat food. There are not many good restaurants around , most restaurants only do simple food like burgers, but plenty nice bakeries and bars and luckily there’s an excellent Sklaventis supermarket in just several minutes’ walk where you can buy very delicious microwave foods and ready meals.

If the hotel can supply complimentary bottled water on a daily basis, I would feel it more attractive to me~~~.

Very nice apart- hotel in the shopping area of Athens. It's not directly in the city centre but has everything you need. Our suite was gorgeous, with beautiful views over the mountain range,large windows and very bright. Super clean. Modern. Great showers. Coffee machine, kettle and small fridge. Restaurants and cafés with amazing food are all around. You can get private parking for 10eur per day if needed but plenty of parking on small streets. Best local Greek food in local taverns. Newly renovated building. Located on one of the main streets. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Will stay again. And it's 20 min from Athens International airport.

We have stayed at this property several times. The people are always pleasant and eager to help with any needs we might have. Our plane was early, they allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. They were nice enough to order a taxi so we could get around. There are many restaurants & shops, even an iPhone repair shop across the street. We wanted to pick up groceries to take home to America from Sklavenitis, so we required a taxi. They made recommendations for food places nearby.

Everything was perfect., as always.

Very easy and convenient to book. Place, center of Chalandri, excellent. Perfect balcony. Difficult to find parking in the area though. Personel is professional and polite. The bed (cocomat) is super relaxing and healthy. Clean. Quiet. Smart tv ...I had everything i needed and a nice relaxing stay without any problem.

These new modern WC doors that the hotels have started to install the last few years in Athens do not offer any privacy. They look good but in my opinion they are not practical. The old fashion normal wooden doors were better, i think.

Very safe for solo travellers. I was visiting family and Chroma was about 15 minutes on foot. Nicely surprised. Everything was good. I had the deluxe suite on top floor. Elevator (very small , just enough room for me and my suitcase) was working perfectly. There was a coffee machine and a microwave oven. Big bathtub in bathroom. Nice balcony overlooking residential neighborhood. . Reception ordered a taxi for next morning to Piraeus Cruise port. Cost 35 euros.

There was no problem. For breakfast I bought a voucher ( about 10 euros) to a neighbouring cafe about 3 minutes walk from hotel. It was very good and a pleasant experience. Good food, good coffee, nice service. No complaint.

room was very nice and cleaning lady did amazing job everyday, really, someone has to increase her salary :)

breakfast was nice but not the place and they dont really separate smoking area so even i hide in the corner someone came and smoked there. i prefer buffet style breakfast because 4 options were not enough. also like someone mentioned in their review, i did not receive invoice via email at all, luckily i asked for printed version too.

We have stayed more than 10 times at Chroma due to its location. We have family near by. For Chalandri area is the best you can get.

Unfortunatetly the last two times, it’s no longer as clean as it used to and it needs maintenance. Bedshits & towels had stains. The couch was also stained. The bathroom ventilator was not in place and there was a whole there. It’s so sad that they do not keep it as it used to be.

Even on the 4th floor the traffic noise was loud and the balcony door could not been locked. Got another room but not the same price category. However, I agreed and the rest of the stay was great. Breakfast they offer in an external restaurant and since in kind of a garden, very fresh in the morning. I would not book it anymore. Nice bakeries around.
