Staff, staff, staff... The staff were super nice and friendly. A big thank you note to Vagia, she is a super host, sweet and dedicated, and is helping in all ways to make your accommodation as comfortable as it can be. Also, Dimitris was so nice, supporting and advising on good attractions in Athens. The hotel is centrally located in the middle of Chalandri, with lots of cafes, restaurants, and shopping stores. The room was of a proper size and comfortable.

The room needs more proper blackout curtains, as it gets so bright in the early morning.

The hotel staff was nice and helpful when needed. The room itself was relatively clean, in good state of repair, and quiet. The TV included at least one english channel which is a bonus. The view from the balcony was great.

a) The AC was not working during the stay (system only good to recirculate air) . Reception stated that the system was yet to be connected so they couldn't do anything about it. unfortunately, the nights were hot, and windows could not be opened for ventilation due to mosquitoes. Receptionist offered a very small fan ,which was still ineffective. b) the pillows presented on the bed were extremely hard (suitable for decoration but not to sleep on)

First of all, the staff is fantastic! I forgot the name of the lady on the front desk but she really went above and beyond for me! She stored my giant suitcase for free while I was away sailing and was super kind! There was also a man who gave us wine glasses and bottle opener for our room and was also very accommodating. The location is very nice! Comfy beds and good air conditioning. I didn't have breakfast. There is a supermarket right next door! Loved my stay, both times!

Very nice family owned boutique hotel. Located in a quite, upscale neighborhood, around 25 minutes from the airport. VERY friendly and helpful Staff. Room was very comfortable, breakfast was good and there was plenty of variety. BIG thanks to Debbie in the kitchen!! All in all a great, although very short stay. I'd diffidently would recommend this Hotel to anyone of my family or friends! I hope to stay there again!!

the stuff are kind and helpful. its clean. the room is very small. and the location good for people that want spend their time in halandry and not in athen . there is always someone in reception

the color of the curtains is dark brown and really don't make you happy any way it's only my opinion. espresso coffee at breakfast could be nice even if they will charge you for that.

The room was nice and the AC worked perfectly. We chose this location because it’s close to the stadium — we were there to see Louis Tomlinson perform during the OTRA tour. It was just a 7-minute Uber ride away, and the hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The area is also full of shops and bars, offering a great selection of local cuisine.

I was very satisfied with my one night stay in the hotel. Close to the center of Chalandri, this modern hotel offers a comfortable stay with all amenities. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. 24 hour maned friendly reception desk. Unfortunately i didn't get to try the breakfast buffet, due to early departure.

The amenity shower gel/shampoo was a leftover of the previous guest.

The gentlemen that worked the front desk had good English. I got a good tip on where to buy a take-away chicken souvlaki for dinner. The neighborhood was great. While I walked to my dinner location two different parents were out with kids learning to ride bicycles. That's when I felt very safe being out walking. From my hotel room window I listened to a family setting up their dinner table, eating and arguing together, and then cleaning up dinner. Quite wholesome.

I didn't like being able to hear other guests. But that is just part of being in a hotel. I didn't hear them through walls, I heard them through the door to the hallway. This is a random chance, not the fault of hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful (recommending restaurants, answering transport questions when there was a taxi strike, and helping locate the taxi where I misplaced my passport) The breakfast buffet was nice and filling, and uncrowded.

Breakfast was better than expected. Room was what I expected. Good value for that price. Has parking space in a not-easy-to-park neighborhood. Clean. Good bed.

Check-in procedure could have been a lot quicker (say 2 minutes, instead of 10). Although the booking and payment had been completed through booking.com, It was not clear to the staff that the agreed price included the free stay of a 17-year old teenager along with his parent in the 2-bed room. It was also not evident that the paid price included the breakfast. It took a few minutes but in the end it was all resolved. It seems haggling is an unavoidable part of visiting Greece :)
