We recently had the pleasure of staying at this Apartment-Hotel and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment we booked was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had modern appliances, making it easy for us to prepare something to eat. The bedroom was comfortable, with soft linens and nice pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. Location-wise, was ideal. It was close to local Mall (Golden Hall) and supermarket (Avenue Mall) and public transport (Irinia station-15 min walking- aprox 2 euro to Placa or Monastirachi) making it convenient to explore the area. The desk lady was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with our questions or needs. Overall, we had an incredible stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We can't wait to return

Myself and my partner were out on a medical trip and the apartments was perfect for commuting to and from the clinic daily. It’s a little bit quiet for eating out and things to do but being locally placed by buses gave us the freedom to travel to the town centre and explore there. I will be needing to return at a later date and I would be more than happy to book here again! Stella who was in charge of the apartments literally went above and beyond for us so thank you 😊

The staff were very friendly, the bed was very comfortable, the fridge worked great and so did the other amenities. The room was also a great size for two people and overall great.

The elevator was quite scary, kept making bumps and shaking and being on the 5th floor was very unpleasant. The shower was very dark and slippery, and water was going everywhere. The balcony had very low bars, one could easily fall off.

Cosy comfortable apartment, with a balcony to enjoy coffee and breakfast , comfy bed with excellent mat and plenty pillows, well equipped kitchen , clean, quiet, a/c, refrigerator and tv, good bathroom with cosmetics, within 2 minutes walk from the stadium, 40 minutes drive to Vouligmena beach, friendly helpful host, excellent price. I really enjoyed my stay

apartment in basement in very nice green and quite area. Although being in basement there is a wide window which gives access to a small "terrace" with plants where you can sit. very easy free parking on the street

some maintenance is needed. floor is worn-out, one bed light is broken and the electrical connections on the kitchen does not look safe. some more dish/cup would be useful.

These apartments are 5 mins from the Olympic stadium, which is very comfortable in case you have some event there. We went to a football match and the away sector was very close to them so we were able to change our clothes after the match immediately and go eat and party in Athens. If there is a late match/event you can ask the host for taxi number and go to Manistiraki square or something like this, where the restorants and bars are open almost all night.

The apartments are nothing fancy, but it is comfortable, clean, and safe. In some ways charming. The staff obviously wants you to feel comfortable and provides everything that one may need: toiletries, instant coffee, a few snacks. etc.

The apartments are located in a residential area so there are not a lot of places to get a quick coffee or meal. You'll have to walk a distance or take a taxi to where you want to go. However, if the weather is nice, which is what we had, walking is nice. Being near the Olympic Stadium makes for a nice view, but again, there is not a lot else. It is comfortable, safe, and generally quiet (a few dogs will bark at night), but again comfortable and good bargain for the cost.

The room was better than expected, as there were enough small appliances to make a simple meal (a toaster, two kitchen stoves, cofee maker, a simple oven. The bed was perfect and the location really suitable for someone who wishes to visit any private hospital nearby.

During check out, there wasn't anyone at the counter or anywhere to be seen, so I just had to leave the keys to the reception, without knowing if I was doing the correct thing. Also, sometimes there was a nasty smell coming from the toilet, though nothing an open window couldn't fix. The TV was too small, if you wanted to watch from the bed.

The property and staff willingness to help are remarkable. I havr ro visit athens 2 times per month and i alwas go to rivitel. My child feels like home there, taxi drivers, food delivery they all know it. U can walk to golden hall for 4 mins by using a shortcut. A very good experience, i strongly recomand this place.

the location is ideal for being closed to my customes and local contacts. Easy to move downtown from the main city roads, and to the airport

may be you should organize a cleaning of the room at least once every two nights. Having the same towels for 5 days sometimes it is not so confortable
