Nice swimming pool with comfortable sun beds, perfect to cool off and rest a little after a day in the city. Only 5-10 minutes walk to the metro station. Nice and quiet neighbourhood, feels also safe at night. Bakery and small supermarket around the corner, town center with bars, restaurants and shops is about 20 minutes walk. Supercomfortable beds and good shower! Room is airconditioned and very quiet (you hear no sound at all from rooms next door or noise from outside).

We found the breakfast too expensive for 4 persons. We have kids age 12 and 14 who eat very little, so 15 euros is not worth it. It would be nice to have a lower price for kids between 12 and 18 as well. Metro ride to city center (Monastiraki) takes about 30-40 minutes, which is pretty long if you want to go up and down for e.g. a shower before dinner.

A lot of choice at breakfast: coffee, teas, breads, hot and cold meats, cheese, pies, fruit, cereal. Kettle and fridge in room. After check out they looked after my suitcase until I returned later in the day. Shampoo, shower gel, vanity kit and shaving kit were provided. 15-20 minutes walk to Marousi village, which is full of shops and restaurants and on the green line metro. 5-10 minutes by foot to Neratziotissa tube and the large indoor shopping mall. Overall a nice quiet hotel in a very safe location.

Breakfast can be busy at certain times as there always seemed to be large groups of sporty students staying.

Our stay was short but it was again top!We get a free upgrade and we are so much pleased for this !A big thank you to the receptionist(sorry I am missing his name) for his professionalism!

There was a window without any curtain or black out,it was a bit annoying in the morning.

There is motion sensor light in the bathroom which cannot be regulated, so at night it hits the eyes. Also there were 2 of us but there was one shampoo, for example, and one toothbrush

Nice people, but firm in their policies. A nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Athens. Very good restaurant food. Pool was clean and not too busy.

The restroom needed a good cleaning, in the shower area.

Nice comfortable room with thermostat and great bathroom/shower. Really accommodating staff, decent pool and outdoor area. Also it's in a quiet, peaceful area of Marousi, within walking distance of a really good bakery and an area with lots of restaurants, bars, etc.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Civitel Sprit hotel, the room was always clean, the food was excellent (I recommend the mushroom risotto) but without a doubt what stood out the most was the friendliness and attention from the wonderful Persi. always very available, professional and very efficient.

Perfectly located in a nice, peaceful and safe area. Easy to park your car just outside the hotel. Located close to major transportation hubs. Nice and comfortable room. Friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
