I did not expect such a great location after crossing several, less pleasant districts from the city centre. The hotel is located in a very pleasant and quiet lodging area with 4-storey buildings, lots of flowers and greens, everything neat and clean, good local services (restaurants, cafés, places to buy sandwiches or snacks for in-between meals, etc.) The transport connection is excellent both to the airport (Suburban railway from Nerantziotissa), the city centre (metro from the same stop with transfer) and to Piraeus port (direct metro from the same stop). The 2004 olympic coplex is one metro stop away, unexpectedly nice for evening walks with great community spaces. The room is comfortable, the air conditioning functioned properly. The bathroom was also proper, equipped with toiletries and towels. (Towels and the handwash soap were regularly changed.) I had a small balcony to the room, very convenient for having a short in-between meal. The staff was very friendly, almost family-like. Albeit the breakfast is crucial for me and there were some negative reviews about it, I was very satisfied. We received a small basket with bread, pre-packaged toast, bundt cake, one egg, two small slices of cheese, butter, jam, honey, yoghurt, banana, a cup of orange juice and coffee or tea (as requested). The quantity was more than enough, while it is true that there were no alternatives, and it was not upon preference. Knowing the service, the condition of the hotel versus the previous reviews, I must say that on the long run they care about the reviews and absolutely try to improve.

There could be a mosquito net at least on the small bathroom window. The internet connection was weak in the room (2nd floor), it functioned somewhat better at the room's door, and it was perfect in the lobby/dining area.

The hotel is located in a quiet street of Marousi within a walking distance from Oaka. The rooms are comfortable and fully equipped with what you can expect from a hotel room. Though old, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are partially renovated. The breakfast didn't have a buffet, but we were served a beautifully put together basket with goodies which were just enough for a good breakfast! We had our breakfast outside, at the little garden at the entrance of the hotel in the peace and quiet, and it was very beautiful.

Some amenities like shower head and hair dryer were too old and could be replaced with some newer ones. Also, the windows and doors didn't have screens for bugs, so that could be changed as well.

Location was good for the Athens Medical Center - about 20 minutes’ walk. Breakfast was very good and the receptionist was very helpful when I arrived at 2am. Room was simple but clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was fine. There was a small balcony overlooking the street. They were happy to look after my luggage for a few hours after I had checked out.

Although I requested a no-smoking room, there was a faint smell of tobacco in the room.

The room is fully renovated and clean. There is a small refrigerator adequate to cover some needs. The hotel is perfecltly located in a walking distance from Neratziotisa train station. It is easily accesible by car and you can easily park lutside the hotel. The satff is friendly and polite. The neighborhood is safe and quiet..

Nothing significant to mention. Based on the price of the room the hotel offers adequate services

Position was not far not near from the business and it helped me not ot bother to find a parking spot near the business. Also there have been restaurant near the area just walking a couple of min or even a mall..

Well.. The WiFi was a little bit pour in perfomance where also sometime a video stream could lack or block. there was almost no electrical socket free to charge phones or use a laptop or a small desk where to work in case of needs

We stayed 2 nights for the concert. Overall we had a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay very comfortable. They were always ready to assist with any requests. Location is very great for us, very close to the Olympic Stadium, we reached there without needing to use public transportation. The breakfast also was sufficent. I would recommend for its excellent staff and service.

The cleanliness could have been better. While the room was generally clean, there were a few areas that needed more attention.

The staff were so helpful and friendly.The room was very nice with a big balcony with a table and chairs to sit and relax. The housekeeping was done every day to very high standards. There is nothing negative I can say about this hotel, it is exceptional value in an area we needed to be in. Thank you so much to all the staff for everything. Can't wait to come back later in the year. Compliments to the owner/managers.

There was nothing i didnt like the staff are extremely hard working and nothing is too much.

Great location, and quiet. Friendly and attentive service from the staff. Rooms small, but it's a budget hotel, great for a bed for the night or two. Breakfast was small and simple but it saw me through to lunch!

I don't think anyone has ever cleaned under the bed... I lost something under it and it wasn't pleasant retrieving it! The bed was a bit hard - but some people like that. Not sure the hotel deserves the bad reviews on here.

The location is nice and calm. The staff are very hospitable.

The single room is much smaller than advertised. On booking it says the room is 25m2 but in reality it's around 11 or 12 m2, with a narrow balcony of an additonal 5m2.
