Property had a lot of space and the amenities were good. TV was big and lots of dos r to relax on the apartment. Very nice the host left some water and snacks for us.

We were on the first floor and there was a balcony but covered by trees so didn’t get much sunlight. Window in the bathroom was not fully frosted so the neighbours could see you. It was a bit cold and the duvet had been packed away and we would have liked the option to use it. Lights at the front of the door to A1 was not working and loads of flies and mosquitoes around the main door.

a very nice apartment, clean and in a very calm part of the city. very close to the Olympic aquatic center, so ideal for us. Complimentary coffee and water, air conditioning very good, bathroom simple but clean.

a couple of details that could easily be corrected by the staff: we had an apartment on the ground floor and when the windows were open (so no heavy dark curtains) during the day, there were no protecting semitransparent curtains: it was like being in public on the courtyard.... and we had to keep the windows open because there was a strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom, from the first minute we entered the apartment... maybe a "feature" of the ground floor units? solving these two problems would add a lot to the living experience

We stayed here as we were visiting for IVF treatment from Ark IVF. The Vivo Apartments are about an 8 min walk from the clinic which is super handy. The apartment we had was really spacious. Facilities were good and the bed was really comfy, which helps with the IVF. Communication from Dimitris was great and clear as to how to gain entry etc. For the four nights we were there, it was a nice place to stay. Would definitely visit again if we were around.

We were in apartment 13, it was comfy, spacious and clean. Everything was provided for your stay, even coffee and fruit juice. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was good. It is in a quiet residential area very close to the Olympic Stadium which was excellent for us. About a 10 minute walk you are on the main bus routes into the centre of Athens. We had an excellent stay, just wish we’d had an extra day to see more of the sights of Athens. Also great communication from the hosts with the self check in process and general information.

Scope for improvements - Good to have smoke alarms or fire extinguishers in the house - increase the number of kitchen utensils. Can be helpful when guests stay longs than 3-4 days - Having sliding shower door will be beneficial. - Maybe good to have more powerful extractor fans in the bathroom. - One for Booking.com and not for the host: there was a promotion of free taxi service as part of this booking, but this was never provided by booking.com

The apartment had everything including kitchenware, coffee and tea and water and even fruit juice. It was impeccable. Everything you need. It was easy to access. The bathroom was clean and functional and included a hairdryer . The bed was amazingly comfortable. Also the air conditioner was useful as it was hot. The TV was situated perfectly. I was blown away by the cleanliness, space, facilities, cost and location. I highly recommend this place. Perfect!

There was nothing to dislike. A perfect accommodation for anyone.

We we visiting for the IVF clinic and hospital, so the location was perfect, literally a 5 minute walk to both places. Nice and peaceful as not much going on around the area. I couldn't locate the hairdryer and we ran out of coffee pods, i messaged them and within half an hour more coffee pods were brought to the apartment and an explanation of where said hairdryer was :-). Highly recommended! Thank you

The property was exceptional, very clean and organised. The host had the AC running (summer reservation) before our arrival and had also water in the freezer. The apartment was very clean, with clean towels, small but handy amenities and had a fully functional kitchen area. The location was a charm, having olive trees and we could easily find free parking on the street, just in front of the flat.
