The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was very small. Centrally located but hotel sjgn was small and difficult to find.

I give full marks for our experience at this hotel. The location is very good, right in the center. It was converted into a hotel by restoring a historical building. Our room also had a kitchen. Nothing was broken, the heating was good, the water was hot. We were kindly welcomed, they offered wine for the new year. The price is reasonable. There is a cafe and restaurant downstairs. It is a place we will prefer when we come again.

I’d like to thank all the team, they were the coolest, friendliest and fun people. Very kind and polite and happy to assist and provide the greatest hospitality. The room was getting carefully cleaned ON A DAILY BASIS which was the nicest feeling when I was coming back to it. The location is PERFECT right on the center, with all the stores above the hotel, 7 mins from the port by walk if you want to go grab a drink during the night. The hotel is an old “mansion”, a traditional home from the old times renovated to become this boutique hotel. They have kept the character, the hand painted ceilings with drawings and they have added the modern segment which makes it lovely. You may take your breakfast at the back yard with the traditional fountain, which also operates as a coffee place for the public.

The location was superb! Centrally located, easy access to msny destinations. Breakfast wad decent and the staff extremely polite. Nonetheless We were not informed there was no breakfast on Easter Sunday, although we were given a goodie bag with tsourekki and eggs, very nice gesture!

Very charming and beautiful building, with a nice internal court to have breakfats or lunch/dinner. Very good breakfast, with qualitative and local products, lot of choice. The staff is very kind and they supported us with all our requests, even for quick loundry. Very central position in Chios, in the streets of the nice shops and close to beaches and various restaurants. Close to the evening/night life of Chios.

The hotel is in a very nice building with high ceilings and in a very central location. We had everything we might need in the room. The balcony was very nice. We liked the place overall.

It's not the property's fault but we struggled with the mosquitos all night. They left a plug-in repellent but I think it didn't work and we had to woke up in every 2 hours to spray our own mosquito repellent. And when finally the sun has risen, the church bell started to ring in every half an hour (maybe more frequent, but i'm sure it was more than once in every hour). It's located in a central street, so if you prefer to leave the windows open, it's a bit noisy. If you need to rest and sleep well, it's better to choose an inner room.

Hotel is on the shopping street, close to port and restaurants. We stayed 3 nights and it was a good choise. We rent a car and visit all recommended travel points like mesta, pyrgi then evening in the center of chios we had lots of choise for dinner, etc. On the hotel street there is not option for car parking but 200 metres away, we could find parking places. Streets are narrow so it is better to have small cars. Hotel decoration is nice and staff are helpfull. Everyday we had room cleaning and all bathroom sanitary wares were full and had good quality. It is better to inform hotel about your arrival and departure time due to working hours. they are helpful and if they know they share instruction for proper check-in. For late check out they support us.No problem about safety.

Since there us a Cafe below it could be noisy and bed was too soft which is not my taste.

Loved the breakfast, home backed pastries and local produce were delicious; balcony, and the leafy eating area was cool and delightful. The location was central to shops and cafes, and a pleasant walk to the harbour restaurants, which we did each evening. Would stay here again for sure.

We loved the hotel! First of all, although our departure was delayed due to the storm, the hotel immediately found a solution to our problem. They helped with everything, never caused any problems. Our room was great. The environment of the hotel is also very nice. Staff are very friendly. Hotel is very central. If we go to Chios again, we will stay in the same place again.
