Breakfast is good. It is specially prepared according to what you order from the menu. Our breakfast was not included in the rate, but it was very reasonable priced. The owner makes homemade donuts which are delicious. Breakfast is had by the pool and it is very quiet and serene. It was lovely. The rooms are basic but very clean. The beds are hard so if that's an issue for you, you may want to think twice. However, we had a mini kitchen 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. The price for all of this was amazing. I would recommend this inn as long as you understand it is not a fancy hotel. It is a warm, inviting, guest house with several different rooms. The pool is lovely and is surrounded by umbrellas and lounges. But the sea is right there in town, a few minutes away, so usually people will swim there.

The beds are hard. And the shower was very small. It is hard to move around at all. The water pressure was good, but if you're a larger than average person, you will be uncomfortable in that particular shower.

The ambiance of being in a farm, a taste of traditional Greek housing with air conditioning, the large patio from our 2 bedroom place on the 2nd floor with a nice view. The restaurant serves tasty food and Maria accommodated whatever we wanted to eat. English was not perfect but google translate was helpful. Pool was clean and refreshing. Nice to be able to order drinks and food also from the pool area. It is also easy walking distance to the water front restaurants.

Would have loved to get some coffee and light breakfast on the patio but wasn’t sure I could order. Maybe some self serve coffee or tea provided would have been nice.

Maria was the perfect host. Very generous and always helpful. Her food was beautiful, all homemade and using mostly ingredients from her own gardens. Very grateful for my time at Agroktima

It is a magic place, perfect in all respects, and Maria is such a nice person. She offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, cooks whatever you like and everything is delicious. We will definitely visit Agroktima again, given the opportunity.

There is nothing to dislike.

It was a quaint little village house, very clean and cozy. Great garden, nice and quiet village by the sea. The house is two minutes walking distance to the waterfront. Maria was very helpful.

Lovely place to stay while exploring northern Chios. Hotel was basic but clean and staff were very kind. Facilities like the pool were really nice and the on site restaurant was delicious, with authentic home cooked food using ingredients from the farm. Very peaceful and staff were really helpful in arranging transport for us. Really enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying there. The host serves fresh food all from her farm. Everything was so delicious. The rooms were nice and traditional. It is a little bit far from Chios port, but it worths.

The rooms are situated a bit far from the pool which ia great as you can relax and enjoy the tranquility . The pool is quite large and extremely clean 💙 the owners are just adorable.

The room was very spacious. The host was very kind. We left the the keys inside the room after midnight and she helped us. The stay felt us that we are in Toscany Vallay.

Bed was rather small and there was only a blanket to cover without a sheet.
