The staff at the hotel was the highlight of our stay. They were exceptionally professional as well as welcoming and friendly. Most of all they were willing to go above and beyond to tailor their service to the guests needs. A small things like the offer to reserve us a table we liked for the duration of our stay (with no expectation of actually dining there every night). Another highlight was the food on offer. It was quality food, obviously prepared with love and tradition in mind. Private hotel beach with enough beech beds and shade was also great. A convenience of bus stop in front of the hotel was an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay very much and want to extend out thanks to Simeon, Alex 1, Alex 2, Nikos and all others who made our stay so pleasurable.

Shower on the beach was not working, however hotel was just across the road, so it was not an issue for us.

The views from the terrace were stunning, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Tables outside on the terrace for all meals.

It was a little treacherous for walking to the village of Benitses as there are no pavements and the trafffic came in very close making it a little dangerous for walking . The only alternative is to take the buses which stop immediately outside the hotel but it’s nice to walk. The other problem is it shows a private beach but there were a handful of very tired old sun beds but they were taken by people putting towels on early to reserve so you had to walk into Benitses to get a sun bed. It could be vastly improved and enlarged by cutting back all the foliage and putting new sun beds on it and many more are needed. I never got one during my stay.

The hotel was in a perfect position to do siteseeing or just sitting around and doing nothing on the beach. Very peaceful, but if you are looking for something with a bit life, it's only a 5 minute bus journey. Bus stop right outside the hotel. The staff were outstanding, very friendly, very helpful and polite. Nothing was too much, The food was very good and very good value. The room was cleaned every day Very comfortable and air conditioning with super views over the sea to Albania. Will be revisiting this hotel again in September I liked it that much.😁😁

The tap in my shower stuck out the wall slight design fault. But Alex said this is a refurbishment in progress

It was a nice relaxing week in this structure, especially for the organization of the employees, for the owners, and also for the services. I recommend both for the location and for the kitchen where every day there is a fixed menu or à la carte. In addition, they help you with anything you need, advise you and are very helpful. The breakfast is good, every day it was pleasant to have breakfast or dinner with a sea view, I recommend it.

The only flaw is the hair dryer, for women with long hair I recommend bringing it from home. For the rest everything was impeccable

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned daily, and the location was great too. The bus stop is right next to the hotel, which makes it really easy to get to the old town (and if you want to visit the other side of the island, you can get to the bus station by bus 6 and find there many other buses that go to Paleokastista and other directions). The beach near the hotel is also very clean with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Morning buffet offers a varied breakfast with cereals, fried eggs/omelets, vegies, feta cheese, etc.

There is nothing to complain about.

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Hotel Kaiser Bridge, Corfu We stayed at Hotel Kaiser Bridge for a week, and from the moment we checked in, we knew we had made the perfect choice. The staff were incredibly kind and genuinely welcoming—something you rarely find at this level. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and were always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of the sea—waking up to that every morning was a real treat. The hotel had a calm and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and enjoy our vacation. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety. We also had the option to enjoy lunch or dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, which we did several times. The fact that it was fully booked on weekends speaks for itself—the food was excellent, and the service was just as warm as in the rest of the hotel. All in all, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend Hotel Kaiser Bridge enough. If we return to Corfu—and we hope we will—this is exactly where we’ll stay again.

The hotel is really charming, it is family-ran and everyone is very attentive and helpful with whatever needs you might have. Our room was on the top floor so we had no neighbors around. It was spacious, clean with a very comfy bed and plenty of storage space. We had great sea views from our terrace and we could see amazing sun rises from there. The breakfast was plentiful and changed a bit from one day to the next. We had most of our dinners at the hotel’s restaurant because it was very convenient, the people who served us were so warm and the food was honestly as good as in any other place. We always had a combination of the menu of the day plus a la carte main course. Mosquitos are a problem on the island in general so you MUST wear Autan when having dinner and you’ll be just fine. We came in by car and most beautiful beaches were max 30 minutes away. We would certainly book again when visiting Corfu.

Bathroom and one of the room’s windows could use a mosquito net. We could hear other tourists from lower floors slamming their doors early in the morning and waking us up so that’s something that could be improved to be less noisy.

Our stay in Kaiser Bridge Hotel was a warm and exceptional experience. Staff and personnel went out of their way to be of assitance and/or to give information to make our stay lovely to the utmost! Their assistance came with Zest and Humor. The Terrace is their main attraction, beautifully situated on the first floor with a stunning view all the way to Albany. The road in front could be noisy, but the view and again the Terrace-Restaurant made amply up for that. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous. The daily menu very tasty. Across the street is a small, almost private beach! Whenever back on Corfu, we will certainly book again!!

Everything at the hotel was superb Staff exceptional Room fabulous Dining delicious I would recommend lunch and evening meal we didn't have a poor meal in the entire stay This hotel is a family run hotel all the team make your holiday a little bit special something not found nowadays

My only criticism is that the location is on a main busy road so difficult to walk to the nearest shops However the bus stop is on the doorstep so v easy to get to Corfu town and elsewhere

Location is super, close to Corfu city and to the center of Benitses, few times went there on foot. Also walked to Achillion and Stavros, using the mountain paths marked by special signs. The hotel is very nice, calm and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good and tasty. The dinner (starter, salad, main dish and dessert) was also proposed for 20 euro, took it 3 times and each time it was delicious. House wine is also nice.
