Can't say what it will be like in the summer season but was so quiet in the evening as we stayed in the beginning of May. Staff were very pleasant. Didn't use any of the facilities as we used this as a base to explore the eastern side of crete. Food was very nice and varied to cater for all.

The hotel is built on the hillside so if you're not good with steps this isn't the place for you. Although a short walk into the centre of Agios Nikolaos not pleasant coming back in the dark as quite deserted so didn't feel completely safe. But didn't have any problems, maybe me being paranoid.

We had a great time at the hotel. We stayed in a Superior Bungalow with a side sea view. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help (they even assisted with the luggage to the room using a small vehicle on the territory – very convenient when you have a lot of bags). A big thank you to the kitchen and service team for the delicious, varied food and excellent service with great attention to detail. A special thank you goes to Dimitris, who made our stay unforgettable. Always smiling and in a good mood, he left us with wonderful memories. The beach nearby is pebbly with crystal-clear water and sunbeds (available for rent – €12 for a set of two). Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it.

This place is quite big, and that goes for the rooms as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area feels a bit secluded but the short walk into Agios Nikolaos was pleasant, so it's a good trade-off.

The food was pretty bad. Like, I've seen some pretty basic breakfast offerings and I'm not a snob. But everything was just bland and either dry or dripping oil. Yes, there's lots to choose from, but none of it's very good. The cheapest possible ingredients, made for too many people, three times a day. I also don't love the fact that the restaurant is right next to the pool, but you have to buy a €30 buffet if you want something to eat when you're there. There's also a "pool snack bar", which for some reason isn't open for several hours in the middle of the day.

We loved the vibe - secluded, sleepy/relaxed, right by a fantastic quiet beach! The room was pretty basic but very spacious with a great layout. It was spottlessly clean - and was cleaned every day and nice big clean towels every day. Big balcony with an excellent view. Food was surprisngly good. Would totally recommend if you are looking for something simple & quiet. Location - nothing much by the hotel except a couple of tavernas and small shop and the beach - but really you dont need much more. The town was a good 10-15 min walk

Not enough sunbeds on the beach or by the pools. WIFI was pretty weak at peak hours The access to the rooms - there are a lot of stairs You need to request a lower floor if you have mobility issues But the view is worth it!

We paid a good price for half board. Breakfast and dinner were served buffet-style and the food was mostly good. There was enough parking space and you can leave your car at the hotel and reach Agios Nikolaos if you walk for 10 - 15 min. Pool areas were nice and had enough sunbeds. There is a cute small beach if you cross the road. Overall it was a pleasant stay for the price we paid.

Our room was somewhat outdated (the bathroom could use some renovation) and the balcony window/door did not lock. The mattresses were not very comfortable, neither were the pillows, but it was manageable and eventually we got used to them.

The pools and sun beds area were excellent! The location is walkable from down and many nice spots nearby. The rooms and balconies are very comfortable. Really good value for money in terms of stay. The spa was excellent as well and Sophia did an amazing job with our cretan messages.

The food, alcohol were just absolutely terrible quality in the main restaurant. We paid for half board but ended up eating out most of the time given the low quality of ingredients and tasteless dishes. It was such a pity because this was literally the only place in Crete we didn't like the food in our 10 days across west and east. Also, Even water or any non alcoholic drink wasn't included in the half board meals which was shocking! I felt bad for all inclusive guests who were stuck with watery beer, wine and the food here.

Location is very close to beach, beach is small beach but good and clean with good restaurant. Staff specially the one dropping off by vehicle to room were very friendly and always smiling They also upgraded our room with lovely view which made our stay relaxing. Will definitely come back again. Very big hotel but really relaxing.

Breakfast was average and ok. No fresh juice no decent coffee was very disappointing, food in general did not look appealing and needs improvement ,so we skipped bfast few times. But good tavern for lunch at door step.

The staff were really polite and they did a very good job! The food was also excellent. Many choices.

The swimming pool lacked a nice vibe and atmosphere. Some nice music, a bar closer to the pool, nice seating areas, some plants etc. would add to the experience. Our balcony chairs were also very uncomfortable. Iron chairs with no cushions, so we couldn't use the balcony. I asked for other chairs and apparently there weren't any.

Lovely, newly refurbished rooms, good size. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Receptionists and the guys driving the golf cars were always there for us to help with anything! Breakfast was great with so many different options.

The bar staff, which I am not sure are official part of the hotel, were slow to get orders, had to chase them to pay. Nice and very friendly people otherwise, just need a bit more training on customer service.

Very friendly and easy atmosphere. Good access to the town. Great views across the bay to the mountains beyond.The 2 large rectangular swimming pools where the best I have ever encountered on many holidays abroad. They where spotlessly clean with lots of sunbeds. Vehicle access can be problematic to the complex as a result of parked vehicles for beach access and van deliveries/collection.

Please see comment below re access etc. Also, a dress code such as smart casual for dinner would enhance the experience.
