The room was good, very clean, with a fridge, a kettle and a hair dryer, the room had a balcony with a table and chairs, there was a TV, we didn't switch it on, the wifi had great coverage throughout the hotel. Seating in all areas was great, around the pool, in reception and in the restaurant, bar prices where also very reasonable. It's a short easy walk into town, and well placed for a trip to Spinalonga.

The rooms at the rear of the hotel are affected by extractor fan noise from the hotel kitchen, would recommend paying a little more for pool view, the pool doesn't have walk in entry so small children need help and supervision around the pool at all times. Didn't see a lift anywhere so anyone that struggles with stairs may have an issue, The car park is small with limited spaces

Excellent daily housekeeping - sheets as well as towels changed, floor mopped, cups and glasses rinsed out. Peaceful location, cicadas on overdrive when the sun starts doing its stuff, but only ten minutes to the first supermarket where you can buy the necessary six litres of water (and wine😂) that a couple will need daily in the heat. Pool is lovely for a plunge and swim, no pressure on loungers when we were there. Staff lovely. Great to have meal options available - Krini could have advertised these more explicitly, but this was typically Greek cool - and there are loads of great eateries a short stroll away. Booked our room independently at a very good's price compared to the Jet2 package offering.

The staff were excellent and the location worked really well as there was a quite traditional restaurant close by and we managed to park the car at the hotel. My brother had a refurbished room which was good. The shower was hot and the water was plentiful. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast was pretty good with plenty of it.

The swimming pool was not very clean so we didn't really feel safe to use it. There were loads of insects floating in it and what looked like some green algae on the walls of the pool. It was a real pity as it was hot and we wanted to swim and the pool and its surroundings were really nice. The pool man did come to clean it but not thoroughy enough I think. My room (the cheapest one available) needs a bit of refurbishement e.g there was concrete out of the wall by the french-style window out to the balcony and the bottom of some of the doors were flaking off. The only aspect of the breakfast that needs attention is the coffee. It was undrinkable.

Everything from start to finish was exceptional. Comfy beds, little extras like tea and a water kettle, mini fridge and sweets left on the pillow. Good A/C, soft beds & pillows. Outstanding location, close to all within walking distance. Staff was great 👍🏽 😁 I would 100% recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The pool was not the cleanest. Leaves, a film from the suntan lotion of the bathers, and it tasted salty, not chlorine. I enjoyed the swim until I accidentally tasted the water. 🤢

Hotel was very welcoming and helpful, Breakfast buffet was good with lots of choice available, there was a limited dinner menu that we could choose from which was really reasonably priced and the food was good. Outdoor pool was great with lots of places to sit and enjoy the sun. The hotel was also happy to arrange for a local company to come in and provide massages and facials which was really great.

Some things now are a little dated however there was no inconvenience to us.

While not being in central Elounda, it was an easy walk into town for restaurants etc. It was a lovely peaceful location.

Description of the room was sea view but it was a side view.

Only had breakfast on first morning. Seemed to be plenty to choose from but I think that it is overpriced especially for people who only eat a bowl of cereal and a slice of toast.

A couple of strategically placed wooden shelves in the toilet/shower area would be very useful.

This is a hotel close to spinalonga island and very close to Next town agios Nikolaos. We stayed just for a night as we are traveling around the island. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful Room was Nice and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excelent with many options. Worth a visit. 😉

The location is good. Walkable distance from the Elounda center, Spinalonga and some nice beaches. Very good restaurants are close to the hotel.

Clean, pretty, in lovely location and peaceful. Comfy bed.

Unfortunately we didn’t like the breakfast which is 10euro per person. Processed fried meat and eggs that were neither fried or scrambled not a lot of choice with Cereal or fruit.
