We relaxed the moment we entered Elounda Garden Suites. After a warm welcome from Anna we were shown to our gorgeous room which had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was perfect, very central but still quiet. My partner became unwell on our trip and the staff went above and beyond, checking up on us and arranging transport to the hospital. We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough and we hope to return!

We arrived late and was met by Tony who greeted us like old friends. He gave a warm welcome and showed us to our room. Very clean and comfortable. There was water, coffee/tea and fruit and wine left for us which was lovely. The hotel is a lovely small complex with a lovely clean pool area with comfy beds to laze on. Maria at the bar was a lovely lady who looked after us with drinks and nibbles while sun bathing. Also a mention to Anna & Christina who could not have been more welcoming and helpful. While we were there my husband turned 60 and after a day out we arrived back to our room to a bottle of fizz and some lovely flowers. Truly a lovely gesture. We will always love this place and will be back very soon. Elounda Garden Suites have given us some lovely memories. Thank you all x

It would of been better if we could have stayed longer!!!

Everything The proximity to town, ground floor, pool area snack bar, room decoration, fantastic staff. Service from staff was the best we have experienced.

We booked via Booking.com for £2900 a ground floor family suite please can you arrange it so booking.com customers be given the exact room they have booked from photo on the website as they are paying more than say eg Jet2 customers. Or booking .com do not show photo of specific room with price on website. Breakfasts to purchase were beautiful but 18 euros for a large breakfast. The option of buffet for 10 euros or buffet and cooked for 18 euros would have suited us better.

The apartment was clean and in good condition. I would not like to try and cook a complicated meal but there was everything you needed to make breakfast and snacks. The location was great, just a short work to the main area of resort restaurants and shops. Pool area was nice, good quality sunbeds. There was not a massive number of beds, but it was nice when we were there people were not hanging onto them when they were not using them so generally just about enough, and there were always some standard ones available.

Only negative was the pool was rather cold and didn't feel heated, but was fine once you were in.

Everything about Elounda Gardens was fabulous. Lovely staff (extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived until we left), spotlessly clean (apartment cleaned every day), well equipped, comfortable and spacious apartment. Bar / restaurant was great and pool area perfect, with comfortable beds and fresh towels available. Location is perfect, a short 2 min walk to all Elounda has to offer yet very quiet. Water, wine and fruit available on our arrival and a beautiful gift when we departed (thank you!)

Absolutely nothing. We really have nothing to fault. Everything was perfect.

The room is essential but it lacks of nothing. All product for bath and towels are of optimal value. We had 2 spacious balconies and all amenities for breakfast in room (tea, coffee, fruit and a bottle of wine were complimentary). The pool is good and it is possible to have lunch there. The staff is very kind and helpful. We had an unforgettable experience on boat organized with their help in the Mirabello bay. Special mention to the possibility to have clothes washed and dried by them without any additional price. Last but not least breakfast on the last day was offered by the staff with a bag with some gifts from Greece. We recommend the place to everyone who wants to come to visit this wonderful place!

Pool was very chilly to use in October The noise of dogs barking when we were in our apartment No oven, microwave, toaster provided and no kitchen worktop area so couldn't really self-cater.

Excellent facilities, rooms very spacious and cleaned daily. Supply of tea & coffee. Welcome bottle of wine and water with fresh fruit on arrival. Very friendly staff in all areas. Food delicious and generous portions. Request for ground floor rooms not a problem and 2 rooms close together. Pool clean with luxurious sunbeds. Short walk to the beach and central area with plenty of choice for restaurants and shops

Fantastic few days perfect suite overlooking the pool, the pool and outside areas were always clean & tidy. Spotless rooms, and everything catered for. Nice touches in the room. Staff are all fantastic nothing is too much trouble and the service brilliant. Many thanks to all at the Garden Suites for another lovely peaceful time , look forward to coming back

Nothing to say there .....

We had a 1st floor suite overlooking the pool which was spacious and cleaned well every day, Breakfast was good the 1st 3 days of our holiday although we decided to walk 5 mins into the village for breakfast after that so we could pay for what we ate rather than pay flat rate of 13 euros each. Pool and snack bar were excellent, I recommend the club sandwich ;-) and the staff were super friendly and helpful

Net drapes under the curtains in the room that could be kept closed in day but let the light through. To protect privacy from passers by when on ground floor and from residential block at rear of hotel. Also choice of kids price for breakfast, 13 euros was fine for full buffet and option of freshly made omelette but not for child having a juice and some cornflakes
