Great location, great staff. It’s not luxury hotel but that’s not what we wanted! It felt authentic. It is close to everything too - dinner and shops are seconds away. We arrived on Easter weekend without knowing so we caught the parade going right past the entrance. The staff were so kind as to explain the traditions and even gave us some dyed eggs for the midnight cracking to take with us to our next location. Nothing was a problem. They helped us communicate for our transfer and advised us on how to get around and what to see/eat. Cannot emphasise enough how welcomed we felt- it felt like we were staying with our own family. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Shower was a little small, if we were any bigger we would struggle and the water tended to spill out of the shower onto the floor but all it took was hanging out the mat out after each shower. The water pressure was great though and made up for it!

The breakfast was a bit basic as not even a toaster was provided. Kettle and cups in the rooms would have been very welcome

Very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable only needed to use air con a couple of times. Enjoyed the sea view from our apartment and will definitely go back and stay there. Staff were all lovely and so hopeful too. X ❤️❤️❤️

We thankfully took a wee travel kettle with us could do with maybe an extra socket or two. There really was nothing we didn’t like.

Lovely Continental breakfast with the best tomatoes and superb greek yoghurt. Rooms with a view over Elounda harbour are stunning. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

A kettle would be a useful addition to make a morning cuppa

Great location, good amenities, a very pleasant staff! We enjoyed every minute of our stay! There is also a nice small library, where you can choose the book for reading during the stay. Breakfast is good enough! I really recommend this hotel! Thank you for all 🇬🇷

the hotel is in a prime location overlooking the harbour, spectacular view. We only stayed for one night to see if we would return in September for three weeks. The hotel has its own style and very clean , tge staff are polite and friendly. The rooms are basic but the view over the harbour makes up for it.There’s no bells or whistles but it’s good value for money .

The view from the room was amazing we was in 402 we upgraded the best view we have ever had in crete over the ten years we have been coming to crete. The location is central to everything

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location was next to the main square and the boats to Spinalonga. The price was right. Breakfast is included. You had to go to the lobby for the internet.

The room is very basic, but for the price you can't expect much more.

Quiet. Lovely view. Friendly, helpful, kind staff. Clean. Good location. Good value. Would happily select this accomodation again.

I could not stay on for longer because my travel schedule was tight.
