Our stay was exceptional. We would like to give special thanks to Danai, Amanda, Zoe and Maria. Danai gave us a free upgrade upon checking in due to availability, as well as early check in - which was so lovely and kind. The breakfast was always great, organised and clean thanks to Amanda. The pool area was also clean and relaxing. We were never troubled for a sun lounger or bean bag lounger. Zoe and Amanda were so attentive by the pool bar. They truly work very hard. We looked forward to their coffee's and smoothies everyday! Danai and the other young man (whose name we unfortunately did not catch) at reception were so helpful, giving us advice on excursions etc. All staff greet you everyday which was such a nice touch. There is a staff member keeping security at night (whose name we also did not catch - He was so kind). The door is locked at night for safety, and guests are given a key to use for when it is locked. There are books and parasols for the beach which you can borrow. The room was modern and cleaned by Maria daily. We had no issues during our stay.

There were at times some noisy groups of younger guests by the pool, but they were always reminded by staff to keep volume down etc. so this was not the greatest of issues.

We had the double bedroom with pool view which was quite small and when you bring 2 big suitcases there is only a small wardrobe/ 1 place to place one suitcase. Also the bathroom and particularly the shower was very small making it all wet with every shower taken but we were ok when the host, upon our request, immediately took action to give us a shower curtain and extra bath towels for the floor

The room service was done daily and the ladies did a great job every time. The pool wasn't deep, which my wife liked. Marinos, the security guy who kept the hotel safe at night was the best of all. Breakfast was good enough. The owners were good and helpful enough.

The refrigerator was loud so we had to close it every night to sleep. You couldn't change the settings to A/C. If some of the breakfast foods were empty, some times the girl from bar didn't bring any more. Malia in generally is a loud tourist destination with many bars/clubs staying open till late in the morning, with many quad bikes driving day and night, people talking loudly all the time etc., so only because we were laughing a little more loudly in the middle of the day at the pool, with so many noise from every side of the hotel, the girl from bar Amanda asked us not to be so loud, which automatically ruined our fun so we just left the pool that day.

Everything was perfect 👌 We spent the last week of April in Crete, we were in an other hotel the first day but we didn't like and we moved to this hotel. We were able to stay here even they were still closed because they open the summer season the 1st of May, so they were very kind with us and we had the hotel only for us. The receptionist is very nice and friendly, we forgot the keys and she came very late to open the hotel for us. The other staff is also nice. All very very clean and beautiful. Location is great, Staff is super friendly and helpful, hotel looks even prettier than on the pictures. Free use of umbrellas for the beach. Breakfast was really good and had a lot of options from yoghurt with topping, to bread with cheese, ham, jam etc. eggs, olives and feta cheese, juices, tea and coffee. Really good! And I like that the staff is allowed to have breakfast at the end as well, that shows a good working environment to make your staff feel appreciated :)

The owner, in particular, goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home, with a personal touch that adds to the hotel's charm.

We really enjoyed the beautifully designed place, inside the rooms and also in the common space around the pool, reception, etc. Also all the staff people are very nice and helpful. The owner, Danai, has always a good advice concerning where to go for a trip, dinner, etc, or concerning renting a car. And - excellent breafast with plenty of different choices and greek food aswell.

Lovely new hotel, with beautiful deco and furniture. Fabulous breakfast and pool area. Right next to the old town which has up-market taverna's. Supermarket, bakery etc minutes away. Car parking area is large and a minute or two from the hotel. Malia has a great soft sand beach. All the staff were very helpful, so ask for advice on what to do etc. Extremely clean hotel.

The beach is about 20 minutes flat walk away, this wasn't a problem for us but maybe if you have mobility problems. A safe would be nice.

This boutique hotel is superb! I liked everything about it and it exceeded all our expectations. The rooms are spacious, clean, well decorated and the beds are comfortable. The pool area is even more beautiful than on the pictures, everything is brand new. The area is quiet but very close to the restaurants and bars. But what made our stay truly unforgettable was the friendliness and hospitality of the people that work there. I hope to return to this place some day.

Absolutely nothing

hotel is nice and clean, staff is very kind and always ready to help, the pool is nice when you are not in the mood to walk down to the beach, overall a good experience and an excellent value for money.

a bit too far from the sea, breakfast a bit difficult in a small place and products are not always home made as i would expect in Greece but from industrial production.
