We liked everything: the staff’s work, the delicious and varied food, the location, the safety, the clean rooms, the nearby beach, and the friendly staff. We especially remember the employee at the beach (she was at the entrance of the beach), Veronika, and the girls from the restaurant.

The hotel didn’t provide free water at dinner (even though we had paid for breakfast and dinner at the restaurant).

Agos Nikolaos- precious beautiful town with many hotels and resorts. Miramare was clean, with beautiful view, lots of amenities and good food all day long. Quite expensesive, but totally worth it!

The breakfast offered vast choices and everything was delicious. The location within walking distance of Agios was very handy.

If you’re a night owl it’s fine but if you like to have peace and quiet at night the music is loud and quite annoying. Take earplugs and you’re fine.

The room was excellent with a very comfortable large bed. Good storage and wardrobe space. The bathroom was very clean and well equipped with toiletries provided. The view was stunning from our sea view balcony over looking the pool and out to the sea and mountains beyond. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Our stay was amazing during our Honeymoon. The room was amazing with a private pool and sea view. Atmosphere and vibes were outstanding. The hotel facilities was great. Staff were kind ad friendly. Food was delicious with variety of recipes everyday in the dinner. Breakfast was also very good.

- Drinks are not included in the half-board option for dinner. I'd love to have them included even with extra cost from the beginning. It wasn't mentioned or clear during booking. - safe storage in the room is offered with extra charge (€5 per day) which is too strange for a 5-star hotel. It's something a must in 5-star hotel by default in my opinion and it already exists in the room but you can't use it for free.

We stayed at this hotel for 12 days at the beginning of September. This time was perfect for a relaxing vacation, visiting important sites, and having plenty of opportunities to swim. Veronika was a great help with the excursions, and she was very kind. She carefully listened to our preferences and didn't offer anything we weren't interested in or trips that didn't match the quality for the price. Veronika is fluent in both English and Czech. The restaurant and reception staff were also very courteous. Everyone made an effort to ensure guests had the best experience possible. The hotel offers a complimentary 15-minute massage, and afterward, you can book a 40- or 60-minute session. The massage therapists are professionals, and you can choose to have specific areas of your body massaged. We loved the view from our room and the restaurant. The hotel has an excellent location with views of the mountains and the sea. It’s a 5-minute walk to the sandy beach and 10 minutes to the town with Greek shops. At the beach, you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds for 15 euros per set. Since there were two of us, we paid 7.5 euros each.

I didn’t like the restaurant’s policy that we had to pay for plain water at lunch and dinner (I understand having to pay extra for wine, champagne, and juices), but charging for simple still water seemed absurd to me.

The breakfast had good options, however it was pretty much the same every day. The location and views were magnificent. Hotel is close to the centre and there were plenty of activities available nearby. The manager had prompt attitude for solving the room type mix up on check in, which we appreciated a lot as we were on our honeymoon. Thanks to her we got the room we booked and enjoyed a lot.

Some of the staff at the reception and the restaurant had a rude attitude, and some of the events or services were overpriced for their quality. The selection for all inclusive snacks was below par.

The resort was awesome! Apart from the private pool rooms, the rest of the rooms are really good too. There is music during the night, the buffet is espectacular and there are many facilities, like a small supermarket. You can enjoy the different swimming pools and you can reserve different trips to discover amazing places in Crete too. The cleaning ladies were really nice too, it was a pleasure to meet them. Really recommend it!

Room was lovely and we were upgraded to one with a private pool, although they didn’t mention this when we checked in and I would have liked to have been asked because the upgrade meant we didn’t get the sea view we had specifically booked - our view was one of the swimming pools. Dinner in the a la carte restaurant was exceptionally good and excellent value

Difficult to find your way around the various levels on foot and very difficult when driving to find your way out - we took a wrong turn and nearly ended up on the beach! Breakfast in the main restaurant was disappointing- heaving with far too many people gave it the air of a school canteen when it should have been a relaxing and unhurried start to the day.

Wonderful staff and a beautifully located hotel. Janna was beyond helpful when we requested a room change and absolutely made our stay. Great breakfast selection. We decided to book in a few days early & loved it so much we stayed an extra 5 days at the end too! Have stayed before and will stay again. Location excellent, a short walk to town and many fabulous restaurants, bars, shopping and beaches.
