We stayed 4 nights at Edem Luxury Apartments from July 17-22, 2024. The accommodation was very, very good, much better than we expected. The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great with 38-39 degrees Celsius outside. Cleaning was done every day, towels were changed, shampoo/shower gel was replenished, and bathrobes and slippers were provided. Check-in and check-out were very quick, the host was excellent, very kind, and communicated very well in English. As we knew beforehand, the unit does not have parking, but we easily found street parking near the accommodation. Edem Luxury Apartments is very well located, very close to the beach (2-3 minutes walk), and there are many bakeries, bars, restaurants, and shops in the area. Breakfast was quite diverse, with many homemade products (we especially appreciated the omelette eggs made with cream cheese, resulting in a divine taste). Also, the owner of Edem Apartments is the same as the owner of the Edem café, the place where you have breakfast and where you can sit on the terrace by the sea enjoying a frappe or a beer. In conclusion, we thank you very much, we were 100% satisfied, and we will definitely return next year.

Lovely place. Very rich, generous and delicious breakfast. You will love it! Great hosting and team. Breakfast is served in the cafe of Edem Apartments. Beautifully designed place; There is a very high-quality playground room for kids. I liked the idea very much and so did my daughter. Very child-friendly and great for families. Studios are clean and stylish. The studios are cleaned daily by housekeeping. Location is very close to the sea. The staff is very helpful. We had to change our arrival date at the last moment, and the hotel made it possible - that’s how our holiday was saved. Thank you! We recommend this lovely place to everyone.

There could be a larger garbage can / rubbish bin in the studios. That would be very helpful for families staying longer.

Spotlessly clean and well-organized, with great amenities. The owner is very kind, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food at their café is delicious. 10/10 – highly recommend! There was a small makeup mirror in the bathroom and a large full-length mirror in the room – perfect for a girls trip! Note: There is no reception at the apartment, so you need to call upon arrival – they show up right away. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at their café just around the corner.

They seem to have two parking spots, but they were taken when we arrived. Still, we found street parking nearby without much trouble

The room was adequate for a family of 3. It was very close to the beach and there were many restaurants and cafes around. The back rooms overlooked the garden. Breakfast - it was suitable for the price, but do not expect an open buffet. The owner was friendly and polite. The hotel also has a restaurant nearby. Breakfast is served there and there is a playground for children. It was good in general.

The sofa bed for the child makes noise. The apartment is separated by an upper floor, there are stairs inside the room and it is closed with a child protection gate. The entrance to the upper floor is protected with sound insulation. There was a big bug in the glass fireplace.

Absolutely great place to stay. The host was the kindest person I have ever met. The place is on second line - around 1 minute from the sea and the first line restaurants. The hosts have their own restaurant on the first line where we had fantastic breakfast. There is a playground in the restaurant- very clean. In front of the apartments there is a garden with barbecue. The studio was clean and big enough for us - 2 adults with a 3 year old child. Everything was great. Thank you good people for the great experience !

We really liked the apartment. Really luxurious, very clean and spacious. We didn't miss anything. Everything we thought of was there and available. I can't not mention the bed, very very comfortable! Within walking distance of shops, cafes, restaurants. Suitable location for walks. The staff is wonderful and friendly. We really liked the breakfast, delicious and in sufficient quantities, and there were always additional sweet treats.

Breakfast was great, we are really satisfied with the offer and the quality of the products.

Some relevant information were not available - Wi-Fi password in the room wasn't updated, phone numbers for contacting the staff wasn't available. This is important having in mind that within the property there is no reception at all, and check-in/check-out is done in the nearby restaurant.

Very nice place, big rooms with comfortable bed. Very close to main streets and restaiurants. The staff is really wonderful and helpful. Cleaning everyday and change towels everyday. Great cappucino at breakfast.

U can hear absolutely everything from the room next to u or above u. Although it was cleaned everyday, the bathroom needed a little bit more attention. The breakfast needs diversity.

Extremely cosy apartment, everything seemed brand new, it was cleaned daily and had all amenities you may need. The balcony overviewed a quiet, beautiful inner yard and was quite spacious. The breakfast was exquisite and really close by. I highly recommend this place as the hosts are really nice and helpful as well. Parking is easy (free of charge) on the streets around the venue.

Everything was excellent! Sparkling clean accommodation, amazing breakfast, very close to all taverns and the sea. Also really quiet despite being so close to everything. Good value for money. Would recommend 10/10.

A bit difficult with parking nearby, maybe because of peak tourist season, but nonetheless manageable.
