Very comfortable and cosy place. Clear bathrooms. Comfortable bedrooms. Perfect location near the city center and old town of Kavala.

Pay attention that you are required to drop off your car at public parking. Nearest public parking is 3 minutes from the guest house. No option for parking in the old town.

The location is great, only 10 min walking distance from the sea port, 5 min from the city centre and all the shops & restaurants. The place was really nice with a modern and stylish interior. Small but comfortable. One of the bedroom, the living room and the balcony were very sunny in the morning which made us smile at the beginning of the day while enjoying our coffee. It was really clean and the cleaning lady was very nice and polite, as well as the host who was ready to help us with recommendations and answering all of our questions. He even helped me with the heavy luggage . :) I definitely recommend this place to everyone. It is perfect to accommodate 4 people.

We had an amazing stay at Nikos' apartment! The location was perfect, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Nikos went above and beyond by recommending some incredible places for food, drinks, and beaches nearby. His local tips truly enhanced our experience, allowing us to explore the best the area has to offer. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a night with a small baby and the room was on the first floor with a lot of stairs which made it a bit tricky to move the stuff. Nothing major though. There is no parking available nearby as it is in a residents only location so again it was a bit tricky moving stuff in and out. Overall great and very clean accommodation.

The house is at a central location, it is very clean and every detail was prepared perfectly. The kitchen is pretty and useful. We enjoyed to stay with our child.

The house is on a narrow street and parking is not allowed. There are parking spaces near the house, you have to park your car and walk to the house back.

Excellent location, in the heart of the city. Nikos was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate. We’d prefer this apartment again. We arrived at the apartment after midnight but it was really easy to enter the house by code even if it’s too late. Really good experience in general

The property is modern with tasteful and skillful renovations. Nothing is second-rate. The beds were very comfortable with high-quality linens. The high ceilings also give it a timeless character and the balcony is a lovely feature. The location is convenient to the Center and to the old city Panagia neighborhood.

The house is in the city center, the location is great. The apartament is cosy, very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. The owner was very responsive and helpfull.

All was great. The only down side is that you can't park the car on the sreet, it is only for residents. The parking is 10 min walking distance.

The location is close to the center, the house was designed, stylish and comfortable. It was more beautiful and clean than the pictures and created an environment that made us feel at home. The host was also very kind and helpful. If we come again, we will not look for another place.
