The Staff is really Helpful, and one of them even speaks our language. We have enjoyed our time here. Great view, kinfd and welcoming people, felt right at home :)

The Hotel is right on the street, looking to amazing view of North Aegean. I would not Say the Hotel is brand new, so I recommend everyone in an effort to manage expectations, A Hotel like Galaxy is in a state of well kept but not new condition, which is perfectly fine.

It was a nice stay. We could find a parking lot just in front of the hotel for the first evening, and for the second, they helped with public parking. The staff, the breakfast and the room was really nice. There were not enough towels, we asked for more and they brought. Beds were comfortable. We liked the balcony.

The glasses and cups for coffee in the room were dirty, even after cleaning service they were still not clean. That was weird. They should get better towels. A shower cabin could be better than bathtub.

Great hotel in Kavala port! Pet friendly- my dog was welcomed with gifts and bed for her stay, so much appreciated. The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. The room is big for a couple, comfy beds, not noisy even though is a busy street, shampoo, sopa and lotion in the bathroom, nice balcony admiring the whole city and the acueduct. The breakfast is great, a lot of selection, coffee (and Greek coffee) and tea. The view from the roof garden is amazing! Also, props to the service: taste the neighborhood gastronomy, best take away ever, good prices, amazing food and we ate in the roof garden. Thank you very much!

The location is perfect - right in the middle of everything and within walking distance to shopping areas, the old town, the beach, the port, and many restaurants (Apiko Greek restaurant is great option). The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were both comfortable and modern (would be nice if bathroom is lockable). The rooftop bar is a highlight, offering beautiful port views and nice drink options. Breakfast was varied and delicious, though popular dishes sometimes took time to be replenished. Parking is limited, but we were lucky to find a spot. Overall, we would revisit and recommend this hotel.

A few areas could be improved: -Circulation needs better management. The elevator is not enough for peak times - we had to wait up to 10 minutes, as many passed by already full. -The same applies to breakfast: I waited 20 minutes for fried eggs. -From an interior architect’s perspective, the hotel would benefit from capacity management and more functional design elements in both the rooms and lobby.

Wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. It’s in a great location right above the port, and our room had a beautiful view. Breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of options for every taste. We were traveling with our dog, and the hotel staff took great care of him – they provided bowls for food and water, and there was even a sign for the door to indicate whether the dog was in the room or not. Housekeeping came in every day and kept the room spotless. I highly recommend this hotel!

I liked the location of the hotel, it is close to both the old town and the port and the coastal road. The breakfast on the top floor is outstanding! Waking up with such a view is a very pleasant feeling. There is also a gym, again with a view of the harbor, a corner for reading or just relaxing in a very pleasant setting. The rooms are clean and tidy, everything was fine and the reception staff are always ready to help with directions and more. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we would love to come back again!

The only thing I don't like is that there is no parking at the hotel. Fortunately, at the port directly opposite the hotel, we were lucky to find a free parking space, and it was completely free!

We loved the hotel and its convenient location. Very helpful and friendly staff, nice and clean room and great view. We even had a pressing iron in the room, which was a surprise. The breakfast was good and the view from the roof garden so beautiful. We parked near the hotel, 4-5 minutes away by foot, there is a big paid parking lot where we left our car during the entire week. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay in the heart of the city! The hotel has a perfect central location, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with a good variety to choose from. What truly made our stay special was the incredibly kind and helpful staff — always smiling and ready to assist. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the sea, which gives it a lovely view of both the water and the old town. It’s also surrounded by shops and restaurants, with the old town just a short walk away. The interior has been recently renovated, giving the hotel a fresh and updated feel. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, although the taste could have been better. We stayed in a room for three people, which was essentially a double room with an extra bed added. This made the room a bit cramped with limited seating space, but given that three-person rooms were not readily available, we were still glad to find one. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. Overall, while the hotel meets the essentials of a 4-star rating, it offers more of an average experience.

When we stayed, the hotel was fully booked, which made the two small elevators quite insufficient during breakfast and check-out times. The biggest downside, however, was the bathroom. Despite the room and bathroom being renovated and modern, the drainage in the bathroom didn’t work properly. Every time we showered, the bathroom flooded, and at times, a small amount of water even seeped into the room.

The location is great. The spectacular view from the restaurant for breakfast. Very helpful staff that considered all our additional requests(such as upgrade to sea view as birthday compliment from hotel).

There is an information that hotel doesn't have a parking space. No complaints to the hotel - but you need to be ready to pay 10 euros/night or to spend time looking for a free parking (in our case, it was 1 hour to figure out where it was free and find a space). It would be great if the hotel turned the space in front of the hotel into a parking lot. Breakfast was good enough, but the quality of the food should be better. I didn’t like the main option for every breakfast - bacon and eggs - and had no desire to try it again.
