The Staff is really Helpful, and one of them even speaks our language. We have enjoyed our time here. Great view, kinfd and welcoming people, felt right at home :)

The Hotel is right on the street, looking to amazing view of North Aegean. I would not Say the Hotel is brand new, so I recommend everyone in an effort to manage expectations, A Hotel like Galaxy is in a state of well kept but not new condition, which is perfectly fine.

I liked the location of the hotel, it is close to both the old town and the port and the coastal road. The breakfast on the top floor is outstanding! Waking up with such a view is a very pleasant feeling. There is also a gym, again with a view of the harbor, a corner for reading or just relaxing in a very pleasant setting. The rooms are clean and tidy, everything was fine and the reception staff are always ready to help with directions and more. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we would love to come back again!

The only thing I don't like is that there is no parking at the hotel. Fortunately, at the port directly opposite the hotel, we were lucky to find a free parking space, and it was completely free!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the sea, which gives it a lovely view of both the water and the old town. It’s also surrounded by shops and restaurants, with the old town just a short walk away. The interior has been recently renovated, giving the hotel a fresh and updated feel. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, although the taste could have been better. We stayed in a room for three people, which was essentially a double room with an extra bed added. This made the room a bit cramped with limited seating space, but given that three-person rooms were not readily available, we were still glad to find one. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. Overall, while the hotel meets the essentials of a 4-star rating, it offers more of an average experience.

When we stayed, the hotel was fully booked, which made the two small elevators quite insufficient during breakfast and check-out times. The biggest downside, however, was the bathroom. Despite the room and bathroom being renovated and modern, the drainage in the bathroom didn’t work properly. Every time we showered, the bathroom flooded, and at times, a small amount of water even seeped into the room.

The location is great. The spectacular view from the restaurant for breakfast. Very helpful staff that considered all our additional requests(such as upgrade to sea view as birthday compliment from hotel).

There is an information that hotel doesn't have a parking space. No complaints to the hotel - but you need to be ready to pay 10 euros/night or to spend time looking for a free parking (in our case, it was 1 hour to figure out where it was free and find a space). It would be great if the hotel turned the space in front of the hotel into a parking lot. Breakfast was good enough, but the quality of the food should be better. I didn’t like the main option for every breakfast - bacon and eggs - and had no desire to try it again.

The location of the hotel is very good - close to the port, the center of the city and many nice restaurants! The bed in the room is very comfortable. The restaurant is on the top floor and has a fantastic view over the harbor. The breakfast is rather good. There is coffee/tea available in the room. Some of the hotel staff was very cooperative and supportive. The wi-fi is working well.

The lack of parking, although there were quite a lot of cars parked in front of the hotel and the criteria for allowing this are not clear. We arrived a bit earlier and had to wait until the room was ready.

What we didn’t like : Although it claims to be a five star hotel, unfortunately they didn’t have a parking space. We parked the car in front of the hotel in the public street and when we were leaving, they charged us €40 as “ punishment” as they called because we have taken some space of discharging. I told them that they didn’t mention this kind of cost in the beginning, and they cannot come up with a number without telling it beforehand. Anyway, because the lovely receptionist woman Ms. Ioanna kindly requested Ant told that the management will take it from her so we paid it not to put her in trouble. I’ve ever this is really annoying other than the money, especially explicitly calling it a “ punishmentl”

The location was excellent and being on 6th floor meant we had great views across the harbour and up to the castle. The room was a vey good size and the breakfast area on the 7th floor was really good too.

Parking is a real issue in Kavala - we were lucky as it was late in the season. We also had a wedding going on during our first night - on the floor above us. We were warned in advance, but really load music went on until 3.00am.

We didn't like the breakfast organization, there were not enough cups for coffee, forks and knifes, so we were waiting the staff to wash them and bring to us and there were not even clean enough. This situation is absolutely the same as it was before. I was guest of the hotel few years ago and it was same, so no changes in this direction... that's pity because everything else was very good!

The room offered a fantastic view of the port of Kavala and the Old Town. The hotel’s central location in the heart of the city was ideal. I had heard from others about the breakfast served in the hotel's rooftop garden, which boasts an excellent panoramic view of the city. The experience did not disappoint. The breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of selections and an array of beverages and coffees.

At the reception staff was very kind and debonaire. They gave our 2 years old child gifts both at our check in and check out. The hotel was at the center of the city so we did not use car. We just stayed a night to have a rest before we continue our trip to Halkidiki. Therefore it was very enough for us. The terrace restaurant has a great view. In the room there was iron with its table

The breakfast could be better. There was capsule coffee in the room but no machine for it
