The studio is located in our favorite area of Kavala - close to cafes, the old port with restaurants and bars, a shop and bakery, a bus stop to the center. The beach is about 700 m walk away. The owners are kind and responsive. The studio is welcoming, amenities such as an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and kitchenware are provided. The balcony and living room create comforts like home. The building in which the studio is located is clean and modern.

The bathroom and bedroom are small in size. The shower doors are not stable and create a sense of danger. The wardrobe door cannot be opened normally, due to the size of the bedroom. There is no knife in the kitchen.

The apartment is close to city centre and to Paralia Perigiali, a beautiful beach (to whomever who happens to read this I strongly recommend going to that beach in Kavala). There are grocery stores like Discount Markt and Lidl nearby, with a lot of different foods and other products. The apartment is comfy. During our stay in late July and early August, it was never hot inside. Hot water is also always available. There is also an elevator with capacity of 300kg (4 persons), and it works fine. The apartment is spacious, the double bed is also spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has a microwave, an induction cooktop and an electric kettle. There are also manuals for appliances in the apartment. The owner is quite friendly and he readily answers texts. He bought some food beforehand and he also surprised us with some traditional Greek gifts.

The AC smells like vinegar, but you are not going to need it anyway.

The place is amazing, it honestly exceeded my expectations. The owners made sure we had everything for our stay, they were very kind. The apartment was clean and modern with everything needed. There is also a possibility for a private parking if you contact the owners.

The location is great if you plan on visiting Kavala's beach or use the car to explore other beaches, however keep in mind that the place is a bit far from the center and the taverns, shops and nightlife.

The place is great, wifi works perfect. We had parking also, inside the complex. The host is very welcoming and helpful.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable and noisy but manageable for a few days.

Bed was very comfortable and apartment had everything we needed for a 6 night stay. Location was a bit out of the main centre but we could walk it in 40 minutes or there was a bus stop 5 minutes away. Apartment was also very near to a nice beach with a beach bar and a couple of good restaurants and coffee shops around a pretty harbour. There were 2 supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk.

The air conditioning could have been a little colder and the apartment is on a busy road

Good studio for a couple. Wi-fi, equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Big terrace. Coffee shop and supermarket nearby. Close to the beach Perigiali.

Not close to the old town and the centre. But there's a bus line. The cars and buses run right under the terrace.

Everything is superlative, the host made us feel at home, impeccable towels and bedding, cleanliness, utilities, very good consumables. I highly recommend!
