Clean comfortable rooms, quiet location with beautiful pool area. Pleasant staff 15 minute drive to ermioni

Only breakfast service. There is a nespresso machine in the rooms but if you want something else you need to drive 2,5km to the nearest village. It would be nice if they could have a bar ao you can get coffee or somerhing to drink. Would be alao good if you could get a snack so you can enjoy the day at the pool. Sea is 1 minute walk and although nice water its not sandy, theres big stones so maybe not suitable for small kids Double rooms are good size but room for 3 people is too expensive for what you get

I loved EVERYTHING about this stay! From the first communication and advice on a better route to the hotel, to the meticulously prepared breakfast, to the fantastically comfortable bed, beautiful pool area and not least the wonderful friendly and genuine welcome. The room had also been thoughtfully cooled for my arrival (we have been experiencing temperatures 40 degrees plus) and a couple of botles of water were waiting in the mini fridge. It sounds so minor, but its a collection of all these little details that makes a hotel stand out for me. I would highly recommend a stay here and there is absolutely nothing to comment negatively on.

It was very clean, the rooms were cleaned every day. Food was good, breakfast and snack. Staff very welcoming especially the cleaning ladies and the bar guy.

The lights in the garden were turned off very early. We wanted to play board games but the reception was closed at 20:00 and usually the lights were turned off when she left or if we were already there, she came back at latest 10:30 and shut the lights off. If this is the rule of the hotel, it should be written somewhere so people know. Also there were a lot of attractions listed which were not possible at the moment such as: massage, barbecue, table tennis etc. These are taken off now after we informed the receptionist.

We came straight from Athene airport after landing in the evening, so we arrived late (long driving) we felt that the lady that was waiting for us was annoyed from the fact we arrived late (22:00), and during our 4 days stay we felt that they are counting every single thing we ask for. During our last night there was no hot water in the shower, We were big group so if someone ask for extra coffee at breakfast we were requested to pay for it, although others didn’t order any coffee. Not that we wanted something for free but the overall feeling was that they are not service oriented as this type of hotel should be.

We have been regular guests at this hotel for years and spend some wonderful days here every September. We cannot praise enough how friendly and accommodating the entire team and the owner are. This hotel is perfect for those who want to take trips to the islands of Spetses or Hydra or simply want to enjoy a few days of peace and nature. The location couldn't be better. The breakfast is varied and a great start to the day, and the option to enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel is definitely worth recommending. In the vicinity, there are also some romantic restaurants in Ermioni that are worth a visit. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and amazingly quiet, which makes our stay pleasant every time. We look forward to being here year after year and can't wait to come back next September. Everything is clean and cosy. Nice view from the balcony to the pool and sea. Tasty breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is the best feature of the hotel. Perfecr temperature and so beautiful. Good wifi signal.

Just keep in mind that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. It has some snacks and salads. The closest option though is just 5 min away by car.

Excellent location, close to the sea and within reasonable driving distance to Ermioni, Porto Heli and very close to the harbour to Hydra. The design of the hotel is modern with the appearance that everything is new, the infinity pool is a very good size for swimming and with plenty of space to rest in the sun. Extremely well-trained, friendly, and discreet staff, and at Concierge, Mery works wonders giving advice, guidance, and finding solutions for almost everything. Thank you, guys, for your good work and for making us feel at home there!

Beautiful property with the wonderful view of Hydra and Dokos, located in a quiet neighborhood of Thermisia. Manos and all of the staff were committed to answering all of our requests, and we felt like a family.

The location of the hotel is in a rural area about 200 meters from the beautiful sea. A 10-room hotel with modern design, incredibly quiet. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful and serves with a smile and is happy to help everyone. The breakfast is amazing. The stay was magical and we will come back to stay again

Having been there for our 1st wedding anniversary, my wife and I had a great weekend, full of relaxing moments. The room was wonderful, the staff was polite and helpful, especially the manager, Mary, who tried to make all the best, in order for us to enjoy this weekend, tasty food and rich breakfast with home-made ingredients from chef Stelios. The resort is close to the sea, in a peaceful location, 10 minutes away from Ermioni, 2,30 hours away from Athens by car. Definitely a destination to visit again and again.

The pointer at Google Maps should show the main entrance, but it is technically difficult, since the road with the main entrance is gravel.
