Great location in Ermoupoli just off the main road by the port. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delivered to our room and was a nice spread. The attention to detail was appreciated with complimentary bathroom soaps, shampoos, toothbrushes, fresh robes and slippers as well as a welcome drink and sweets and cool drink and waters in the mini fridge.

We were very appreciative of the lift. The toiletries provided were good and the beach bag with towels was also something we liked. The reception and cleaning staff were excellent and very helpful. Also useful were the iron and airer. Locxation was also excellent.

Breakfast was somewhat disappointing in that it was mainly pre-packed items, rather than fresh. Bread was fine but with only the option of boiled egg, cheese spread or a sweet spread, after a few mornings this was somewhat boring. If I had known the circumstances I would have chosen to go out for breakfast; there was no table and only one chair. Having run a B & B in France for more than ten yours (with Booking.com) we missed a common area. It needed to be made more clear that the swimming pool was only available to certain rooms,

We enjoyed every moment of being in this beautiful establishment, also conveniently located across from the port when we arrived by ferry. We thank Dimitri for guiding us through it all with such kindness, we truly appreciated you and meeting you with your staff whom kept our room perfectly clean every day of our stay with you. The room was just amazing to perfection and our bed was just the best and of course the view of the sea was just simply breathtaking.. We loved everything.

The location was great. We got off the ferry and crossed the road. There are steps to get to the accomodation but the staff were nice enough to assist us with our luggage. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything that was needed for our stay. The balcony was our highlight. You were able to see the town and the ferries docking. I would stay there again.

Maybe inform people that your entrance is in the ally midway up the stairs. We could see the name of the apartments but didn't know how to access to them. A lovely man that worked at the shop directed us. Everything was amazing.

Location was great, downtown and easy to access. Soundproofing was good too, something important, since it’s right on the road. The owner, Nikos, was really nice and friendly, eager to make our accommodation as good as possible. Breakfast came in a little basket each morning. It was great to be in the pool and watch the boats come and go. All in all a wonderful experience, we’ll be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Shapes Luxury Suites! It has everything you need including a comfortable big bed, large shower, big smart tv, bathrobes, air conditioning, a fridge which is stocked daily with complimentary juice, water and soft drink and a nice big beach bag and beach towels to take out with you! They really have thought of it all! The breakfast delivered outside the door was so nice to wake up to each morning. It is in a great location in the heart of Ermoupoli and just a short walk to the bus station that takes you to all the beaches. The owner was so accomodating and kind, we can’t fault this hotel at all. Highly recommend!

Breakfast is delivered to the room each morning and is perfectly adequate. The accommodation is exceptional; a feeling of space - owing partly to the high ceilings - and of quality. Very modern, stylish fittings and we had a sea view with a small balcony; also, located right on the front in the centre of town. It all made for a very pleasant stay.

We loved the terrace, the view opposite the port, the central location, the delightful staff, the basket of breakfast, the complementary water and snacks in the fridge, the blue tooth speaker, the lovely bathroom, the high quality toiletries, the robes and slippers. Demetrius the owner circled the amazing beaches on Syros on the map and we hired cars underneath Shapes to explore them!

location was brilliant, literally across the road from the port. Right in town within walking distance to just about everything.

There really isn’t anything not to like about Shapes!

Very central location and the hosts was amazing and very helpful! The room had everything we needed and was cleaned daily ! Breakfast was served at the door everyday with loads of fresh fruits and things such as yogurt and pastries!
