The view is incredible and the room spacious and clean! Niko was a wonderful host and the cleaning staff was lovely.

The light in the room made it impossible to sleep in 😟. Even with all of the curtains closed, as soon as the sun came up it was like the lights were on!!! If they add shutters or blinds, it would make it a 10/10 for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation on the island. The location is excellent - just a breath away from the port, making it very easy to access, specially if you you have small kid, yet surprising quiet thanks to the great soundproofing. From this strategic spot you can easily walk to Ermoupolis and Vaporia, which was very convenient. The room was spotless, equipped with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay, and offered a beautiful view. The breakfast served in the room, was fresh and delicious - a perfect start to the day. Most importantly, the owner was extremely kind, friendly and always willing to assist or give helpful advice about the island. His warm hospitality, truly made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the island - it combines comfort, convenience and genuine hospitality.

We loved this apartment! Comfortable for family of 3 - one large bed with additional large pull out couch bed that I found to be very comfortable. Nice bathroom facility. Location was perfect. Get off the ferry and walk across the street. No need to hike luggage up the steep hills! Especially convenient for check out and catching the ferry home. The bus is a few blocks from the apartment which we utilized. Typically we rent a car when traveling, but no need here; the bus runs frequently, only 2 euro/person and takes you to all over the island. Everything is walkable from this ideal location. My 5 y/o son especially enjoyed watching the ferry/boat activity from our small terrace. Watching the water activity from the terrace was a highlight for all of us. If sensitive to noise (we are not), it's easy to shut all the windows/door to block out noise and have a comfortable rest. (There is AC and overhead fan, so you will be cool enough with windows closed). Breakfast was more than sufficient. Plus extra to pack for the beach. Cleaning/restocking daily. Hosts were kind lovely people and always accessible by phone if needed. I love Syros and if we are able to return in future, we will stay in this exact apartment.

Great location in Ermoupoli just off the main road by the port. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delivered to our room and was a nice spread. The attention to detail was appreciated with complimentary bathroom soaps, shampoos, toothbrushes, fresh robes and slippers as well as a welcome drink and sweets and cool drink and waters in the mini fridge.

The location was excellent particularly as we had an early morning ferry arrival. The host (friendly and welcoming) met us to facilitate our arrival and we were able to immediately relax. Breakfast was exceptional. Simple yet filling. Water and coffee pods replenished during our stay. We loved walking around Ermoupoli and then relaxing by the plunge pool watching the movements of the ferries and passengers. The suite was clean and very comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again Σας ευχαριστούμε.

We enjoyed every moment of being in this beautiful establishment, also conveniently located across from the port when we arrived by ferry. We thank Dimitri for guiding us through it all with such kindness, we truly appreciated you and meeting you with your staff whom kept our room perfectly clean every day of our stay with you. The room was just amazing to perfection and our bed was just the best and of course the view of the sea was just simply breathtaking.. We were very appreciative of the lift. The toiletries provided were good and the beach bag with towels was also something we liked. The reception and cleaning staff were excellent and very helpful. Also useful were the iron and airer. Locxation was also excellent.

Breakfast was somewhat disappointing in that it was mainly pre-packed items, rather than fresh. Bread was fine but with only the option of boiled egg, cheese spread or a sweet spread, after a few mornings this was somewhat boring. If I had known the circumstances I would have chosen to go out for breakfast; there was no table and only one chair. Having run a B & B in France for more than ten yours (with Booking.com) we missed a common area. It needed to be made more clear that the swimming pool was only available to certain rooms,

The location was great. We got off the ferry and crossed the road. There are steps to get to the accomodation but the staff were nice enough to assist us with our luggage. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything that was needed for our stay. The balcony was our highlight. You were able to see the town and the ferries docking. I would stay there again.

Maybe inform people that your entrance is in the ally midway up the stairs. We could see the name of the apartments but didn't know how to access to them. A lovely man that worked at the shop directed us. Everything was amazing.

Loved everything about the property. Was clean, modern, very comfortable. I thought I had booked a room with a balcony but I was wrong . It did not mater because the room was amazing. The owners were great. Helpful and thoughtful. They thought of everything thing to make your stay comfortable. Would definitely stay there again when we return.
