The staff at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. They recommended day trips, made restaurants reservations, etc. We had an idea of things we wanted to do but they helped us decide which companies were best. I would definitely return!

Nothing truly, good location and amenities. Many of the guests were elderly but families as well - quiet and calm experience.

Everything was great. Staff is very friendly and lovely, beach is comfortable with a lot of sun umbrellas and sunbeds. A lot of pools for every age, 1 baby pool and 1 pool for toddlers (like a mini aqua park), our baby enjoyed it a lot and met a lot of new little friends there :) A lot of activity for kids and adults every day, you will be entertained with live music and different variety of shows, and team of animators will give your kids a great time. Though there is a great restaurant with 3 meals per day, you can also eat pizza, crepe, icecream or giros through the day, which is very handy if you want to have a little snack in between main meals. Everything is tasty and served quickly! Pool bar and main bar are good, cocktails are tasty, beer is fine. so, at all, I would recommend this hotel for every person who likes to feel comfort and 100% of relaxation with no worries about anything. I dont regret for every euro spent for this vacation.

Sometimes room is not cleaned through the day, even with "Please clean my room" sign on the door.

It is a well thought-through, well-organised, well-run establishment, welcoming and generous towards its guests. The staff are its biggest asset, from Nicholas, Dimitrios, Kostas at the front desk, to the bellmen, room maids and waiters and the spa staff. The all-inclusive package turned out to be truly all-inclusive, generous and of the highest quality. The facilities are excellent, access to the well-appointed beach is easy and direct. A gem of a hotel, on a gem of an island in a wonderful sea. Honest, generous, unpretentious, truly five star hotel, outstanding value for money. We will be sure to return to this place repeatedly.

The system for issuing beach towels on the basis of check marks on a piece of paper, is needlessly complicated for spa staff and guests.

It’s right on the beach. There are several pools and a pool with slides for kids. It’s all inclusive and for the most part the food was really good. Each dinner the menu was varied. Other than breakfast lunch and dinner, throughout the day there were pizzas, gyros, crepes, ice cream and drinks. Most days we skipped lunch unless it was to grab some fruits or veggies. The entertainment staff was really great with the kids (especially Flow). We stayed in a family room so there was a bedroom for adults with a queen bed and a bedroom for the kids with 2 twin beds. Sea view was also really nice.

We had issues with the room, especially the air-con. The room was constantly hot. We had a technician in the room 3 times to fix until it finally worked. The room was also the farthest in the hotel. In an area that had not been renovated yet so it was an older room. The front desk staff were not very helpful and often rude. There is an option to dine one night at the a la carte restaurant which should have been the best food we had at the resort, but it wasn’t very good. The food we had the rest of the stay was far better and very enjoyable.

The hotel was wonderfully renovated. The pool areas were good and the lovely private beach next door. The food was good and the pizzas, pancakes and cyros in the pool area were great. The best part of the holiday was definitely the animation team, Julia and Lilli. Flou and the new Swedish boy were also great. The best entertainment team. I wonder why the Italians need their own team. Everyone could be together and serve citizens of all countries. Nikos and Mixalis from the pool restaurant were really friendly. The main bar staff were really nice. The receptionist IIdi was lovely and friendly. The downside was the expensive tennis and billiards at the hotel, as well as the freshly squeezed juice in the morning. We also got the wrong room at first and the bespectacled manager lied that you would get a room tomorrow. Not a five-star hotel service. The air conditioning worked too well in the first room and really poorly in the second. I can recommend the hotel.

Food was excellent and we loved the additional crepe and pizza areas that were open all day. Pool areas were excellent and the kids pool and slides were brilliant. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Disappointing that there was no iron in the bedroom and it was very difficult to get hold of one as they only had a few that were being shared with all the guests. All inclusive drinks were limited and cheaper options, had to pay additional for branded spirits and beers.

Everything was perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful with a personal touch to the guest! The food was varied and plentiful, the location of the facilities was excellent, the evening entertainment was fun and classy! The beach was nice, with enough sun loungers! Because we were one of the first guests of the season, there was still some finishing work going on at the hotel and not everything was functioning 100%, but there was nothing that we missed, and the staff compensated with their perfect attitude and management!

There are stones on a small part of the beach when entering the sea, but a little further away it is clean!

The room was big and the sea view is fantastic. The beach is not crowdy. The facilities are in renovation, and it is visible the desire of the hotel management to improve the service. The mini Waterpark is a good bonus to the garden area. Stuff is friendly. Coffe capsules were refilled every single day in the room.

The food could be better in terms of drinks and coocked food, sea food varieties as well. Our room smelled a little bit dusty, but was cean at all. The food in the special restaurant was not above the main restaurant, but the service and the spirit was great.

The breakfest was classic with wide variety of food. Also the lunch and dinner. The food for the hotel was above the expectations and we were really surprised. My girlfriend is gluten intolerant and they had everyday marked at least some food that is gluten free with special signs. They also prepared gluten free pasta for her at request. I would really like to thank the whole staf they were amazing. From the reception staf to the barista, kitchen…Plus they serve Gyros, pizza, pancakes as a snacks from 12:00 …delicious. Coming back with some extra kilogram.

Nice beachfront hotel, lovely apartment with top jacuzzi and sea view; easy to get to Rhodes city by bus or sea-bus; the food was good and delicious (including pizza bar and French frites); the hotel own beach is a huge plus even its difficult to find good sun bed because majority of people leave their towels in early morning without using it for hours. The beach is ok with some stones but also sandy part. Good value for money.

A nets and measures against mosquito would be lovely; the staff in restaurant could be more professional;
