The hotel is absolutely lovely! The staff make you feel super welcome and the food was great. Not forgetting it’s own private beach. I honestly can’t thank the staff enough for making my birthday special. They decorated the room so beautifully and was kind through out. Also, the hotel was very clean (We had a cleaner come to the room everyday). When it comes to the amazing staff the hotel really made a great choice. Special shout out to Christina and Petros (hoping I spelt that right). Christina worked in the bar and Petros worked in the bar alongside lunch and dinner. I personally think the location was perfect. Within a short distance you have so many restaurants, supermarkets and bars. Stay here for a nice and relaxing holiday. Last words: Thank you ALL for being so kind!

Although I had a great time I do believe the hotel is suited to a more mature crowd from the entertainment provided. However, I guess the entertainment was catered to the majority of their guests. That being said they tried to accommodate and made great recommendations for things that were more suited to my partner and I.

Service and super friendly staff, variety of food, location, the amazing beach with plenty of sunbeds, it has a lot of stores near by within walking distance, comfy beds.

The snacks for the all inclusive plan can be definitely improved and have more variety. They could have more things for kids, maybe some activities or a bigger park. The rooms are quite simple, although that is not a problem, but they can add more details. There is only one restaurant.

The room was a comfortable size and fairly well appointed. Toiletries and water that was supplied were appreciated. The bed was made nicely and comfortable. There were extra linens available as well as pillows. There was a great scene nearby (within walking distance) that allowed us to safely leave the resort to enjoy nightlife and shopping as well as traditional Greek music and dancing which was the highlight of our time there.

I’d recommend more bath towels considering we booked for 4 people, we were provided only 2 towels, and 2 hand towels. The layout of the room seems backwards, the master bed should be in the other part of the room with the sliding door (safety concern) and air conditioner as the air didn’t cool outside of that room.

This property is truly a gem. My mum and I booked a seafront room which was spotless. The hotel was quiet, had ample staff to cater for everyone without ever having to wait to be served and in my opinion they’ve got the best stretch of the beach.

The use of the gym is limited to booked time slots which wasn’t made clear when we checked in. The desserts at lunch and dinner could do with a bit more variety. Basic cocktails like mojitos and aperol spritz should be added to the cocktail menu.

Hotel is nice and very well organized. From the first moment on the reception desk we encountered friendly and proffesional staff. Everything is very clean. Towels in the room were changed every day. In front of hotel is sandy beach with enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all the guests. Food in the restaurant is tasty and with very good variety. We would come back again. Recomendations!

What definitely should be improved: 1. Body shampoo is missing; 2. Slippers missing - and it is comfortable on cold floor

The location of the hotel is great. 50 min by car from Chania airport. The beach is very clean and the water is clear. Super family friendly. The food is tasty. The room was big.

The place around the reception was not very clean. The variety of food was not big. The drinks need improvement, the quality was not very great.
