Really great location next to a clean, long beach. The apt comes with free use of the umbrella and lounger on the beach which was a nice surprise. There are showers as you come off the beach. The beach bar is clean and run by some really helpful and lovely young people. Breakfast was good especially the yogurt and honey and freshly squeezed orange juice! The apt was lovely. Huge bed, big sofa that doubles as a bed if needed, breakfast bar, small kitchenette, plenty of space to hang clothes, safety deposit box, lovely bathroom with a big showerhead and a balcony area. It was cleaned daily, fresh towels. Beach towels are also provided. It was also a great base to travel to north coast sites and museums and even to explore further south and in the mountains. Best of both worlds really. 4 kms from Lake Kournas which is a delight to witness. Thanks for a great stay.

The staff is exceptional! A family operated business that includes the taverna next to the beach. They are super friendly and appreciative of you being there. We enjoyed it so much that we booked another room there after spending a few days exploring the west end of the island. I highly recommend #5 if you can get it. A slight bit of a drive outside of town guarantees peace and quite. And the beach? Oh the beach is stunning! Grab a lounge chair under an umbrella, kick back, and enjoy!

We loved everything about this property and our stay. We’re a couple in our late 20s and we were just after a really relaxing couple of weeks by the beach and this place fully delivered. The rooms are lovely and just as pictured/described. The beach bar where you have breakfast is absolutely amazing and the breakfasts are totally delicious - as is all the food. The sunbeds on the beach are free and there’s never a problem trying to get one, it was never too busy when we were there. All the staff that we met and spoke to were lovely and so helpful. Thank you!

There is nothing we didn’t like. It’s worth bearing in mind that the suites are about a 30 minute walk from the town centre, this suited us just fine and you can walk either on the beach or on a quiet road. We liked the walk after lying around on the beach all day so it wasn’t a problem for us but others might want to consider renting a car as there isn’t much around the suites.

Forgot when I've booked that they have their own beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Guys are doing a great job. Secluded, a cozy Boutique hotel with everything you need. Perfect location to reach Chania on the left and Heraklion on the right.

During our stay, this was a very quite location, with great beach access and a taverna operated by the building owners and family. Everyone was extremely caring and relaxed. Plus the food was also excellent. We were so impressed with this property that we booked another day here on our return trip.

Everything is very good. My room has the seaview and it is on the highest floor. The condition of facilities are quite good

Its not like i dont like but i would prefer: - there are flipflops for the beach - the room floor should be more clean or vaccumed ( i feel it is very sandy when we arrived) - the roof for the balcony will be renovated ( as we are at the top floor... our balcony roof is not one piece but it is a wooden fence... so it makes no sense to hange clothes there when it rains... )

Great night's rest! Charming, seafront, luxury appartment exactly as advertised with free parking, kitchen that is stocked with the basics - fridge, stovetop, pan, cutlery & crockery, kettle & coffeemaker - and great view with beautiful sunrises. 5min drive away from markets, a gas station and hearty family run restaurants in Georgiopolis, and only a few meters from a beachfront bar/restaurant. Spacious for 2 adults and a child with a super comfortable bed and sofa bed. The owner was friendly and we enjoyed the peace and quiet and a cacophony of frogs singing in the stream nearby at night

I would recommend having a rental car to stay here. You could possibly take a bus to Georgiopolis and walk here

We had breakfast once & it was excellent - the room was cleaned every day - the bed was so comfortable which was excellent.

A better handrail on the stairs - difficult if you are older & have a problem - thought there would be a microwave and iron in the room and there wasn’t.

Very relaxed place. no loud music. no parties, great beach. the best place for families with small children. will come back next year

pillows are horrible, but bed and room is great
