cozy hotel and nice staff the beach is great: mostly sandy, the sea is calm and good for those who are bad at swimming and there are enough sunbeds excellent cleaning quality welcome gift we arrived very late, after dinner time, but they provided us with a cold plate which was much appreciated! evening shows every day

food for breakfast/dinner could be better I think. For breakfast it was always the same and by the end of the week I was tired of the options. Desserts were rather lame (except for baklava - it was scrumptious!), all other were very primitive and perharps simply defrosted most of touristic attractions are quite far away the touristic boulevard is a ~10min walk, consists of cafes and souvenirs shops. To get to the street you have to cross a highway with rather active traffic and no crosswalk nearby

This hotel exceeded our expectations! When we first arrived we felt a little out of place but we were immediately greeted with a smile and were made to feel very welcomed and at home. We couldn’t have asked for any better treatment from all of the staff whether this was from reception, waitresses/waiters to housekeeping. I would recommend this hotel for anyone thinking about it. Also as an addition, Hazel in the restaurant area was super helpful when it came to my food intolerances and I really appreciated her checking in her being available for any of my questions

We were there with our adult daughters, their husbands and our 18 month old grandson. The hotel was ideal for us, as the main pool is superb for adults, while the kiddies club has its own pool for the little ones. There were lots of activities and my wife enjoyed the yoga, stretching and aqua gym. We were on the all inclusive package, which I would really recommend as it includes most cocktails and a wide selection of wines.

There was a problem with the sewage system, which resulted in a bit of a smell in certain areas of the hotel.

Excellent staff! Food was delicious. Clean, pool and beach well looked after. Lovely surprise in the room at arrival and great information from Demi!

Apart from news channels there were no English speaking entertainment tv programs. Water, and coffee was not replenished after the first day.

When we arrived we were weLcomed Like kings and queens! Fresh towels and drinks! Heavenly! It was a very good first impression! And we felt at home! The rooms were very nice and quiet and easy to access with the stroller! The buffet was incredible and the staff was AMAZING! All So sweet with my kids and the food was different every night! We LOVED the bread: freshly made and tasted delicious! Also the ladies at the pool bar Cristina and Hara were the cherry on the cake! So sweet and professional! My girls and I fell in love with them and we miss them a lot!!! Pool is spectacular and the beach is mainly sandy which was good for the kids!!! Loved the iced cappuccino and the kids menu!!!

Not clean enough. Hair everywhere on the stairs and in the room. Some things were updated and needed some fixing. Also the pool towels were not clean enough even if we changed them daily. Also I was very turned down by the mini club (this is one of the things I was looking for being alone with 2 kids). No real activities and the only girl taking ‘care’ of the kids speaker mainly German and clearly preferred German kids. Not happy at all with that. Activities for grown ups were great and full of energy thanks to Olga and Dimitris!

From check in to check out everything was outstanding. The reception, animation team, the taverna and beach bar staff made our stay the best. It is very clean. Will definitely visit again.

There is sensor in the room that checks for movement in order to activate the electricity. After 10 monutes it shuts down. For us with a young baby, this meant we had to stay in the room and could nit sit on our balcony undisturbed. I did not appreciate how it was dealt with, we were told to leave window open so that the curtain would activate sensor. OFCOURSE THIS DOESNT WORK! When doing a written review on app, I got a call within the hour that they all of a sudden actually have a solution (extension cord from socket of fridge). Clearly, a WTF moment why nit offer that the night before?! This however again technically didnt work and waited 2 days for them to fix and they never came back to us.

Gorgeous small hotel. Wonderful food. Nice drinks. Kind and friendly staff. The room was quiet, spacious, clean, modern and furnished to a high standard. Lots of eco-friendly changes around the hotel.

Not a huge range of food options. There’s the main restaurant which is buffet and then occasionally a BBQ buffet on the beach restaurant. Otherwise no other restaurants, you can order snacks by the pool but quite expensive and not included in all-inclusive. There was a bit of construction next to the hotel which was noisy at times. The main pool and hotel is set a bit back from the beach.

All the staff we encountered were amazing and could not do enough for you. The animation team worked tirelessly to “bring the fun” if this is your thing but equally respected mine & my husbands wishes to just “chill” which was really appreciated! Too many hotels can force this upon you but they were a fantastic team who got it just right! Food was always of a high standard, only thing lacking was sometimes the temperature of certain dishes was a little cool but I feel this is something that is difficult to manage when catering for all inclusive & it definitely didn’t affect the quality. Breakfast was slightly lacking in regards to your typical “English” but this is Greece after all. Cocktails amazing! Properly made & a good selection. Reception were happy to phone for taxis. All in all a fabulous holiday & will return!

Beer wasn’t great but ok. Some of the fizzy drinks on tap tasted a little ‘odd’ from time to time. Only a shower in the room not a bath so something to consider if that is your thing (garden room) and we got two single beds despite booking a double room.

Great beachfront location, great pool, clean rooms, modern and bohemian decor and many great photo locations. Lovely welcome when arriving, very friendly staff and quick service. Good all-inclusive concept including many cocktails, and a nice buffet selection. Wide range of activities including Pilates, Aqua fit and Beach vollyball, and great evening entertainment including singers, Bingo and quiz nights in their outdoor stage area. Went to the spa and got a good value for money massage, team very friendly.

Sometimes the beds at the pool were full due to their not being that many, but most of the time was okay.
