Absolutely stunning! We are quite picky and every time spent a lot of time looking for the right place.. But this hotel- totally unbeatable. Bright, clean, comfortable, privacy - keeping, phenomenal food, surprisingly green locality, bakery, local shops & restaurant near the hotel (but also nice and calm neighborhood- any crowds or huge resorts) If you love good - mediterranian kitchen, beautiful and clean sea, don´t hesitate even a minute. You can lay at the beach with nice book all day long or slay morning run (nice running routes around), get quick stretching at well equipped outdoor gym and straight dip into the perfect sea. This place is heaven.

We loved every detail about this hotel from start to finish. They were kind enough to offer us a free upgrade to a room with its own shared pool which was spotless clean and had everything we needed. Both breakfast and dinner was fantastic with lots of options - the food was the highlight of the vacation for me, tbh. The prices at the restaurant were quite reasonable, as well. We were able to find sunbeds easily both at the pool and the beach at any time of the day, nobody was reserving spots with their towels etc. All in all, I would definitely book this property again next time when we visit Crete and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

Everything! Pool and territory is beautiful, quick access to the beach. We received a beautiful loft room with a balcony to the quiet side. Always fresh bottled water in the room, changed daily, room cleaned twice a day. Great AC you can regulate yourself. Tasty cocktails at the pool bar. Nice breakfast buffet. Very polite staff. Also I used the spa and purchased massage, it was amazing, definitely recommend booking it. We stayed 5 nights and would totally come back!

The beach at the property is peddled, not sand. But it’s just a preference.

The hotel is really nice , I would strongly recommend this hotel , from the second we walked in we were greater with smile and very friendly staff no exceptions, everybody that work at the hotel is very professional, helpful and friendly . The layout of the main pool and the rooms are the best.

Ok there is one thing that I found inconvenient, the toilet at the pool side is located behind the restaurant in the basement, we had to go back to our room to use the toilet Becuase the room was closer to us than to walk all the way to the basement of the pool side toilet, other than this the hotel is immaculate

A very clean and well organised hotel. Friendly staff and great food. We had 5 star treatment upon arrival and all of the people seemed happy to be working there. We will be going back again!

I was given a room upgrade and had a junior suite with the bed on a mezzanine floor. Great for space and younger people, but not so good when you have to get up in the night to use the bathroom! I am not a fan of open tread staircases, even when there is low level lighting - this is the only fault I could find with my stay!

The resort was super clean and the staff were very nice. The main pool is very spacious and the private beach access is a bonus. We had a great room with an amazing view. Good amenities and comfortable mobile app to use for food and drinks orders by the pool, beach or room. The buffet selection at breakfast and dinner was excellent. The spa treatments were also very good.

Not necessarily something we didn’t like but I would suggest having more entertainment (eg on Sunday there was no entertainment during our stay there).

Everything was so modern. The pool was lovely, the private beach was great. Easy to order food and drinks through the app, regardless of location within the resort. Staff were extremely kind and welcoming. There was the option for room upgrade on arrival with 50% off. Welcome drink at check in was a nice touch.

Really difficult to critique anything to be honest. The only thing I could say is, the menu at the a la carte restaurant is fairly limited for those who are fussy eaters. Other than that, the only thing I didn’t like was having to leave!!!

Very peaceful location and the staff are extremely nice. The hotel is lovely and very relaxing. New modern design and has parking for your car in 2 seperate areas. A car is best to stay here. Directly on the beach and the pool is very big. The beach is nice with small pebbles and sand. Nice clear water for swimming and very relaxing. Nice big balcony but somewhat noisy at times depending where you stay in the resort. The room is almost soundproof. The curtains let light in so are not block out but they are still okay. The room was clean and comfortable. Sheets changed once every 3 or 4 days. The bed was medium firm. If you prefer soft pillowtop then this may be abit firm for you. There are several pillows to choose from at the front desk. The food at alacarte restaurant was very tasty, lovely, good serving size and well priced for a resort. Nice spot sitting by the pool. The poolside drinks are a bit on the higher side. All the staff are very friendly and relatively prompt with requests but the resort was not extremely busy when we stayed. The breakfast buffet is very good and has ample of each section for everyone. Hot selection was abit basic but still okay. The resort looks exactly the same as the photos and really pretty at night.

Sauna and paddle board were not free facilities and were 20 and 25euros for only an hour. For a 5 star resort all these types of facilities should be included, except spa treatments/massages of course. Could do with some other sporting/fun facilities to boost its rating. Rooms abit on the small side for the price you pay. Could do with a few proper places to hang your towels in the bathroom. Also some extra cupboard storage if you are staying for a while. Bedroom aircon directly at bed so some times hard to sleep. Bed was a bit hard/firm for us. For a 5 star resort a few things should be improved and a few things fall short. I would give it a 4 and a half star rating. I only say this as it is pricey to stay here so you expect a little more for your money.

Absolutely gorgeous complex with stunning interior and exterior. Check in was very pleasant, upon arrival we were offered a drink of water, freshly made lemonade or a glass of Prosecco and the choice to upgrade if we wished at a good price, but we were happy with the room we booked. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and the food and service at the A La carte restaurant was exceptional- such beautiful staff there. The outdoor pool is so beautiful. You could also spend time on the private beach and as it was end of the season we had the beach to ourselves. We really appreciated and thank the hotel for kindly letting us stay and use the sun bed after check out, as our flight wasn’t until the evening. Our only discomfort was the neighbour smoked a lot which prevented us from enjoying time out on the balcony or even being able to leave our door open for the gorgeous sea breeze if we so wished. This is not a negative reflection on the hotel.

There was nothing to dislike about the property.

We are a Portuguese couple that found it absolutely amazing. The people and the food were the best part and made us wanted to stay more days than planned. The bedroom is also very comfortable (even though could be a bit bigger). The common facilities, mostly the pool area, are amazing. The manager and the remaining staff were always super available and nice, which made the difference. We really appreciate these approaches.

The breakfast had a lot of variety, but we think that in some parts could have better quality - we found the eggs (mixed for instance) very industrialized and personally we did not like it.
