We had a bungalow with garden view and it was a great layout for the three of us! The pool and pool bar area was great, we could always get a sun bed! The spa was an added bonus and really great value for money. The breakfast was lovely and a good range of a savoury and sweet options. The beach bar / private beach was also great!! The staff were lovely and really helpful with any questions especially ordering taxis.

Our only issue was the hotels locations to other restaurants and town life. It’s quite an isolated hotel which is nice for peace, however if you want to eat outside of the hotel it’s at least a 10 minute walk to the next restaurant. As three women on holiday, we felt quite unsafe outside of the hotel premises as we were heckled/beeped at by men in cars every time we left the hotel which was very unnerving.

Akty Taygetos is a fairytale place where you feel pampered in every way I spent a few dream days here with my family. The staff is very nice and kind. The terrace by the sea and the girls on the terrace, plus the music make you feel like paradise is right there. The rooms are cleaned daily, the linens and towels are impeccable. There are facilities for the less able, such as the elevator in the hotel, as well as the one that you could use to go down to the terrace by the sea and the private beach, a small but tasteful beach! In conclusion, we felt wonderful! This resort is not to be missed!😘♥️

The staff is really really amazing. Very genuine trying to make everything 10/10. They offered a free drink since we had to wait 5min for our room (my fault since it was a very very last minute booking). When the room was ready, without even asking for it, a guy walked with me to offer his help carrying the suitcase to our room. This indicates that the staff has overview of who needs what, I was very impressed to see this. They know their job very well. Compliments! We had a great lunch in their beach bar. The manager came to have a small conversation about the trip we made through Greece, and made us feel very welcome. A late checkout was absolutely fine and the breakfast was amazing. Happy costumers!

The rooms and bed/bathroom are good, clean and comfortable, but a little bit 1990. For us this was absolutely fine and even cool, but if you expect 2024 interior, you might blink your eyes.

The bungalow was comfy and spacious, everything new and well built. We had a garden view which was very nice and staff was very friendly. Cross the street and you are on a nice small beach with umbrellas and seats.

Food: I had read in a review that breakfast was very good and was shocked by the actual low quality of the ingredients. Greece has such amazing produce, from dairy to fresh fruits and veggies, and there everything was cheap, industrial and tasteless. quantity over quality. Coffee was from an automatic machine and had zero flavor. For someone who enjoys eating quality, this was very disappointing, if you do too, buy your own local produce and enjoy it in your room.

This is a lovely resort with a swimming pool and access to the beach through a tunnel under the road. This was closed when we were there as it was too early in the season. The pool was open early May though. Our room was comfortable and large enough for our 2 large suitcases. The balcony was nice. We had dinner and breakfast. Both were fine. The grounds are attractive with lovely planting and flowers.

The room blocks are quite spread out. Ours was upstairs and quite a long way from the free carpark. A staff member helped take one of the bags to our room. There are lots of short flights of stairs with ramps on the side so bags could be wheeled.

Its a well positioned hotel, with a nice view of the see (from some rooms), a very small private beach and a pool. Its a bit old, probably 20+ years since built/renovated. Its nice, I can say, not more than that.

Its old, not as well maintained as one would think. The cleaning lady never really cleaned our room, just refreshed the sheets and the towels, didn't even changed our used glass of wine throughout our stay. Staff is not really helpful or nice.

Comfortable, modern rooms with nice beds. It is very clean and the staff are nice. Excellent breakfast.

The restaurant is geared up to cater for large groups eating buffet style. We found it difficult to get served to order from their menu as the staff are busy with the groups. There are no other restaurants within walking distance and it is about a 10 minute drive into town.

Excellent food and beverage staff with great politeness and skills across the hotel. At breakfast at costa beach bar and the pool bar. Iliana and Kostas in particular were awesome. Also the reception staff. Thank you. I hope you are all appreciate and recognised by your leader! No baby changing table at the communal toilets. It’s cheap to install just do it please as you do cater for families and there were many I saw with babies! I would like all the staff to be trained on autism awareness especially the senior management please …as 1/44 kids is on the spectrum and that means that they will have autistic customers. Be educated in it so you can support and serve in the best possible way. My son is on the spectrum and I will chose to spend my money where he is understood!

The place is very beautiful. Excellent swimming pool and area. Nice breakfast. Nice beach. Clean. It's about 10 minutes drive to the center of kalamata. We were happy to stay there.

The room is on the second floor, you get help from the bellboy to carry your luggage but you need to be aware of it. There are also rooms on the first floor that may be more suitable for parents who don't want to take the stairs with the children or for older people.

Our room was large, clean, and had a terrance on the bay. Everyone on the staff was very helpful suggesting local villages and hikes that we hadn’t previously considered. The grounds were large enough for an evening walk and the patio tables always seemed to have guests happily swapping stories. Even though we didn’t use the spa, it looked inviting.
