The view is amazing. The room was quite spacious, comfortable, and clean. The soundproofing of the rooms was excellent. The staff was particularly kind and helpful. For someone with a car it is an ideal place to stay, it has all the advantages of being close to the city without its disadvantages (noise, traffic, etc.).

The breakfast is comparable to that of an 1-star hotel. Very poor, improvised and without the appropriate equipment (e.g. refrigerated containers for milk, it was in the paper or plastic packaging like you buy from the supermarket). It certainly falls short of food safety rules (e.g. no utensils for keeping products that require it warm, such as omelettes, etc.). The pool is in a spot that has a lot of sun and heat, you can hardly sit while you would not rate it more than 7/10 in terms of its cleanliness. Finally, while the bathroom is extremely large, a very small cabin has been included that a frail or elderly person may find difficult.

The hotel is located outside the busy part of Kalamata in a more relaxed environment, only accessible by car, with a great view of the sea and the bay of Kalamata from both the rooms and the pool. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable, the staff very nice, helpful and courteous, a big thank you to them all. The breakfast contained everything you need for a good start to the day, we really had a lovely stay for 3 days exploring the area. It is such a shame that there is a feeling of a missed opportunity throughout the hotel, the hotel could be so much more with a good management concept that brings everything together, there are now too many confusing details and a feeling of not enough management.

This is a hotel for views. Superb location up on the hills, overlooking the gulf of Kalamata. Looking for those sunsets - there you have them. The hotel is a clean and tidy, interiors well kept. Clean outside pool area with infinity-like pool and bar serving the area from inside. Nice balconies for sitting, having a glass off wine and watching the sunset. Neat.

The rooms are quite small for the price you pay, not really a big issue, but worth to mention. We were staying mid October, so the hotel was quite quiet, which may have affected to breakfast. It was enough, but wouldn't really call it exceptional. Also, we had to ask more some of the items, as personnel didn't notice that they were finished. And finally (and again a personal opinion) the coffee - you could see the bottom of the cup. If you want one thing to be right at breakfast, make the coffee stronger.

Our room was clean, spacious and the view from the balcony was spectacular. The mini fridge and room safe were pleasant additions and the wifi reliable. The King Bed was a huge plus and soooo comfortable. We really appreciated being able to get a good night's rest after a full day of exploring. Breakfast was delightful and the server was always responsive and quick to clean up.

My only issue with the room was a faint sewer smell in the bathroom. I think it emanated from the floor drain but the bathroom itself was very neat and clean. I believe an exhaust fan would solve this little issue. But I recommend the Belvedere and would stay there again.

The hotel is on the side of the mountain and has an amazing view over Kalamata city and the coastline. The room balcony, as well as the pool area, had the same view. The staff was friendly and the pool area spacious. The breakfast was okay.

The food we ordered at the pool didn't meet our expectations. The balcony area of our room didn't feel that cosy even though it had an amazing view. Felt like the A/C hit us in the face while sleeping. Maybe there are some settings to adjust there for it to not do that.

Clean, spacious and extremely comfortable rooms and other areas such as the restaurant and dining areas. Large outdoor pool with plenty of seating on the patio area.

Room had a couple of little maintenance issues that could have been rectified in a few minutes. Could have had ironing board and iron in rooms. No tea or coffee things to be able to make yourself a hot drink in the room.

Balcony needs bigger cushions on chairs and hadnt been swept or mopped. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming with hot food choice Bathroom needs updating as was very tired

The view from our room was breathtaking. We watched the sun set every night. The breakfast was well arranged and had all we needed.

Corner ocean view，good but not best. I don't understand why they didn't give me room with the best view because I believe we were the only guests in the hotel that night. Another corns is no bottle water or boiler in the room.

Highly recommend this place! View was breathtaking! Breakfast exceeded expectation! Friendly staff who provided exceptional customer service. Will visit again!
