The hotel was simply a 12 out of 10!! A free shuttle picked us up at the airport. We already felt incredibly comfortable at check-in. The hotel complex looks exactly like the photos. The Mediterranean style gives it a special flair. All meals, from breakfast to dinner, are of very high quality and taste great! Everything is very clean and stylishly furnished :) To summarise: everything was awesome! BUT I would like to emphasise the employees. What makes the hotel unique is its staff: reception, bar, waiters, cleaning team. You were always very helpful, incredibly friendly as well as understanding, and very, very competent! Thank you very much! You are incredible! You make us want to come back soon! See you next year :)

There are already sunbeds with parasols in the rear pool of the hotel. There could be 2-3 more at the front to provide a bit more sun protection at the main pool. Everything was incredibly clean, perhaps the bed linen could be changed a little more often.

The property is very modern, new and quietly located, yet easy to reach the beach or restaurants in the area. There is also a car rental next door for trips around Crete if you want to do that. We were welcomed very warmly every day and any request we had or small issues we brought up were immediately solved. All staff really felt genuinely invested in making our stay special, comfortable and relaxing. We are already planning to go back. We had the fortune to stay in a Junior Suite with private Pool for the last night and I can highly recommend doing that!

The pools are on the cooler side (but the sea was warm and on warm days you might really appreciate the refreshment) and for our preferences we would have liked more shade options on the main two pools. There is an other smaller pool between two buildings though that has more shade & call buttons for service from the pool bar in the main area.

I had an amazing stay at this calm charming hotel! The staff were absolutely outstanding – warm, attentive, efficient and always ready to help with a smile. The location couldn’t be better – 3 mn walk to beach, ATM , and stores. All that you need from fitness on rooftop with free amazing yoga teacher. The room has nespresso coffee machine & boiler and you get one free bottle of local mineral water daily. The restaurant and breakfast deserve a Michelin star. Definitely recommend at least half board. Perfect if you search for a calm relaxing place. THANK YOU TO ALL the team. ❤️ Hoping to come back on a yearly base now 😄

We actually chose this hotel specifically because of the private pool area in the room (Junior Suite with Private Pool) and the fact, that it was not an overcrowded big facility. What we didn't know is the fenomenal food that expects you. I had chosen the All inclusive program and was absolutely stunned by the quality and taste of the food. From breakfast to dinner, you always have an à-la-carte order, one dish more delicious than the other brought to you by very happy, polite and welcoming staff. If you stay for minimum 5 days you get placed once to their separate Cretan Bio Restaurant (also part of all-inclusive) which was one of the best things we have tasted so far. I still think of the food and miss it a lot! Highly recommend that! We didn't eat meat and still had many options (fish, vegetables, almost all desserts..) This hotel is perfect for adults who just want to relax for a bit. There is also a separate pool for those who don't want to listen to music (although they had good taste, we liked the music a lot). The facility is only a few walking minutes away from the beach, but believe me you will not want to leave the hotel for the beach. Our expectations were met and in some cases even exceeded.. We had a wonderful stay and were very sad to leave. Thank you so much! Hope to come back soon!

As the private pool was mandatory for us, of course you pay the price for such an exclusivity. Nevertheless, it was still on the expensive side. Also, I wish the dish of the day at the restaurants had more veggie options or salmon fish in the menu . We missed that a little. The beds were big but unfortunately a bit too hard for us. However, this is so personal, it's hard to meet everyones expectations there.

we liked the pool area where the sun loungers were set out, also the bar and restaurant was lovely. The views from the rooftop bar were great. All the staff were really welcoming and made our stay that extra special.

We had a wonderful stay – perfect for a few days of luxury. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and attentive, and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. We booked the all-inclusive option and were very happy with both the food and the drinks. Our suite was advertised with a sea view. While the room was lovely, the sea is quite far from the hotel, so the view was limited. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and can highly recommend the hotel for shorter stays.

The hotel has a beautiful architecture and everything seems to be designed with a great attention to details. Hotel room are very comfortable, spacious and very well designed. Our room had a balcony with a nice view towards the pool. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurants offer absolutely delicious food. We particularly recommend having a dinner at the Bio restaurant - our meal there was feast! The hotel also offers some sports classes (yoga, body pump, aqua aerobics) which gives an opportunity to stay fit during holiday. The vibe of the hotel is very pleasant and unpretentious. Also, the fact that the hotel is available only to adults makes a big difference and allows for a peaceful relaxation.

Swimming pool areas are not very spacious and there is a limited number of sunbeds with sun umbreallas. With the sunlight changing throughout the day, it makes it challenging to stay in shade without changing a sunbed a few times.
