Exceptional Stay – Exceeded All Expectations! From the moment we arrived, the experience was top-notch. The staff were not only friendly but went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every request was met with a smile, and they truly made us feel like valued guests. The food was incredible, both breakfast and lunch were delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The pool area, the bar, was amazing . Our room was well-equipped, with all the modern facilities you could need .. cozy blankets, a coffee machine etc.. and even a thoughtful touch of complimentary local snacks. The room was impeccably clean and designed with a chic, modern style that felt both elegant and comfortable. The entire hotel has a stylish, contemporary design, blending modern luxury with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It felt like every corner of the hotel was crafted with care, creating a relaxing and beautiful environment. I will definitely come again

Beautifully clean, every single staff member from the cleaners right through to the legend that is Manos at the pool bar was so, so nice and friendly. Swim up rooms were absolutely perfect. Highly recommended

Staff were outstanding including the Tui staff. Charlie the fitness instructor was exceptional. Good selection of food at all mealtimes. Room was beautiful and very clean.

I didn't like that not all the staff were at the same level, there were some oversights in the cleaning of the room or in the service at the restaurant but I overlooked it as they weren't serious things.

It was a really lovely place to stay. The staff was great, made an big effort to make our stay as good as possible. Would recommend anyone staying there. We chose the all inclusive option, and it was totally worth it

The room with your own pool was amazing, the food was so good, entertainment was good, spa was amazing, gym was small but still okay, had a 10/10 stay. Pool bars and drinks was super, really recommend all inclusive

The food in the evening was ok. There was always something to eat even if it was just a salad

I did a massage, Phabioza was the massagist and she was very passionate and kind. The massage was great.

In the big pool people kept their towels on the sunbeds all night so that they can have the same spot the next day And the flow of the water in the shower was low
