We recently stayed at Galazio Beach and had a fantastic experience. The standout feature was the amazing staff, who were always friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out, everyone went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the concierge provided great recommendations for local attractions. Overall, Galazio exceeded my expectations, thanks to its outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

We paid for a low budget room around the back. Quiet location Some amenities didn’t exist. Dish cloth, liquid & teatowels & Shower gel & soap. But there was a toothbrush & paste. 5 night stay, no new towels till day 4. Pay for what you get I suppose.

The location is perfect – nestled right by the crystal-clear waters of the beach, offering stunning views and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Every morning, I woke up to the sound of the waves and enjoyed my coffee while soaking in the beautiful Cretan landscape. The resort itself is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with the charm of the island. My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a luxurious stay. The attention to detail was exceptional, from the comfortable bed to the thoughtful touches that made the stay feel personal. One of the highlights was the beach – it was pristine and never crowded, giving me plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the sun. The staff were always attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed, whether it was fresh towels or recommendations for local activities. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the friendly and professional service. Everyone at the resort went above and beyond to make sure I had the best vacation possible. Their local knowledge and passion for Crete made my trip even more special, as they helped me explore the island's hidden gems and authentic Cretan culture. Overall, Galazio Beach Resort by Estia exceeded all my expectations. It’s a perfect escape for anyone looking for relaxation, beautiful scenery, and top-notch service. Had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff really made our experience special - Lefteris at night reception was so helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Adriana in the morning was wonderful too, starting our days off right with her friendly service. Achilles at the restaurant provided excellent service and made our meals memorable. The whole team clearly cares about their guests and it shows. Great hospitality all around - we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend this place.

Exceeded expectations in hospitality, not too crowded, excellent layout of the room with direct access to the pool, pool is clean, enough shadows areas, easy access to the beach and to the pool, restaurant with great food and drink options, perfect for the family. Good general location, closeness to the aqua parks and acquarium. Breakfast is ok, as expected, but nothing too special.

Waves can be big, due to higher wind. Not many things to see within walking distance, a car may be required to go further around, which is good to have anyways to go around the island.

It was the best vacation I've ever been on and I can say it's thanks to the hotel. This is one of the best hotels I've ever been to! The hotel staff answered every little request we asked for and it was always accompanied by a wide smile and greetings. The hotel staff was so nice and polite that I can say for sure that it made our stay more than perfect! I must add about the excellent restaurant in the hotel, it was so delicious that we ate there almost every day. I highly recommend booking a suite room with a pool, you won't regret it. There was no body mirror

The hotel has its own parking, a beautiful pool and comfortable rooms with everything you need. Adriana and Valeria are the stars of this hotel, they were extremely nice, professional, and welcoming.

Around the Hotel location there's not much to do, we rented a car so we could see and experience the island. The breakfast is basic,you can put together a somewhat satisfying meal, but not necessarily a nutritious and healthy one.

The hotel is beautiful as is the location and views. Set a ten second walk across to the beach with an amazing restaurant serving great food and beverage. The team is what sets the place apart from its neighbours, family run and this shows with a relaxed atmosphere as if you’re welcomed into their home. They cannot do enough for you! George and his father were so kind and welcoming as were all the team members we came across. You really feel as if it’s a holiday away from home at one of you’re family members . They went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us! Ilias in the restaurant is so attentive and friendly always greeted us with a warm smile! The rooms are beautifully decorated with comfy beds, great air con, kitchenette, overlooking the pool. Whenever we had any queries no matter what time of day George and his father were always on hand to help us. You truly receive the five star service but with a personal family touch you do not get elsewhere. We will be back next year for two weeks!

Very good hotel for holiday on the beach : nice room with a lot of facilities (fridge, small kitchen, balcony) , the breakfast with a variety of food ( English or continental but also sushi & wine) , the staff- a team which always has a solution for any questions/ requests; they are hardworking people and you can see them at the breakfast, on the beach, on the bar, to the supermarket- always with smile - they make us fill in a “ no worry” holiday - thank you all team for this!

The cleaning staff - make some mistakes ( they didn’t put us toilet paper, or soap, or towels - but we request on reception , and everything was solved)

I must say it was an amazing experience. The place was nice, clean, and tidy, and the personnel were incredibly cheerful and welcoming. They served a generous and delicious breakfast, and the host was extremely kind and hospitable. The beach was right in front of the place and it was also well-maintained and tidy. The swimming pool was always clean and refreshing. What's more, there was a convenient supermarket nearby, along with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Galazio itself had a restaurant that not only offered excellent food and service but also frequently featured live night music. It was such a pleasure to enjoy a breakfast that was both generous and satisfying. I truly enjoyed my stay at Galazio, and I highly recommend it to others.
