Value for money, rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily, the all inclusive meals and facilities provided were good, meal options great and staff friendly. There is a shop inside the hotel and also one just outside incase you need anything. A tours travel company is also just outside which is useful as we booked an excursion on the last day to see heraklion market and town. After checkout we could still use the facilties as we had a late afternoon flight. The bar was open from 7.30 am until 11pm so can have your drinks there or take to your room. Meals available from 12.30 to 2.30 and then again from 7.30 pm to about 9.30 pm. Breakfast was open 7.30 to 10 am. There were cakes and biscuits available after 12pm although we didn't use as very close to lunch time. There is a mini fridge in the room which is topped up by soft drinks daily or you could buy something and keep in the fridge and keep your water bottles there so you have chilled water and drinks always available. If you download the hotel app which I found useful as it gives you the times of the shows in the resort and activities so you can plan your day and week.

Overall it was great value for money and a lovely experience with friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I missed was a coffee to start my morning so if you are like me who gets up early and wants a cup of tea or a cuppa you have to wait till 7.30 untill breakfast as there is no kettle/ hot water in the room available.

ALL staff is very helpful, nice and welcoming. Plenty of things to do Plenty of parking Water park is the bomb Camille from guest relations was great. Helped me to arrange a surprise birthday to my wife. All went as planned and more. Had a great stay.

Food is good, not excellent.

A lovely resort with such welcoming friendly staff who really made our experience fantastic. Our family room was excellent - clean, spacious, quite newly refurbished in very stylish neutrals. It had two rooms with two bathrooms, well stocked mini fridge and TV (didn’t actually watch it as we were so busy). The resort had nice pools with plenty of sun loungers and access to the water park (where we spent most of our time with our 2 teens) Food was lovely. A great selection of delicious fresh food. So much to choose from. The deserts were fantastic. The beach was just across the road with sun loungers and parasols. The resort was just 20 mins from the airport and 25 mins from the ferry port. The hotel organised taxi transfers from the port and to the airport (€40 each way)

Value for money, friendly staff, very good entertainment, we will book again for longer this time.

Only one small thing, we had to find our way around the complex generally ; also, we expected a Meet and Greet in the Restaurants saying "welcome" is it your first time ? etc. and to be shown around the grill, desserts, pizza oven, and the staff should have explained that we did not have to book breakfast and lunch in the speciality restaurant and we would have appreciated someone showing us the all day buffet area.

Firstly, thank you so, so much for upgrading us to Palace - it was like winning the lottery 😍. Everything was 5 star: Room - with sliding door, perfect for families with teens looking for privacy; the beds and pillows were super comfy; never-ending supply of hot water and towels, bottled water and coffee pods; good quality toiletries. Food - such an amazing variety and selection at each meal; great to have the a la carte for a change as well. Service at every restaurant was impeccable. Pools - spotlessly clean, ample sunbed Gym - great variety of exercises, staff were all very professional. Special mention to Katerina - thank you for the amazing pilates and stretch classes every morning ❤️, so professional and caring. General - the whole place is spotless, every single staff member we encountered was so friendly and courteous. Every request was met.

The Palace was just so amazing we didn't leave it to explore the island 🫣. Just one very small note - maybe consider changing the music in Poseidon daily. When eating 2-3 meals a day for 9 days, it gets very repetitive - one particular song is still stuck in my head 🥴

Probably the best family resort we have ever been to. FAMILY ROOM: A lot of space, good position, very quiet. Free minibar with water and juices. Very very clean at all times. We needed a kettle for the baby’s bottles, we got it right away. THE BEACH: So small, intimate, quiet, perfect for kids. Fine sand, no rocks, no waves. Water so clear, perfect for snorkelling. FOOD: Very good food in the main restaurant. A lot of dishes. Pizza every night. But the thing that I loved the most: the baby corner. Soups, vegetables, pasta, boiled, without salt. Saved me a lot of trouble with my 8 months old :) Excellent food in the Mediterraneo restaurant - especially the deserts. We even got a complimentary dinner at the Palace - where the food was really amazing. DRINKS: Decent and tasty. POOLS: Freezing in October. But a lot of options, especially for kids. THE KIDS CLUB: My older daughter loved it. ENTERTAINMENT: Very good. Kids loved the mini disco and the night shows - entertaining for all ages. WATERPARK: Heaven! I don’t know who loved it most - my husband or my daughter. Always sunbeds available. Good burgers and very good ice cream. STAFF: Well, this made a huge difference for us. Impressed with all the lovely people who work at Stella Village. Very understanding, very willful to help at any time. They always made sure we have everything we need. The Guest Relations Office even called to make sure our stay was comfortable. CAR RENTAL: Just outside the hotel, full insurance, no extra fees. Rented a car for 2 days and enjoyed the beauties of Crete. Thanks to everybody at Stella Village for a wonderful week! And for understanding our situation - we had to come a day later. We will be back next year!

Nothing we didn’t like.

The staff was always very helpful, everyone was very nice and tried their best to solve any problems we had. The waterpark was marvelous with so many slides for different ages and the app with all of the activities is so convenient. There was always something to do with kids - kids club/darts/football etc, never bored.

I felt like food options were a bit limited, especially at the breakfast. As well as the hours of the breakfast for late sleepers are a bit too early, and if you're late you have only fast food at the waterpark. Good coffee only on extra. The hotel is located in a village, not much to explore/shop around it.

We traveled from the end of April to the beginning of May and were unfortunately quite unlucky with the weather—only two days of proper sunshine. We were glad to have rented a car, which made it much easier to explore the area with our kids. While there weren’t many nearby attractions, the Cretaquarium and Dinosauria Park are very close, and we also enjoyed visits to Heraklion and Hersonissos. The hotel shows every night and kids playground were a must for our kids! The pool and aquapark water were too cold for our 4- and 2-year-old children, which was a bit disappointing. However, the hotel’s private beach is located right in front of the property and was pleasantly uncrowded. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the staff were absolutely fantastic!

We would have loved an indoor/heated pool, but that is due to the poor weather during our stay.

We spent 18 wonderful days at this hotel, and it was truly one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had. Everything was above and beyond our expectations – from the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms to the outstanding service and warm hospitality of the reception and manager that help us in every little thing we need in this long trip. What made our stay truly special was the incredible staff. A heartfelt thank you to some truly amazing people: Stella, Heleni, Vadim, Lika,george, Kamile, Timo,mauro,maria, Lucio and all the incredible stuff in the hotel – you made us feel like family. Your kindness, professionalism, and constant attention to every detail did not go unnoticed and are deeply appreciated. From helping with "celiac" boy with gluten free diet ande very little request to simply greeting us with a warm smile every day – you turned our stay into something truly memorable. We are so grateful for everything you did and will carry this experience with us for a long time. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place to feel at home. We can’t wait to return!

The Best Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had This was, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything about our experience was outstanding. The food was absolutely incredible – top-quality, diverse, and available at all times. Whether it was the main dining hall or the hotel’s restaurants, the selection was endless and catered to every taste and preference. The cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the hotel was spotless, constantly maintained to the highest standards. The facilities were simply amazing. Multiple pools for all ages, an enormous water park, and countless activities made it perfect for families and kids – but also relaxing for adults. What truly set this hotel apart was the level of service. The staff was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt welcome and cared for. The service here was the best I’ve ever experienced.
