The resort is very beautiful and well kept 2 great pools plus 2 other for small children Large rooms with big balconies Very friendly and helpful staff The all inclusive food was better than expected The beach is 1 min away. Although public, is very affordable (8 eur for 2 sunbeds + umbrella). 10 min walk to Analipsi center (15 with a kid) 2 supermarkets nearby and 1 on site

I suggest better cleaning of the rooms floors (to be also washed because they get dirty pretty easy) The resort is on the landing corridor so it can can noisy late in the evening. There are many planes landing in Heraklion every day. But this is not the resort's fault

Great staff very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Efi from pool bar, Niki from restaurant, Rena and Magdalena from reception and Stavros the life guard- you all are amazing and made our stay trully exceptional. Check in very smooth with glass of cold drink. We were taken to our room 652 by Makis who was really nice. Hotel is set within amazing gardens and there is beautiful smell of flowers as you walk along especially in evenings. We enjoyed relaxation pool very much and we also spent some time at main pool (this one with sea water) where there is music and some animation team activities. Best night is on Sunday-Greek night with music and traditional dancers. Beautiful sunsets beautiful scenery and beautiful people- the rest is not important if you really want to rest and relax.

I booked this hotel last minute for my Daughter and her friend as they arrived at their hotel booked by Love Holidays and it was appalling. When they arrived at Europa they were over the moon and they couldnt have been nicer. They even upgraded their room due to the horrible experience they had (not Europa's fault). Thank you Europa for giving my Daughter the holiday that she deserved and for putting my mind at rest

Very close to the beach! Reception staff were extremely polite and helpful, and housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning our room. Gifted a bottle of wine and snacks on our first night! Unfortunately, I don’t drink. 🙈 Our room was big and spacious for the two of us. The pool was easily accessible, with entertainment during the day and night.

Unfortunately encountered a couple of rude members of staff.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff were absolutely faultless. So accommodating, so friendly and a real credit to the hotel. When we checked in we were greeted with an arrival drink and a lovely man who took all our belongings to our room. We arrived late so missed dinner, but they were kind enough to bring up some left over food to our room, a real nice touch. Our stay was made extra special as we got upgraded(without asking for this) to a pool view room with a jacuzzi overlooking the main pool, which was incredible. The hotel itself is beautiful, the decor, the pool, the restaurant, overlooking the sea, makes you feel like you’re in a luxury location. The food had a great selection and was different each day. Very tasty and felt like very good quality, some of the best buffet food I’ve ever personally had. If you stay for 7 or more nights you get a complimentary 3 course meal at the a la carte restaurant, this was a wonderful experience and feels like a restaurant away from the hotel due to the service you receive and the food was exceptional. The drinks were also great, majority of the drinks/cocktails were included within the all inclusive and they were very tasty, always an option for someone from cocktails, to wine, spirits or beer. The entertainment was great, didn’t need to leave the hotel for evening entertainment as the entertainment at the hotel was of a good standard! We had a late flight on our check out day but they still look after you and let you use shower facilities, anything you needed was never a problem for them. They say it’s a 12+ hotel rather than adults only but it felt more like an adults only as never saw any children/teenagers so naturally was more peaceful and had the adults only feel to it. Overall - 10/10 recommend this hotel if you want a nice relaxing week away in the sun, with good quality food and drinks and staff that genuinely care for your experience with them.

The only negative to say about the hotel, is regarding the sun beds. There aren’t enough sun beds as there are guests despite there being 3 pools. So if you don’t reserve one in time then you basically won’t be able to sit on a sun bed all day. It’s difficult to police it from the staff point of view as you don’t want to upset anyone but some people will reserve the beds and hardly even use them which isn’t then fair on people wanting to use them.

The management of this hotel doing well, everything is in place and stuff doing them job nicely and kindly, it’s looks like everyone happy work there, the food and drinks are quality and tasty I and my family enjoy ours 5 nights stay and recommend everyone one try this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and positive. Location of the hotel is convenient - not too far away from Hersonissos also the airport is only 30 minutes away (with car). The food was delicious and every lunch and dinner - different menu. At the beginning of our visit we found a mini gift from the owner of the hotel in our room, which was a really lovely surprise. All in all, only the best recommendations for this hotel!

If I have to be picky, the only few things that need an improvement - shower draining system in the rooms and the taste of the cocktails.

What a fantastic place, even at the end of the season when the staff are almost worn out and ready for a break they were still unbelievably helpful and friendly. We arrived around 2pm and were greeted by a very friendly face who booked us in and took us to our room, although the room was a little dated it was very clean, spacious, cool and had a great private balcony. The newly refurbished pool area was great, although we did not spend much time sitting around the pool it had plenty of loungers and seating areas around including little islands within the pool area with bean bags and loungers where you could while away the hours in comfort. The food was outstanding and there was always something to wet everyone's appetite whether it was traditional Greek or more Europeans tastes, there was also live entertainment in the evening around the pool bar Tuesday night was especially good with the South 3 Band, a trio who played a variety of covers. We booked an excursion with the reception for one day but I got the times mixed up and missed the coach, the receptionist was very very understanding a booked us on another one the following day without any extra costs or loss to us, we even had a small refund which we tried to leave as a tip but it was politely declined. Overall we could not recommend this place highly enough.

The only gripe I had was that the room was a little dated and there were Tea & Coffee making facilities in the room, but this did not detract from the quality of our stay.

Well-sized hotel in a quiet area of Analipsi. Stylish and modern front pool area with nice and very comfortable day beds. Bus stop (to Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos) right in front of the hotel. Supermarket in walking distance. For beach access you just need to cross the street. The whole resort was very clean. We had a refurbished and quiet room with a big rooftop terrace which we really enjoyed. Good value for money. Nice fruit and salad bar at the buffet. Staff at the pool bar and the restaurant (during dinner) were very friendly :)

All in all we had a great stay at Europa Beach hotel and would come back. Just minor things I want to mention so that the hotel could maybe improve them: Staff at checkin could have been more helpful (we had to find out ourselves about restaurants times and pool towel service,…). Unfortunately no sunshades at all at the restaurant terrace, so it got really hot during breakfast and lunch time. No healthy options (e.g. fruit) during snack time (just crepes and cookies). Staff helps themselves at the buffet while there were still guests in the restaurant.

The hotel was kept very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We particularly liked the pool bar at the top as it was much quieter and easier to get a sun lounger. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and the air con was a nice feature in the room. The food had plenty of choice for breakfast/lunch and dinner. We also liked that we had use of the facilities still until we had to get our late flight home. We could use the showers downstairs which was nice after a long day in the sun. Close to a nice beach just out the front of the hotel - mind it's quite rocky in the sea so a good pair of swim shoes would have been ideal. A good all inclusive for those who want a quiet time away to relax and not party.

There wasn't much life like shops or restaurants/bars by the hotel but that was ok for us as we didn't want anything too much. The TV wouldn't connect to the internet to watch anything but we had our phones that we could use.
