The staff is very friendly and really helpful You always get a service with a smile. Food quality is good, and there is a lot of choice. There a re a lot of things to do and there is something for everyone from small children, to teenagers to adults.

Quality if drinks is poor for a resort rated as 5 star. Also the all inclusive is valid until 11pom while some bars remain open until 1am. If you pay Eur600 a night you would think you're not expected to pay for the two extra hours.

Fantastic and beautiful resort, enough entertainment for the whole family. Absolutely good value for money along with great food!

All the outdoor pools were extremely cold, so much so that very few people actually swam and our daughter would go purple from cold after a few minutes in the pools.

It is by far the best resort I have ever visited. The employees are providing a fantastic service from the cleaning staff that keeps the resort spotless, to the lifeguards that keep the water park safe for all the customers and the front desk staff delivered great service throughout our stay The Stella resort’s Facilities are exceptional. And It’s location is great (by the beach and about 25 min from the airport). The water park is very fun, there are slides for all age groups and enough to keep the family entertained several days. Last but not least, the food provided is very good. The staff offers new options on a daily basis from grilled fresh fish to traditional Cretan dishes. We always found something great to eat and never felt bored. And we had a wonderful time at their new restaurant the Almyra (à la carte) with a great service and great selection of wines. All in all, our family had a fantastic vacation at the Stella Palace.

The room could have way more storage for the clothes and belongings. We travel light but still it. As near impossible to unpack our single luggage (19kg)

The only thing that made me a bit sad is, that I feel like the stuff is not very trustable to the greek clients. We've been asked to prove our booking confirmation three times uppon our arrival ( which i saw wasnt a standard with the other guests ) , so they can make sure that we are really guests of the hotel. Ok, I understand, that maybe this has something to do with a preview bad experience with some other local clients, but it made me fell a bit uncomfortable, and left a bit bitter taste of the whole stay. We really wanted to live for a few days the whole experience of the all inclusive service, and be one of the many guests. But anyway, most of the stuff was UNBELIEVABLE kind and sweet :*

Happy to share the review. The resort is highly recommended. The resort's services are very high-level. The water park is simply perfect, large and suitable from 0 to 100 years old. The resort's employees are all cheerful, smiling and always willing to help. From the friendly and happy bellboys and every other employee. The resort's pools are just wow, just perfect. I ate at each of the resort's restaurants - All of them are very, very high-level. The food is fresh and very tasty. All the restaurants are suitable for everyone. Thank you everyone. You have a dream resort!!!

The water park was fantastic. Staffs there taking good charge. So many entertainments.

We got invited for dinner at the new resteruant near by the ocean the night before we check off, , said it's new opened one, but the woman with long curly hair which was supervisor or something, she wasn't very nice to us, refused us 2 times for table changing , and they gave us the wrong time for the sunset, we was planed to have a sunset dinner there. I traveled many country and many hotels, never really seeing any one refuse guest's table change request. Was really horrible experience, I even said 'this is our last night stay here' can we switch to the table near the ocean, there were 3 people ate there and just left. My answer was even rediculious, said that table was for 4 person.

We had a wonderful stay at Stella Palace Aqua Park Resort! The staff were always smiling, kind, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The facilities are excellent, and the food is of very high quality, special mention to the Elia and Almyra restaurants, which were outstanding. The water park is fantastic, with plenty of attractions for both kids and adults. Personally, I love coming in August, since the kids can fully enjoy their summer vacation. Highly recommended for families looking for a mix of relaxation, fun, and great hospitality!

The hotel itself is clean and well looked after. Looks really nice with palm trees. The main pools are surrounded with buildings which protect from wind most of the time. There is a shop with decently priced products of everyday use alcohol and cigarettes There is a wide range of cocktails to choose from and they are all good quality and tasty. U get beer, but very limited spirits in the all-inclusive offer. But it's an aqua park resort so u dont come here to get messed up ,but for the kids. Food is really good, but make sure to check how many Al cantre restaurants visits u are entitled to while visiting. Otherwise, it's a buffet you're gonna have to use, which is also very good. The desserts are top-notch. The aqua park is amazing with 3 proper fast slides for adults and bigger kids and a range of smaller ones. Must be about 30 of them. The staff are outstanding, you could not thank them enough. Greetings 🙏 We loved our stay and would come back.

The location is ok. 5km from the nearest town and 1.2 km from a village with a few shops Waking up around 8 am every day. Enquired at reception. Was told that there's a switch to turn on some red light to indicate your not interested in room service. Tried all switched didn't find it. Letf it at that Child was 2cm too short and Could not access the best slides

Simply excellent hotel. We were in a room with a shared pool, which was an excellent decision when you could enter the pool just a step from the room, with sunbeds on the private balcony and a close and quiet bar. The level of cleanliness, maintenance and service is among the highest I have encountered, every request of ours was always met with a willingness and a smile. The food is excellent - be sure to make a reservation for the restaurants immediately upon arrival, but the food in the main restaurant is also certainly satisfactory. The alcohol and cocktails are excellent, professional bartenders, a wide selection and drinks from quality brands. The evening shows are nice and so is the party at the bar in the adjacent Village hotel. The highlight is of course the super invested water park, slides for all levels and for all ages, everyone will find something to do there. I thought my son will lose interest in the place after two days, but even on the fifth day he spent over two hours there.

The snack buffets at the pool and water park could be open longer hours, and in some places it would be nice to have air conditioning and just open windows, this is really on the fringes of things. The worst part was leaving the hotel.

INCREDIBLE stay. Impeccable service from the minute we arrived. Staff was over the top nice and genuinely happy in every interaction. Check in was smooth and easy. Room was clean, comfortable, and the sliding door (to make a 2 BDR) is an absolute game changer for families. Fresh towels daily, beds made daily- something a lot of resorts/hotels are falling short on these days. Endless hot water for those after pool/beach showers. All the facilties were amazing and well kept. Pools everywhere and none of them ever felt too crowded. Waterpark was stellar and the all-day snack bar was so great for mid day snacks. You will want for nothing at this resort. Food was incredible. Buffet was always fresh and tons of options. Breakfast was extensive and so good every morning. Fun activities and shows- your kids will have the best week of their lives at Stella! Staff always happy and attentive. Any additional requests can be made seamlessly through the App. 10 out of 10 stay. This isn't my first all inclusive, but it was by far the BEST. This place is paradise.
