the hotel was great clean and the food was great the view and scenery were amazing, for me there were two very special people Elly and David at the bar, we got great drinks and always a smile.

There aren't many sunbeds, and people would wake up at 5AM to reserve sunbeds.

The entire resort was great. Lots of amenities, great location, bus stop directly across the road, multiple pools, mini markets, stores etc. Several choices for dining. Multiple pools, lots of space for the entire family. Staff were incredible. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely return again. Staff were the highlight, super helpful and nice. As with any buffet, some items were a little hit and miss. Although, this also depends on personal taste. Having said that, there is so much choice and variety that this was not an issue at all.

Very big well designed resort with endless options and activities. You can easily just spend the entire week at the hotel. Good food and plenty of options all inclusive. It was fully booked but never felt crowded. Great animation team and lots of fun stuff to do for kids of all ages. Many different pools with different bars and fabulous views of the sea. Also just a short walk down the hill to the main road with shops, go-carting and a bay with some nice small beaches and a partially paid beach club with various options.

We loved our stay in the resort from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was quick and room we got was spotless and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious. We tried the expansive buffets, the à la carte restaurants, and the snack bars. The variety and quality were outstanding everywhere. The all-inclusive drinks were flowing and the bartenders were not only skilled but also super friendly. The grounds were immaculate, the pools were amazing. Absolutely worth it! We will definitely come back!

The only downside was the issue with the sunbeds. Many guests would wake up very early to "reserve" loungers by placing towels, then disappear for hours. We hope management will implement a stricter enforcement policy or a fairer system to ensure all guests have a chance to enjoy the beautiful poolside areas.

Excelent all inclusive services. Food quality improved over the last 2 years. Clean room and nice place to spend a few relaxing days. The 50m long olympic pool is our preferred. Mini disco in the evening and entertainment team throughout the day for all ages. Baby sitting from 10.00 to 18.00 was highly appreciated!

Some shadow for the kids pool would be appreciated and easy to implement by means of shaddow sale..,. and off course some longer slides for sthe kinds as future investment...

The hotel had everything we wished for: so many different pools including an Olympic one, great food (in the main restaurants) and also in the 2 ones that are open the whole day. In these two you can have sandwiches, paninis, fruit, salad, yoghurt etc. The night animation was great, there was first a mini disco at 20:30 for the children and then every night a different show. We loved it. The all inclusive drinks were of good quality and non-alcoholic drinks like water and juice as well as wine and beer were disposable every time at the machines.

The pool opening times are from 10:00 to 18:00, which is a bit late and soon in the evening but if you stay a bit longer none says anything. Specially when at 18:00 it is still super warm it should be open until 20:00.

The resort was beautiful, all the pools were nice, the staff were friendly, everything was clean, the rooms were comfortable, the kids were so happy! There is a supermarket close by and they have everything you need even souvenirs. We walked to the beach it’s like 12 minutes, the beach was also nice. We really had a great time!

The buffet food was average, some foods were good others were tasteless. But because there are so many options, you won’t stay hungry that’s for sure !

We took my 4 year old son on his first visit to crete. We don't normally do resorts so were sceptical but this all inclusive was really good. loads for kids to do, many pools to choose from - all of which were clean and safe. Several on site parks, mini golf and an arcade to keep them entertained. The food was a pleasant surprise, with a great variety of options, all of good quality. snacks such as gyros and burgers available all day from mamy stations across the site so you'll never be far from taking advantage of the all inclusive food and drinks. the hill to the exit is a bit steep but my 4 year old tackled it fine and its only a few minutes walk - there is a drinks station half way up alongside benches and animals (donkeys, goats, chickens) to keep the kids entertained if you need a pitstop part way up. the beach is a 10- 15 minute gentle stroll away, it's small but really nice. sunbeds cost 10 euros for the day but there's space to just place towels if you'd rather The staff are all really kind, courteous and attentive. there's always loads of them around, cleaners, kitchen workers, bar staff, reps entertaining kids, reception staff - constantly busy but always engaging and happy to go the extra mile to help. There are shops on site, a masseuse, and a laundry service all of which were very useful.useful.the There are a couplecof good taverner ls a short walk away if you want a change of scenery- Scorpio being particularly good and having a private beach. There's also a supermarket almost directly outside the hotel driveway entrance which can be handy. all in all made for a very pleasant break

the all inclusive beer was nice but very frothy - half of the small cups will be froth so bring a drinking horn or a stein with you to avoid many journeys back and forth 😀

The resort is large and very family-friendly, with beautiful views and lots of activities for both kids and adults. The staff were all very kind and helpful, from the reception to housekeeping and bar staff. The kids’ massage was a highlight (my daughter even fell asleep during hers!) and the supermarket right outside the resort was super convenient.

The pools were quite cold for young children, and although there is an indoor pool, it was already closed for the season when we visited in mid-June. The massage room could’ve been warmer, and the animals at the mini farm seemed to have enclosures that were too small.

I believe that included with the photos there should be the plan of every different room or apartment so that one could be able to choose the best option for him.
