Breakfast was good and even location

I believe that included with the photos there should be the plan of every different room or apartment so that one could be able to choose the best option for him.

We took my 4 year old son on his first visit to crete. We don't normally do resorts so were sceptical but this all inclusive was really good. loads for kids to do, many pools to choose from - all of which were clean and safe. Several on site parks, mini golf and an arcade to keep them entertained. The food was a pleasant surprise, with a great variety of options, all of good quality. snacks such as gyros and burgers available all day from mamy stations across the site so you'll never be far from taking advantage of the all inclusive food and drinks. the hill to the exit is a bit steep but my 4 year old tackled it fine and its only a few minutes walk - there is a drinks station half way up alongside benches and animals (donkeys, goats, chickens) to keep the kids entertained if you need a pitstop part way up. the beach is a 10- 15 minute gentle stroll away, it's small but really nice. sunbeds cost 10 euros for the day but there's space to just place towels if you'd rather The staff are all really kind, courteous and attentive. there's always loads of them around, cleaners, kitchen workers, bar staff, reps entertaining kids, reception staff - constantly busy but always engaging and happy to go the extra mile to help. There are shops on site, a masseuse, and a laundry service all of which were very useful.useful.the There are a couplecof good taverner ls a short walk away if you want a change of scenery- Scorpio being particularly good and having a private beach. There's also a supermarket almost directly outside the hotel driveway entrance which can be handy. all in all made for a very pleasant break

the all inclusive beer was nice but very frothy - half of the small cups will be froth so bring a drinking horn or a stein with you to avoid many journeys back and forth 😀

We paid for an upgrade and the room was comfortable and in a quiet location of the resort. Big pools and lots of loungers. Great desserts and not a far walk to the down town area or the beach but it is big hill to walk back up to the resort.

Some of the buffet meat was bland and cold. Not a big variety of all-inclusive cocktails or a la carte restaurants.

As always, Belvedere is a place where you can just relax and not worry about anything. The next meal is always available somewhere and the next beverage never far away. Since our last visit 2 years ago many of the main building rooms have been modernized to a very high standard. Very practical and comfortable. The sea view from our room as spectacular as ever.

We visited just one week after the hotel opened for the season and it was clear there were still some routines that needed to be worked on. The best pool area was closed off due to a "private arrangement" for most of our stay, which we were definitely not happy about. I´m sure all the small "start of season" issues will have been solved by mid-season.

We liked everything at this hotel, location on the hill with spectacular view to the town, sea and hills, variety of food, we had all inclusive booking, nice pools, spacious are, superior room with a sea view and nice balcony, welcome wine plus fruits, as we came for honeymoon. The room was cleaned each day and topped up with new towel, Staff was helpful, we could spend extra few hours after check out due to our evening flight. Very comfortable, caring hotel.

Only all inclusive alchohol coctails were not on the top choice, but otherwise plenty of options without need to spend any money for drinks, water or food whilst staying at the hotel.

Big hotel, with several different pools, including kids pool with slides (for small kids), play grounds, sports grounds, great entertainment team for kids and adults. Good variety of food and drinks, everyone can find something that suites him. Several bars and snack bars near the pools. Great location near Star beach, which is beautiful, beach with water sports activities. Also walking distance from Hersonissos promenade with restaurants and shops. Shuttles are available to Star beach and to Aquaplus waterpark (need to be booked thru Aquaplus waterpark site). The checkout is at 11:00 and although late check out wasn't possible on that day, the hotel offers private shower room in the afternoon so guests can use all the facilities of the hotel till the evening. Great value for money.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was, we booked as being all inclusive here was cheaper than B&B at some not far away and we planned to be out a lot anyway for dinner/beach etc. We didn’t think we would use the facilities/dine much at the hotel but we did! The food was delicious and so much to choose from, staff all lovely, room very clean and nice view (defiantly pay for sea view!). Drinks were also great, a lot of the spirits were real brands which you don’t expect when all inclusive (absolute vodka/barcardi/rum etc). We also loved seeing the animals everyday on our walk down the hill! They have donkeys, ducks and goats and I loved feeding them an apple everyday! It is a big hotel, with a lot of guests but they manage it well and nothing ever felt too busy. Public bus is €3 to the airport every 30min from the bottom of the hill so great for anyone who is happy getting the bus!

Pools are veryyy busy, unless your up at silly o’clock with your towels the only choice was to be around the Olympic pool which was far to noisy for us with the activities. The pool at the top was cold but lovely, the sun beds there were really nice and made it feel like a much posher hotel so understandably everyone was going here. We were there when the hotel was full and there was always beds. With it being so big there can be a lot of walking to get around the hotel, and it’s at the top of a medium steep hill which was fine for us but definitely not great for anyone who struggles with mobility (taxis do sit at the bottom of the hill I assume they will take people up?)

Fabulous hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Immaculate rooms, great pool facilities and fantastic food options.

Only a very minor thing, the sun beds around the pool were a little cramped together in places so a larger area for this would be better.

it is perfect for families. lots of pools with a pool for the little kids. a lot of food, close to everything (water park and star beach). close to Malia and the promenade. stuff very friendly, you have tennis courts and pool tables and bars, the activities are varied.

the food wasn’t that tasty and there are big lines to the pizza and the giros. also the hotel is charging for pool towels and refilling the soap in the rooms.

We spent a week in Belvedere. One adult and two teenagers. We had the room with see view(highly recommend). Every morning I was getting up for the sunrise, a magical view. Everything is very clean. Swimming pools are great. Food has a wide array of possibilities to choose from, all delicius and wonderful. It was our second year staying in Belvedere. Fabolous entertaiment during day and evenings. We will be back next year again.
