Fabulous views afforded from property. Friendly but not obtrusive staff...Family truly care about you being able to relax, helpful with suggestions of where to visit or how to get anywhere.

The staff was very friendly! The room was great, and the food was lovely.

It is a bit of a walk to get down to the beach. Luckily there are a couple of restaurants next to the property.

One of the most welcoming and friendly host/staff I have ever seen! During our 7 night stay at Ippoliti village there were no problems and the staff was always asking if everything is okay. What is more, I forgot my watch at our room when we checked-out and the staff went out of their way to help me and send it back to me.

Really nice pool area, great sun beds and the snack bar is nice as well. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The room is spacious and the outside patio has comfortable furniture. Overall, a very great stay with great clean facilities and friendly staff.

The first night we arrived, around 23:30, someone knocked very loudly on our door while we were sleeping. The individual ended up entering our room, saw our house key in the key slot and left. Still very unsettling. Cleaning is very sporadic so you can’t prepare for cleaning to happen. Sometimes it was early in the day - other times it was at 20:30. Keep in mind that wi-fi is only available in the common area, not in your room. You have to buy your own toilet paper, hand wash, dish soap, dish towels etc.

room cleaned on first and last day during 8 days no toilet paper left in room and none left in during cleaning pool not open til 9am which was shame as like an early morning swim on holiday the owner, the father I think does not like children at the place. he is strict and people were often being complained at, children told to get off pool table etc without doing anything wrong from that i could should prob make it an adults only

Location was good, room was ok.

The water was horrible (and it was not a Crete thing! it was a hotel thing) so of course they sell you water. They also charge extra for AC which I did not know till we got there. (yes it was buried in fine print on booking) That was disappointing, and then all the power goes off when you open a door...just not a great experience with that. (I get it from an electric perspective, but its just not user friendly!) off/on/off/on every time to go to the porch...
