The staff was very friendly! The room was great, and the food was lovely.

It is a bit of a walk to get down to the beach. Luckily there are a couple of restaurants next to the property.

One of the most welcoming and friendly host/staff I have ever seen! During our 7 night stay at Ippoliti village there were no problems and the staff was always asking if everything is okay. What is more, I forgot my watch at our room when we checked-out and the staff went out of their way to help me and send it back to me.

Really nice pool area, great sun beds and the snack bar is nice as well. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The room is spacious and the outside patio has comfortable furniture. Overall, a very great stay with great clean facilities and friendly staff.

The first night we arrived, around 23:30, someone knocked very loudly on our door while we were sleeping. The individual ended up entering our room, saw our house key in the key slot and left. Still very unsettling. Cleaning is very sporadic so you can’t prepare for cleaning to happen. Sometimes it was early in the day - other times it was at 20:30. Keep in mind that wi-fi is only available in the common area, not in your room. You have to buy your own toilet paper, hand wash, dish soap, dish towels etc.

room cleaned on first and last day during 8 days no toilet paper left in room and none left in during cleaning pool not open til 9am which was shame as like an early morning swim on holiday the owner, the father I think does not like children at the place. he is strict and people were often being complained at, children told to get off pool table etc without doing anything wrong from that i could should prob make it an adults only

They are exceptionally stingy. The room had nothing it in: no shampoo or conditioner, no water bottle , no detergent to wash the dishes (even though there’s a stove). They wanted an extra 9 euro per night for the air conditioning! If you don’t pay that, the AC doesn’t work! They even want you to pay extra for some of the sun-beds by the pool. They have many rules about what you are not allowed to do on the property and scold you for violating them. Lena’s Papa and Mama knocked on my door one morning and started shouting at me for pulling the curtains over the windows, threatening that if that breaks the curtains, I will have to pay for them. They then made their way all the way inside the room and Mama started shouting at me because the bed cover was on the floor (I was using it for my exercise). I kept telling them they must leave because I’m not dressed and I don’t allow them to be in the room, but Mama grabbed the bed cover, folded it and hit it away on the cabinet, scolding me all along. I felt violated and distressed. I complained to Booking.com later and I know Booking.com wrote them a letter but they never apologized or anything. They just kept saying “We don’t have a problem with you”
