Wonderful place, the staff simply couldn’t be any kinder, from a plate of sandwiches in the room for when we arrived late at night to allowing us to stay in the room until we were due to leave for a late flight back. Gorgeous room, stunning views & delicious food, both at breakfast & evening restaurant. Nice location just a stone’s throw from a lovely quaint village, with a good variety of cafes & bars, certainly no need to walk down the hill to the sea front, unless you like exercise.

The property was lovely and modern. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool was a very good size and there was amazing views of the sea. The staff was the highlight of the show. They are spectacular, very attentive. The food at the restaurant is 10/10. It is not a far a walk into town and to the beach but have to go up hill on the way back, but not a problem the taxi is €10 back to the hotel. We would definitely go again. One to remember. Beautiful boutique hotel on a hill overlooking the town below and the sea. Very quiet and relaxing. Their restaurant, Blue Moon, was outstanding. The food is delicious and the staff were very efficient and friendly. If you are a guest you can order from the menu or have a special dish prepared daily. At breakfast they bring you a description of the special dish and let them know if you would like to order it. We tried 3 meals and they were excellent, especially the pork with the mushrooms. Their Caesar salad is excellent as well.

Visiting in the low season came with most restaurants, attractions a s activities closed so we depended on the resort more and they were not fully open yet. Internet was problematic and we ended up using our roaming data for most of the time. Sorry George

Fantastic staff, attentive and always looking after us. Also, very accomodating with our 3am arrival time. The location is perfect - walking distance from local tavernas, but far enough from the hustle and bustle of Hersonissos. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but this was not an issue at all - the view from the top was certainly worth the walk!

Although plentiful, repetitive breakfast and the lack of options - over 7 days it was a bit too much, but for a shorter stay would be fine. Very slow wi-fi - made it very tricky to read digital magazines.

This hotel is intended to be your home in Crete. Giorgios will welcome you as a distinguished member of his family. His staff will always be there for you to enjoy and relax your time at their place ! the room are very spacious and fully equipped. in the morning you wake up with a majestic view on the sea. you can even relax in the jacuzzi on your private terrasse. Last but not least, each night you can enjoy a great diner with Greek specialty cook at the perfection and don’t miss out the special dish off every night !

Best food around, Staff is the best staff I’ve ever been around. The hotel itself is fantastic and the location is higher up and incredibly peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the town.

On arrival, the plumbing was messed up so they gave us an upgrade for the first night. However, our actual room looked way better than the first night. They also made us wait outside by the pool after checkout of the first room until our actual room was ready and it started raining.

Beautiful hotel. Great location, amazing food and wonderful staff. Everyone makes you feel very welcome and special. Rooms are lovely, clean, modern and spacious. I wish I had booked a room with a view - it’s an amazing location with fabulous views. The garden view/suite is lovely however the ocean view would’ve been amazing.

Gorgeous views and beautiful pool. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They also gave us suggestions on where to visit that made our stay very memorable and introduced us to what the surrounding area offers in rich history, beauty, and adventure.

The roads up to the property are steep and narrow through an old area of town that was challenging for us with the cheap stick shift we rented that did not have much power to start on hills if we had to stop. The views are worth being on the hill, but I’d recommend getting a high quality car or an automatic.

We had a wonderful stay in the Creta Blue Boutique Hotel - the hotel itself, the view, the restaurant and the super tasty food, the friendly personnel - everything at superlative! Kudos to Lavinia, who always has great wine suggestions (not to mention how positive and friendly she is). When departing, it felt like having to separate from friends. Thank you to the whole team for everything!
