The location was great, within walking distance of the traditional village of Koutouloufari which was beautiful with loads of rooftop bars, restaurants and souvenir shops. All food and Cretan wine was excellent!

Breakfast at hotel was very average and got monotonous. Should provide more variation of bread choices, not just the bob standard sliced white and brown bread. No option for toast. Would have been nice to have a muesli, nuts, seeds and berries section.

Wonderful place, the staff simply couldn’t be any kinder, from a plate of sandwiches in the room for when we arrived late at night to allowing us to stay in the room until we were due to leave for a late flight back. Gorgeous room, stunning views & delicious food, both at breakfast & evening restaurant. Nice location just a stone’s throw from a lovely quaint village, with a good variety of cafes & bars, certainly no need to walk down the hill to the sea front, unless you like exercise.

The property was lovely and modern. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool was a very good size and there was amazing views of the sea. The staff was the highlight of the show. They are spectacular, very attentive. The food at the restaurant is 10/10. It is not a far a walk into town and to the beach but have to go up hill on the way back, but not a problem the taxi is €10 back to the hotel. We would definitely go again. One to remember. Beautiful boutique hotel on a hill overlooking the town below and the sea. Very quiet and relaxing. Their restaurant, Blue Moon, was outstanding. The food is delicious and the staff were very efficient and friendly. If you are a guest you can order from the menu or have a special dish prepared daily. At breakfast they bring you a description of the special dish and let them know if you would like to order it. We tried 3 meals and they were excellent, especially the pork with the mushrooms. Their Caesar salad is excellent as well.

Visiting in the low season came with most restaurants, attractions a s activities closed so we depended on the resort more and they were not fully open yet. Internet was problematic and we ended up using our roaming data for most of the time. Sorry George

I have no complaints but would say for those who struggle with stairs requested a lower level room as the steps to the upper rooms can be an effort for some

Small boutique hotel in a quiet end of a lovely old village. Easy walk to authentic local tavernas and bars. Very nice large modern room with sun deck and hot tub with a lovely view. Superb bathroom- really loved that. Staff were all very friendly and very helpful

Fantastic staff, attentive and always looking after us. Also, very accomodating with our 3am arrival time. The location is perfect - walking distance from local tavernas, but far enough from the hustle and bustle of Hersonissos. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but this was not an issue at all - the view from the top was certainly worth the walk!

Although plentiful, repetitive breakfast and the lack of options - over 7 days it was a bit too much, but for a shorter stay would be fine. Very slow wi-fi - made it very tricky to read digital magazines.

Best food around, Staff is the best staff I’ve ever been around. The hotel itself is fantastic and the location is higher up and incredibly peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the town.

On arrival, the plumbing was messed up so they gave us an upgrade for the first night. However, our actual room looked way better than the first night. They also made us wait outside by the pool after checkout of the first room until our actual room was ready and it started raining.

I rated this hotel above my expectations. Few things where exeptional: staff care, location and the food in the hotel and in this area. October is the end of season, but hotel was on the full gear, and we just enjoyed this marvellas place.

We didn't find any substantial minuses. I am giving this hotel the best quality/price ratio
